Description

【0001】

[Industrial applications]
INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention is used when parts to be assembled inside an automobile or an electric device are fixed to a panel portion of a body or a device main body, or another panel is fixed to this panel portion in a face-to-face manner. The present invention relates to a stopper formed of a synthetic resin material.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art As is well known, a large number of synthetic resin fasteners for fastening components are used in automobiles and home electric appliances. Generally, the fasteners have various forms according to the parts to be fastened, but the fasteners for fastening the parts to the body or equipment main body basically have a head with a larger diameter than the through hole for mounting on the panel. And a locking leg which is suspended from the head and engaged with the through hole. Usually, some heads are simply flange-shaped, while others have special locking means for fixing parts, but in common, they do not penetrate when the locking legs are inserted, so through holes Usually, it is formed with a larger diameter. On the other hand, the locking legs are simply pushed into the through holes and locked at the edges of the through holes, but the form is various. In particular, this form basically differs depending on the purpose of use. For example, those that are intended to be permanently fixed are those that cannot be pulled out and have, for example, anchor-shaped locking pieces, and the stoppers that are used on the premise of replacing parts etc. are once engaged with the through holes. In order to allow the inserted locking leg to be pulled out, for example, the trunk portion of the locking leg is swelled so as to be reduced in diameter, and the bulging portion is pressed against the through hole and locked by the frictional force. Has become.
As described above, the stopper made of a synthetic resin has a different form depending on the purpose, but in any case, the stopper is manufactured by utilizing characteristics such as elasticity and rigidity of the material, and further, moldability. According to the present invention, among the various types of stoppers provided, the latter, in particular, the elasticity of the trunk is used to forcibly push into the through-hole of the mounting, and then push and push the edge of the through-hole with a repulsive force. The stopper has been developed for the purpose of improving the locking leg of the stopper, which can be pulled out when necessary after insertion, in consideration of the frictional force or the like, and furthermore, here, can be pulled out if necessary after insertion.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In other words, a stopper with a structure that locks using the elasticity of the trunk of the locking leg is formed with a hollow inside of the locking leg in order to facilitate insertion into the through hole of the panel in addition to the elasticity of the material. There are many things. The hollow locking leg is reduced in diameter using the hollow portion at the time of insertion, and is locked at the edge of the through hole by restoring the reduced body portion at the time of insertion, and it has good insertability, There are many practical examples because a required locking force can be obtained by a restoring force after insertion.
[0004]
However, while the locking leg of this hollow structure is excellent in reducing the diameter and expanding the trunk, it has a disadvantage in that it lacks rigidity. That is, there is no problem if the locking leg made in the hollow is inserted straight along the center of the through hole of the panel, but at the time of insertion, the leg end touches the edge of the through hole and is inserted. If it is inserted obliquely out of the center line of the through hole, it may bend in a buckle shape or be crushed, failing to enter the through hole and completely losing the locking function. In particular, this problem occurs when parts are fastened to the panel using a plurality of fasteners. For example, one example is a case where a trim board as a lining material of an automobile is fixed to a door. That is, when a plurality of stoppers, that is, trim clips are planted at required intervals on the back side of the trim board, and the clips are faced to mounting through holes previously drilled in the door, and these are inserted, trimming is performed. When a positional shift occurs due to an error in the mounting position of the clip or an error in the opening position of the mounting through-hole, a clip that is not locked by the through-hole may come out and an incomplete trim board mounting may be performed.
[0005]
When it is difficult to check the state of engagement with the through-hole on the back side of the trim board as typified by this trim clip, the incomplete fastening state cannot be corrected in advance. In many cases, the assembly of the product is completed as it is.
In view of such circumstances, even if a slight error occurs in the entry position of the locking leg with respect to the through-hole in view of such circumstances, if the leg end of the locking leg, that is, the front end, faces the inside of the through-hole, the seat can be seated. It is an object of the present invention to provide a stopper capable of receiving a push-in without buckling or being crushed to form a proper intrusion and lock the through-hole.
