本発明は、壁掛け機器を設置又は保守等を行う時に、機器の内部で手作業し易いようにした壁掛け機器の表ケースの一時係止構造に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来は、壁掛け電話機等（以下壁掛け機器という）を取り付ける際、この壁掛け機器内部に配線工事等を行うため壁掛け機器を裏ケースから表ケースを分離させる必要がある。従来の分離方法は裏ケース、表ケースの端部を紐でつないであるだけであり、工事中表ケースは紐により裏ケースにぶら下がっている状態となる。このようにぶら下げていると裏ケースに傷がつき易いし、線材の芯数が１０〜２０芯程度のセットであればこの方法でも可能であるが５０〜６０芯のセットの場合であると対応しきれない。
このように表カバーと裏カバーの配線をしたまま取付けを行うのは、コネクタ誤接続を防いだり、保守のときは、動作させながらチェックが行えるためであり、しいては時間短縮となるからである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来の紐つり下げ方式では、表ケースと裏ケースを接続する線材の長さを長くする必要があり線材の収納スペースを広くとらなければならず、線材のフォーミングにおいても不利であった。
また表カバーが紐によりぶら下がった状態では取付工事などの作業性が悪い。
さらに線材に余分な負荷がかかり易く出荷時点での信頼性が損なわれる危険性がある。
本発明の目的は、上記欠点を解消するとともに、工事を行い易くする壁掛け機器表ケースの裏ケースへの一時係止構造を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この目的を達成するため本発明の構成を以下のようにした。

なお、裏カバーに表カバーを取り付けた状態で表ケースの表面から見た場合として左右を決めている。

先ず壁掛け機器の機能、構成を説明する。壁掛け機器では多数の線材が複数のコネクタ１６Ａ（Ｂ）、１７Ａ（Ｂ）、１８Ａ（Ｂ）を介し表カバーのプリント基板と裏カバーのプリント基板等が電気的に接続されている。また、外部からは電源の供給を受けたり、映像信号、音声信号等の送受をするための同軸ケーブル８や各種リード線９を接続することにより、電話としての機能を発揮させたり、カメラドアホンからの映像、その他テレビの映像を映像画面２６に表示させている。図１に示すホルダー１１は一端が紐７で結ばれており、図５で示すように裏カバーの略中央上端のボス１９にネジ止めされている。一方この紐７の他端にはホルダー２５が結ばれており図２に示すようにホルダー２５は、表カバーにプリント基板１３１を止めているネジで同時に止められている。

次に壁掛け機器の取付け工事を説明する。
先ず図示しない壁埋め込み枠金物を機器の大きさに孔をあけた壁に取り付けた後、壁掛け機器の裏カバーと表カバーのネジ止めを外し壁埋め込み枠金物に挿入する。この状態で表カバーを裏カバーから持ち上げ下に垂らすと紐７で表カバーがぶら下がった状態となる。ここで裏カバーの上端２箇所１９１、１９２を壁埋め込み枠金物にネジ止めし裏カバーを固定する。ここで表カバーを持ち上げ表カバーの左内側面下端部２４が位置規制ボス６１より外側にくるように、底部左端部２２をリブ３１の上に張ったスポンジ５１に載せると同時に、右内側面下端部２３が位置規制ボス６より外側にくるように、底部右端部２１をリブの３上に張ったスポンジ５に載せる。

【発明の効果】
本発明の構造を採用した壁掛け機器は、表カバーと裏カバー間に接続されている線材を短くできるので、線材の収納スペースを広くする必要がなく又線材のフォーミングもやり易い。また、裏カバーに設けた突出部（リブ）に表カバーを一時載せることにより取付け、配線工事が一人で容易に行える。更に取付け工事時に表カバーと裏カバー間を配線してあるコネクタ等を外す必要がなく配線間違いがなく時間短縮にもなり、さらに線材に余分な負荷が掛からないため、出荷時点での製品の信頼性がそのまま維持できる。
