Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an up / down window in which a movable panel body is provided in a frame body so as to be vertically movable.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In the raising and lowering window where the movable panel body is vertically movable on the frame assembly, a counter balance mechanism is provided between the movable panel body and the frame assembly, and the movable panel body can be raised and lowered with a small force, and the movable panel body rapidly I try not to fall.
For example, as shown in Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 60-126677, a long screw plate, a spiral spring, and a nut member are provided in a hollow pipe, and an upper portion of the hollow pipe is connected to a vertical member forming a framework. The screw plate is connected to the lower part of the movable panel body.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The above-described counterbalance mechanism is composed of a plurality of members such as a hollow pipe, a helical spring, a screw plate, and a nut member, so that the structure is very complicated and expensive.
Moreover, since the helical spring and the screw plate are inserted into the hollow pipe, the hollow pipe has a large diameter, and the large-diameter hollow pipe is located between the vertical member of the frame and the vertical outer surface of the movable panel body. Since it is provided, the found size of the lifting window is increased.
[0004]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide an up / down window capable of solving the above-mentioned problem.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
A first invention is an up / down window in which a movable panel body is vertically movable in a rectangular frame body with an upper cross member, a lower cross member, and left and right vertical members,
A weight that can move up and down along the longitudinal member, a rope guide having an arcuate guide surface mounted near the upper part of the frame body, and a rope guide movably suspended along the arcuate guide surface of the rope guide. It is provided with a rope that is lowered and one end is connected to the weight and the other end is connected to the movable panel body, and applies an upward force to the movable panel body by the weight ,
The vertical member has a hollow portion in the in-plane direction outside the vertical plate facing the out-of-plane direction, and has a substantially U-shaped guide recess inside the in-plane direction, and the upper end portion of the vertical plate is With a notched shape,
The cable guide is disposed obliquely with respect to the vertical plate in the cutout portion, one end of the outdoor side projects into the hollow portion, the other end on the indoor side projects into the guide recess,
An up-and-down window, wherein an in-plane end of the movable panel body projects into the guide recess.
[0007]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect, a vertical airtight material that is in contact with both outer and outer surfaces of the movable panel body is attached to both indoor and outdoor sides of the guide recess, and the indoor side attached to the indoor side portion is provided. The other end of the cable and the other end of the cable guide are located closer to the vertical plate than the vertical airtight material.
[0008]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the first or second aspect, a grid body is attached to the outside of the frame in the out-of-plane direction, a panel body is attached to an upper half of the frame in an out-of-plane middle portion, and a panel is attached to the lower half. An up / down window, to which an insect repellent and ventilation member is attached, and a movable panel body is provided to be movable up and down on the indoor side in the out-of-plane direction of the frame assembly.
[0009]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, there is provided a shoji screen including a frame , in which the upper frame, the lower frame, and the left and right vertical frames are combined into a rectangular frame, and the frame assembly of the third invention is attached to the frame assembly.
[0010]
[Operation]
According to the first aspect, since the upward force is applied to the movable panel body by the weight, the movable panel body can be moved upward with a small force, and the movable panel body does not drop suddenly. The operation of moving the movable panel up and down is easy.
[0011]
Moreover, since only the weight, the cable and the cable guide are attached, the number of parts is small and the cost is low.
Since only the weight is provided between the vertical outer surface of the movable panel body and the vertical member, the findable size of the up / down window is small.
[0012]
In addition, since the cable guide is provided in the guide recess of the vertical member , the cable guide does not stand out from the room, and since the cable guide is oblique, the installation space in the in-plane direction of the cable guide is small and the vertical member is small. Can be made smaller.
This makes it possible to prevent the cable guide from being noticeable in the room by using a vertical member having a small find size.
[0013]
According to the second invention, since the movable panel body and the guide recess do not come into contact with each other, the metals do not come into contact with each other, and the rope guide and the rope are difficult to see from the room due to the vertical airtight material.
[0014]
According to the third aspect, when the movable panel body is moved upward, air can be ventilated into and out of the room by the insect-proof and ventilation member, and insects and the like can be prevented from entering the room.