[0006]
[Means for solving the problem]
That is, the present invention has a head and a locking leg that is suspended from the lower surface of the head, and is fixed to the panel by pushing the locking leg into a through hole of the panel. in the synthetic resin stopper, the locking Tomeashi are vertically straight from the lower surface of the head, from the center has three or four projecting pieces projecting toward the outside, these projecting pieces mutually provided with a required interval between the axial core portion axis diameter on the virtual drawn by the outermost circumferential portion of the projecting piece ing not exceed the diameter of the through hole of the panel, the said axial portion is placed between the protruding pieces, and with keeping the required interval between the projecting pieces, each upper end portion joined to the lower surface of the base or the head of the axial core portion and a respective lower end the before the middle of the length by joining the respective leg ends of the shaft portion on the outer surface of the middle of each length with kicking setting the air gap away from the axial center Is composed of a plurality of elastic locking piece formed comprises a magnitude bulging portion of which exceeds the diameter of the through hole of the panel, at the time of engagement with respect to the through hole of the panel Push the axial core portion in the through hole by accompanied Takeno is to provide a stop for the bulging portion reduced in diameter of the elastic locking pieces was stopped Mel so over the edge of the through-hole of said panel.
[0007]
In the stopper of the present invention, the locking leg holds the required rigidity by means of the shaft core portion, thereby facilitating the insertion of the mounting leg into the through hole, and the elastic locking piece integrally provided along the shaft core portion engages with the through hole. The stopping force is secured, the leading end of the locking leg comes out of the fastening state, and when pressed as it is, it is possible to enter the through hole by guiding the shaft core part, and it becomes impossible to engage due to bending or crushing. On the other hand, it is characterized in that, after engaging in the through hole, the elastic locking piece secures the locked state by a pressing action against the edge of the through hole.
That is, in the stopper of the present invention, the conventional locking leg is constituted by a single body, and the locking leg has two opposing functions of rigidity at the time of insertion and elasticity for securing the locking state with respect to the through hole. On the other hand, the locking leg is divided into a shaft core portion and an elastic locking piece to separate the two functions.
[0008]
Further, according to the present invention, the elastic locking piece is provided with a required interval in the middle of the length with respect to the shaft core, and the elastic locking piece can be flexed in the diameter-reducing direction by utilizing the gap. The end and the tip are integrally joined to the shaft core for easy insertion into the through hole, and when a required pulling force is applied, the diameter is reduced again and the locking leg is pulled out from the through hole without breaking. It is an object of the present invention to provide a fastener.
[0009]
The shaft core is not limited to one shape, but the condition is that the shaft diameter does not exceed the diameter of the through hole to be inserted.
This shaft core is required to have the required rigidity as described above, and must be guided straight into the through-hole at the time of insertion, and the cross-section should be cross-sectioned from the viewpoint of effectively disposing the elastic locking pieces on the peripheral surface thereof. It is appropriate that the shape is a column shape such as a T-shape or a Y-shape. Further, from the viewpoint of molding, a cross shape or a T-shape is suitable from the viewpoint of molding.
[0010]
On the other hand, the elastic locking pieces are juxtaposed along the length direction of the shaft core portion, and at the same time, bulge outward in the middle of the length to exceed the substantial outer diameter of the through hole of the panel. It is formed in size.
A plurality of the elastic locking pieces are provided around the shaft core portion, and when the shaft core portion has the above-mentioned cross-shaped cross section, or when it has a T-shape, between the protruding pieces protruding outward. It is arranged so as to be positioned so as to surround the shaft core portion, and a gap is always provided at a position in the middle of the length away from the shaft core portion. In this state, the plurality of elastic locking pieces are formed so that a plurality of the elastic locking pieces have a substantially outer diameter larger than the diameter of the through hole.
Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings, and features of the embodiments will be clarified.
[0011]
【Example】
The illustrated embodiment shows an example in which the present invention is applied to a clip for fastening a trim board as a lining material of an automobile. FIGS. 1 to 5 show the first embodiment, and FIGS. 10 shows a second embodiment.
FIG. 1 is a front view showing a use state in which a trim board B is fastened to a door inner wall panel portion A of an automobile using a trim clip serving as a stopper according to the present invention. FIG. 3 is a side view showing a partial cross section, FIG. 4 is a bottom view, and FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional plan view taken along line AA of FIG.
[0012]
The stopper of the present invention, that is, the trim clip is made of a thermoplastic synthetic resin having appropriate elasticity and rigidity, such as polyacetal, and is made up of a head 1 and locking legs 2.