[0015]
In addition, since the lattice body is attached to the outdoor part of the frame body, the panel body and the insect-proof and ventilation member are attached to the middle part, and the movable panel body is attached to the indoor part, the expected size of the frame body is small.
[0016]
Moreover, since the panel body is attached to the upper half of the frame body and the insect-repellent and ventilation member is attached to the lower half, if the panel body has translucency, sufficient lighting can be obtained from that part. Can be
[0017]
According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, a shoji screen that allows ventilation between the room and the outside and prevents insects and the like from entering the room.
[0018]

This intermediate cross member 18 has the same expected dimensions as the intermediate mounting portions 24, 30, and 35, and is mounted at the same position in the out-of-plane direction as the intermediate mounting portions 24, 30, and 35.
[0033]
Each of the outdoor-side mounting portions 23, 29, and 34 is continuous four times, and a lattice body 40 is mounted. The lattice body 40 is a 1000 lattice in which upper and lower and left and right mounting frame members 41 are framed in a rectangular shape, and a plurality of vertical lattices 42 are mounted between the upper and lower mounting frame members 41.
[0034]
Each of the mounting frame members 41 is fitted and mounted to each of the outdoor-side mounting portions 23, 29, and 34, and a lattice body 40 is mounted near the outdoor at the opening of the frame assembly 14.
[0035]

Specifically, as shown in FIG. 3, the pressing edge 51 is attached to the upper half of the intermediate attaching portion 35 of the vertical member 17 to support and attach the left and right edges of the panel body 50. 52 is an airtight material. Thus, the panel body 50 can be easily attached and detached by removing the pressing edge 51.
[0036]
The lower half of the intermediate mounting portion 30 of the lower horizontal member 16 and the lower half of the intermediate mounting portion 35 of the vertical member 17 and the lower mounting portion 38 of the intermediate horizontal frame 18 are continuous four times and have an insect repellent function and a ventilation function. Screen door 60 is attached.
[0037]
The screen door 60 has upper and lower, left and right frame members 61 framed in a rectangular shape, and an insect screen 62 is stretched over the frame body. The left and right frame members 61 are mounted on the lower half of the intermediate mounting portion 35 of the left and right vertical members 17 in a left and right swing manner, and the screen door 60 is mounted while being held by the elastic member 63. Because of this, the screen door 60 can be easily attached and detached.
[0038]
In this manner, the panel body 50 is attached to the upper half of the opening in the frame assembly 14 in the out-of-plane direction, and the screen door 60 is attached to the lower half.
[0039]
A movable panel 70 is vertically movably mounted along the mounting portion 36 of the left and right vertical members 17 near the room. The movable panel 70 has a panel 75 made of glass or the like mounted on a frame 74 having an upper frame member 71, a lower frame member 72, and left and right vertical frame members 73 in a rectangular frame. Thus, the raising / lowering window A is formed.
[0040]
When the movable panel body 70 is lifted, the lower frame member 72 becomes the same height as the intermediate horizontal member 18, and the lower half of the frame assembly 14, that is, the screen door 60 is opened. By moving downward, the locking piece 71a of the upper frame 71 is locked to the locking piece 18a of the intermediate horizontal member 18, and the upper frame 71 is at the same height as the intermediate horizontal frame 13 so that the frame assembly 13 Close the lower half.
[0041]
As described above, the movable panel body 70 is mounted to be movable up and down near the opening room of the frame assembly 14.
[0042]
The panel body 50 and the panel 75 of the movable panel body 70 are made of glass, a resin plate, or the like having translucency and transparency, or having translucency but poor transparency. A punching metal plate having a large number of small holes is used as the insect-proof and ventilation member in addition to the screen door.
[0043]
Next, details of the lifting window A will be described.
As shown in FIG. 4, the vertical member 17 has a main body member having an inward concave portion 83 formed by a vertical plate 80 facing in an out-of-plane direction, an indoor vertical plate 81 facing in-plane, and an outdoor vertical plate 82 facing in-plane direction. 84 and an auxiliary member 85 which is detachably attached to the inward concave portion 83 of the main body member 84 in a snap-type manner and has a hollow portion 86.