Here, the head 1 is composed of two steps of flanges 1a and 1b for fastening to the trim board A. A neck 1c is erected from the center of the upper surface of a large-diameter circular flange 1a as a main body. A small-diameter circular flange 1b is joined to the upper end of the flange to form two steps at an interval.
[0013]
On the other hand, the locking leg 2 is engaged with the mounting circular through hole a formed in the panel portion A to fix the head portion 1 to the panel surface. And a resilient locking piece 2b arranged in parallel with the shaft core.
In this embodiment, the head 1 completely covers and covers the through hole a when the locking leg 2 is engaged with the through hole a, and also has an umbrella-shaped elastic seal for assisting the engagement of the locking leg. The portion 3 is integrally provided on the lower surface of the large-diameter flange 1a, and the shaft core portion 2a and the elastic locking piece 2b extend through the elastic seal portion 3.
[0014]
Here, the shaft core 2a is formed in a columnar shape having a cross-shaped cross section as shown in FIG. 5, and is derived vertically from the center of the umbrella-shaped seal portion 3. The shaft core 2a is one virtual circle connecting the tips of the four protruding pieces 4 projecting radially outward, that is, the through hole a formed in the panel portion A with a substantial outer diameter of the shaft core. It is formed so as not to exceed the diameter, so that the shaft diameter does not directly become an insertion resistance when inserting.
[0015]
The elastic locking pieces 2b are arranged such that each one of the elastic locking pieces is disposed between the protruding pieces 4 in correspondence with the shaft core 2a being formed in a cross-sectional shape. The upper end of each of the elastic locking pieces is joined to the lower surface of the seal portion 3 and the lower end is joined to the tip of the shaft core 2a, that is, the leg end, and is separated from the shaft core 2a in the middle of the length. It is juxtaposed. More specifically, in this embodiment, as shown in the figure, on both sides of the two projecting pieces in the front-rear direction, vertical cuts 5 are provided on both sides of the sealing part 3 so as to pass through the leg ends of the shaft core part 2a to elastically engage the projecting pieces. A half of the length is cut vertically on both sides of the protruding piece protruding left and right, and the lower end of the elastic locking piece is joined at the lower end by a slit 6 to be closed. An elastic locking piece is formed so that a gap is provided between the elastic locking piece and the protruding piece by the slit 5 and the slit 6. Here, the difference between the slit 5 and the slit 6 is due to molding reasons, the main purpose of which is to form the gap, and the shape is arbitrarily selected.
[0016]
By the way, each of the elastic locking pieces 2b has an outer surface formed in an arc shape in a transverse cross section, and a single circle can be drawn by connecting the outer circumferences of the four locking pieces. Each elastic locking piece is gradually raised from the upper and lower sides in the middle of the length of the outer surface to provide a bulging portion 7, and a maximum diameter portion connecting the apex of the bulging portion is a through hole of the panel portion A. The size exceeds the diameter of a.
[0017]
Note that the maximum diameter portion of the set of the elastic locking pieces 2b is larger than the substantial outer diameter of the shaft core portion 2a smaller than the diameter of the through hole a as shown in FIG. The difference, that is, the protrusion width of the bulging portion 7 is absorbed by the gap formed as the slit 5 and the slit 6, and the entire elastic locking piece is reduced in diameter by utilizing this gap.
[0018]
As described above, the clip according to the above configuration is integrally formed of a synthetic resin material, but this clip is attached to a trim board, and then the locking legs are inserted into the through holes of the panel to be fixed. Become. More specifically, the clip faces the mounting portion C having the keyhole-shaped locking hole b formed on the rear surface of the trim board from the head 1 side, and first, the large-diameter portion of the locking hole b has a small-diameter flange. 1b, and then laterally moved in this state to move the entire head to the small-diameter portion of the mounting hole, whereby the mounting to the mounting portion C is completed.