[0044]
The auxiliary member 85 has a shape in which an outdoor inward piece 88, a ridge support piece 89, and an airtight material mounting piece 90 are integrally provided on a vertical plate 87 facing the out-of-plane direction, and an outdoor inward piece 88 and an outdoor vertical plate 82 are provided. The outdoor mounting portion 34 is formed, the outdoor inward piece 88 and the airtight material mounting piece 90 form the intermediate mounting portion 35, and the airtight material mounting piece 90 and the indoor side vertical plate 81 are mounted closer to the room, that is, A guide recess 91 of the substantially U-shaped movable panel body 70 is formed.
[0045]
A vertical airtight material 92 such as mohair is mounted on the indoor vertical plate 81 and the airtight material mounting piece 91. Each of the vertical airtight members 92 comes into contact with the indoor side surface and the outdoor side surface of the left and right vertical frame members 73 of the movable panel body 70, and the space between the left and right vertical edges of the movable panel body 70 and the indoor side and the outdoor side of the guide recess 91. Airtight. Thus, it is possible to prevent rainwater or the like that has entered from the screen door 40 from entering the room beyond the movable panel body 70.
[0046]
As shown in FIG. 5, a handle 93 is attached to both ends of the upper frame member 71 of the movable panel body 70 in the indoor side plate 71a in the longitudinal direction. A latch body 94 is attached near both ends in the longitudinal direction of the upper frame member 71, and a lock rod 95 and a lever 96 are attached to the latch body 94. When the lever 96 is pressed down by hand, the lock rod 95 projects, When the hand is released from the lever 96, it returns to the original position by the spring, and the lock rod 95 is retracted. Thus, a latch 97 is formed.
[0047]
As shown in FIGS. 5, 6 and 7, a channel member 100 is mounted on the inner side surface 15 b of the upper cross member 15 near the room, and a mounting bracket 101 is provided with a screw 102 near the longitudinal end of the channel member 100. It is stuck in. The mounting bracket 101 is fixed to the vertical plate 80 of the main body member 84 with a screw 104 through a notch 103 formed at the upper end of the vertical plate 87 of the auxiliary member 85 of the vertical member 17. More specifically, the mounting bracket 101 is plate-shaped, and one end in the longitudinal direction is bent upward, and the bent portion 101 a is fixed to the vertical plate 80 with screws 104. That is, one end in the longitudinal direction of the mounting bracket 101 is fixed to the upper cross member 15, and the other end in the longitudinal direction is fixed to the main body member 84 of the vertical member 17.
[0048]
A cable-like guide having an arcuate guide surface is attached to an intermediate portion in the longitudinal direction of the mounting bracket 101. For example, a pulley 105 is rotatably mounted via a bracket 106 and a horizontal shaft 107. The bracket 106 and the pulley 105 are located in the notch 103 of the vertical plate 87, the horizontal axis 107 is slightly inclined with respect to the posture perpendicular to the out-of-plane direction, and the pulley 105 is oriented toward the out-of-plane direction ( As shown by the imaginary line in FIG. 4, the one end of the pulley 105 in the radial direction (one end of the arcuate guide surface) is slightly inclined with respect to the vertical plate 87 of the auxiliary member 85). And the other end in the radial direction (the other end of the arcuate guide surface) projects toward the interior of the room and projects into the guide recess 91 of the vertical member 17, and is higher than the vertical airtight member 92. It is located outside.
[0049]
A wide, thin and long plate-shaped weight 110 is inserted into the hollow portion 86 of the vertical member 17 so as to be vertically movable, and is provided at the upper end of the weight 110 at the widthwise center (out-of-plane center). ) Is connected to one end of the cable 111. The cable 111 is connected to the upper portion of the movable panel 70 near the left and right sides via the pulley 105.
[0050]
Specifically, a fixture 112 is fixed to the left and right vertical members 73 of the movable panel body 70, the fixture 112 protrudes above the upper surface of the movable panel body 70, and the other end of the cable 111 is connected. is there. The connecting portion of the cable 111 of the attachment 112 is located closer to the room in the out-of-plane direction and outside the vertical airtight material 92, and the portion of the cable 111 located in the guide recess 91 is covered with the vertical airtight material 92 and Invisible from
[0051]
As shown in FIG. 4, the weight 110 has a thickness slightly smaller than the in-plane dimension of the hollow portion 86 of the vertical member 17 and a width slightly smaller than the out-of-plane dimension of the hollow portion 86. Is longer than the vertical dimension of the movable panel 70 as shown in FIG. Thus, the weight 110 is heavy and has a small in-plane dimension (thickness). An anti-vibration tape 115 is attached to the weight 110.
[0052]
A plurality of engaging holes 113 into which the lock rod 71 of the latch 97 is fitted are formed at intervals in the vertical direction near the vertical plate 87 of the auxiliary member 85 of the vertical member 17 near the room. Thus, the movable panel body 70 can be moved upward from the closed position and held at an arbitrary open position.
[0053]
A stopper 114 is fixed to the vertical plate 87 of the auxiliary member 85, and when the movable panel body 70 is moved upward from the uppermost position, the fixture 112 comes into contact with the stopper 114.
[0054]
A weight stopper 116 is attached to an upper portion of the hollow portion 86, for example, to an upper portion of the inner surface of the vertical plate 80, so that the weight 110 contacts the weight stopper 116 and does not move upward to a position where it interferes with the pulley 105.
[0055]
As described above, since one end of the cable 111 wound around the pulley 105 is connected to the weight 110 and the other end is connected to the movable panel body 70, the movable panel body 70 has a force to move upward by the weight 110. The operation of moving the movable panel body 70 up and down to open and close is easy.
For example, it is possible to prevent the movable panel body 70 from falling suddenly, and it is possible to operate the movable panel body 70 with a light force when raising the movable panel body 70.
[0056]
Since the vertical member 17 is formed by the two members of the main body member 84 and the auxiliary member 85, the weight 110 can be easily installed in the hollow portion 86 of the vertical member 17, and the stopper 114 and the weight stopper 116 can be easily attached. The assemblability is improved.
In addition, since the body member 84 and the auxiliary member 85 are separately subjected to surface treatment such as alumite treatment, the inner surface of the hollow portion 86 has the same appearance as the outer surface. Absent.
[0057]
The vertical member 17 has a substantially U-shaped guide recess 91 formed by a vertical plate 87, an airtight material mounting piece 90, and an indoor side vertical plate 81. A vertical airtight material 92 is provided in the airtight material mounting piece 90 and the indoor vertical plate 81. Since each of them is mounted, the guide recess 91 becomes inconspicuous with the vertical airtight material 92, and the movable panel body 70 and the vertical airtight material 92 come into contact with each other, so that the movable panel body 70 and the guide recess 91 come into contact with each other. It is possible to prevent contact between comrades.
[0058]
The movable panel body 70 can be held at an arbitrary upper position by fitting the lock rod 95 of the latch 97 into the engagement hole 113, so that the opening area of the raising / lowering window can be appropriately selected.
[0059]
Since the pulley 105 is slanted, one end of the pulley 105 is located in the hollow portion 86 and the other end is located in the guide recess 91, the depth of the guide recess 91 (in-plane dimension of the indoor vertical plate 81) is reduced. The pulley 105 can be prevented from protruding inward from the guide concave portion 91, the find size of the vertical member 17 can be reduced, and the pulley 105 can be hardly seen from the room.
[0060]
Since the cable 111 on the guide recess 91 side is located outside the vertical airtight material 92 (on the bottom side of the guide recess 91), the cable 111 is covered with the vertical airtight material 92 and is not noticeable.
[0061]
Since the pulley 105 is located at the upper end of the longitudinal member 17 and the weight 110 is thin and long, the weight 110 is heavy and the found dimension of the longitudinal member 17 is small. Thereby, the movable panel body 70 can be moved upward by a large force, so that the opening and closing operation of the movable panel body 70 is easy, and the size of the opening for ventilation in the effective finding direction with respect to the finding size of the up / down window can be increased.
[0062]
Since the anti-vibration tape 115 is attached to the weight 110, even if the weight 110 interferes with the inner surface of the hollow portion 86 of the vertical member 17, no loud collision sound is generated.