[0019]
FIG. 1 shows this mounting state. In the same manner, clips are fastened to a large number of mounting portions C provided on the rear surface of the trim board B at required intervals, and the locking legs 2 are erected. After that, the front ends of the locking legs 2 are made to face the through holes a formed in the panel portion A of the door corresponding to the respective mounting portions C, and the head 1 is hit from the surface side of the board to engage. Let it. At this time, the locking leg 2 protrudes into the through hole a with the straight shaft core portion 2a as a guide, and the elastic locking piece is reduced in diameter at the edge of the through hole at the time of passing through the bulging portion 7. After passing, it is restored and the locked state is maintained. In order to facilitate the insertion of the locking leg 2 into the through hole when the locking leg 2 is engaged, the leg end may be formed in an inverted cone shape or an inverted cone shape.
[0020]
Next, FIGS. 6 to 10 show that the shaft core 2a of the locking leg 2 is formed in a T-shaped cross section, and three elastic locking pieces 2b, 2c are arranged side by side so as to surround the shaft core 2a. This is the second embodiment.
The shaft core portion 2a having a T-shaped cross section may have a substantial outer diameter embodied by a single circle connecting the tips of the projecting pieces 8 projecting outwardly smaller than the diameter of the through hole a of the panel portion A. This is the same as the first embodiment. Further, it is also the same as the first embodiment that the substantial outer diameter formed by the gathering of the three elastic locking pieces 2b and 2c disposed around the shaft core is larger than the diameter of the through hole a. It is.
[0021]
The upper ends of the three elastic locking pieces are joined to the lower surface of the umbrella-shaped seal portion 3, and the lower ends are joined to the leg ends of the shaft core 2 a to form the locking legs 2. Slits 9, 10, 11 with the core 2a are used to bend inward. Each of the locking pieces has an outer surface formed into an arc surface along one circumference, and is gradually raised from an upper end and a lower end to provide a bulging portion 12 in the middle of the length. A maximum diameter portion exceeding the diameter of the hole a is formed.
[0022]
The clip shown in the second embodiment is used in exactly the same state as in the first embodiment. Of course, when mounting the trim board, the small-diameter flange 1b of the head 1 is locked in the keyhole-shaped mounting hole b of the mounting portion C provided on the back of the board, and the trim board is mounted upright. Then, the surface of the board is fixed by hitting or pressing the surface of the board. In this fastening, the shaft core portion 2a serves as a guide, the elastic locking piece locks the bulging portion 12 on the edge of the through hole to secure the locking state, and the seal portion 3 comes into contact with one surface of the panel portion. At the same time that the through hole is closed, elasticity acts to stably and stabilize the above-mentioned locked state.
[0023]
In the above, the stopper of the present invention has been described in detail based on the embodiment in which the trim clip is embodied. However, the stopper of the present invention has a straight shaft core at the center of the locking leg, and this is the center of the through hole at the time of insertion. The elastic locking piece is inserted into the through hole by the rigid shaft core at the time of insertion, regardless of the presence of the swelling part, so that it can be inserted even if there is some displacement. Engagement is possible without being bent or crushed on the way, and the bulging portion can be guided into the through hole and securely hooked to the edge thereof.
[0024]
In the embodiment, the head 1 is composed of two flanges, large and small. However, even if the head 1 is composed of only one flange, a locking means such as a hook is provided on the upper surface of the flange-shaped head. Any design can be made according to the use of the fastener.
Further, in the embodiment, the shaft legs having the cross shape and the T-shaped cross section have been described for the locking legs, but the locking legs may be formed in a Y shape. These cross-sectional shapes are used to uniformly disperse the elastic locking pieces disposed around, secure the strength of the shaft core, and secure a retreat space when the diameter of the elastic locking pieces is reduced. It is selected and does not prevent selection of other cross-sectional shapes.
Further, in the embodiment, the case where the seal portion 3 is provided on the lower surface of the head has been described, but this can be omitted freely. Of course, in this case, it goes without saying that the upper end of the elastic locking piece is directly joined to the lower surface of the head or directly joined to the base end of the shaft core so as not to be separated.
[0025]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the locking leg of the stopper is constituted by the shaft core and the elastic locking piece, and the shaft core is provided with rigidity, and the elastic locking piece is provided with elasticity so that the locking leg is provided. Since the function is divided into two, there is an advantage that the insertion property is excellent and the locking force is also excellent. Also, even if there is a slight displacement with respect to the through hole at the time of insertion, the guideability of the shaft core acts, so that a stable locking state is obtained without buckling or crushing, and uncertainty There is an advantage that the locked state can be avoided.