[0063]
When the movable panel body 70 moves further upward than the uppermost direction, the fixture 112 comes into contact with the stopper 114, and the weight 110 does not move further upward. Thus, there is no possibility that the weight 110 interferes with the pulley 105 and damages the pulley 105. For example, there is no danger that the movable panel body will move carelessly due to rough handling of the up / down windows during transportation or after construction, and the weight 110 will interfere with the pulley 105 and damage the pulley 105.
[0064]
A fixture 112 is attached to the upper end of the vertical frame member 73 of the movable panel body 70. The fixture 112 projects above the upper surface of the movable panel body 70 to interfere with the stopper 114, and the fixture 112 is attached to the vertical frame. Since the cable 111 is connected to the member 73 substantially in the in-plane direction, and the cable 111 is connected to the member 112, the member 112 interferes with the stopper 114 before the movable panel body 70 interferes with the stopper 114. The gap between the vertical member 17 and the movable panel body 70 can be made as small as possible, and the found size of the vertical member 17 can be reduced. That is, if the fixture 112 protrudes outward in the in-plane direction from the movable panel body 70, a gap where the fixture 112 is located between the vertical member 17 and the movable panel body 70 is necessary, and the guide recess 91 of the vertical member 17 is required. And the found size of the vertical member 17 increases.
[0065]
Since the weight 110 interferes with the weight stopper 116 and does not interfere with the pulley 105, the weight 110 may be inadvertently moved during transportation of the up / down window or after rough handling, and may interfere with the pulley 105 to damage the pulley 105. Absent.
[0066]
One end of the mounting bracket 101 is fixed to the upper cross member 15 and the other end thereof is fixed to the vertical member 17, and the pulley 105 is attached to the middle part thereof. No deformation.
[0067]
In the above embodiment, the estimated size of each frame forming the frame assembly 13 is smaller than the expected size of each material forming the frame assembly 14, but may be the same estimated size. Further, in the case of forming a shoji having a raising / lowering window, the frame assembly 13 and the frame assembly 14 may be integrated.
[0068]
Further, in the above-described embodiment, the frame assembly 14 is attached to the frame assembly 13 of the shoji screen. However, the frame assembly 14 may be attached to the opening of the building so that the window can be used alone. The cable guide is not limited to the rotating pulley, but may be a fixed pulley or a substantially semicircular curved member.
[0069]
【The invention's effect】
According to the first aspect of the present invention, since the upward force is applied to the movable panel body by the weight, the movable panel body can be moved upward with a small force, and the movable panel body falls rapidly. And the up and down operation of the movable panel body is easy.
[0070]
Moreover, since only the weight, the cable and the cable guide are attached, the number of parts is small and the cost is low.
Since only the weight is provided between the vertical outer surface of the movable panel body and the vertical member, the findable size of the up / down window is small.
[0071]
In addition, since the cable guide is provided in the guide recess of the vertical member , the cable guide does not stand out from the room, and since the cable guide is oblique, the installation space in the in-plane direction of the cable guide is small and the vertical member is small. Can be made smaller.
This makes it possible to prevent the cable guide from being noticeable in the room by using a vertical member having a small find size.
[0072]
According to the second aspect of the invention, since the movable panel body and the guide recess do not come into contact with each other, the metals do not come into contact with each other, and the rope guide and the rope are difficult to see from the room due to the vertical airtight material.
[0073]
According to the third aspect of the invention, when the movable panel body is moved upward, air can be ventilated between the inside and the outside of the room by the insect-proof and ventilation member, and insects and the like can be prevented from entering the room.
[0074]
In addition, since the lattice body is attached to the outdoor part of the frame body, the panel body and the insect-proof and ventilation member are attached to the middle part, and the movable panel body is attached to the indoor part, the expected size of the frame body is small.
[0075]
Moreover, since the panel body is attached to the upper half of the frame body and the insect-repellent and ventilation member is attached to the lower half, if the panel body has translucency, sufficient lighting can be obtained from that part. Can be
[0076]
According to the invention according to claim 4, it is possible to ventilate indoors and outdoors, and it becomes a shoji that does not allow insects or the like to enter the room.
