【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、美術館やイベント会場等で貸し出され盗難防止機能を備えた音声ガイド用の再生装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
イベント会場や美術館等においては、音声ガイド用の再生装置を貸し出して、各種案内をしていることがある。音声ガイド用の再生装置に持ち出し防止用部材を取り付け、出口付近に持ち出し防止用部材の検出装置を設置し、検出装置が持ち出し防止用部材を検知すると、警報装置から、警告音を発して音声ガイド用の再生装置が不正に持ち出されるのを防止している。

図６に従来の盗難防止装置の一例を概略図で示す。
図６において、持ち出し防止用の部材として、磁気カード１６を取り付けた再生装置１７を持ったお客１２が検出装置１８の近傍を通過すると、磁気カード１６の磁気を検出装置１８が検出し、警報装置１９から、警告音を発するようになっている。

図６に示す盗難防止装置では、出口付近に持ち出し防止用の検出装置１８を設置しなければならず、検出装置１８を設置するための場所が必要となる。また、持ち出し防止用の検出装置１８を設置していることがお客に分かると、お客の気分を損ねる問題があった。

また、お客が再生装置１７を持ったまま誤って持ち出し防止用の検出装置１８が動作する場所に行ってしまった場合も、故意に再生装置１７を持ち出した場合も、同じ警告音を発してしまうので、お客が再生装置１７を持ったまま誤って持ち出し防止用の検出装置１８の動作する場所に行ってしまった場合は、お客に不快感を与えてしまう問題があった。

また、設置した検出装置１８や警報装置１９が動作して警告している場合で、お客が再生装置１７を見えないように携帯し、複数の人が出口にいるときは、携帯しているお客を特定することができない問題があった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は上述の問題点を鑑みなされたものであり、再生装置を借りたお客が、誤って持ち出し防止用の検出装置が動作する場所に行ってしまったような場合には、借りた再生装置が使用できる区域外にあるので、借りた再生装置がお客に再生装置を返却するように知らせることを目的としている。

また、再生装置を借りたお客が、借りた再生装置を使用できる区域から更に離れて、故意に持ち出した場合には、再生装置がお客に再生装置を区域外に持ち出したことを知らせる警告音を鳴らしたり、警告音を鳴らすための電波を送信したりして、不正な再生装置の持ち出しを防止することを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の請求項１に記載の再生装置は、ＩＤコード信号を受信する受信部と、ＩＤコード信号と関係づけられた音声情報を記憶する音声情報記憶部と、前記受信部が受信したＩＤコード信号と関係づけられた音声情報を前記音声情報記憶部から読み出して再生する再生部と、警告音を発音する発音手段と、表示部と、前記受信部、前記音声情報記憶部、前記再生部、前記表示部、及び前記発音手段を制御する制御部を備える再生装置において、再生装置の返却を促すためのＩＤコード信号を受信したことを示す受信情報を記憶する受信情報記憶部を備え、再生装置の返却を促すためのＩＤコード信号を前記受信部が受信した場合、前記制御部は、前記受信情報記憶部に前記受信情報を記憶し、再生装置の返却を促す音声情報を前記音声情報記憶部から読み出し前記再生部に再生させる制御、再生装置の返却を促す情報を前記表示部に表示させる制御、又は再生装置の返却を促す音声情報を前記音声情報記憶部から読み出し前記再生部に再生させるとともに再生装置の返却を促す情報を前記表示部に表示させる制御を行い、前記制御部は、前記受信部が警告音を発音するためのＩＤコード信号を受信した場合、前記受信情報記憶部に前記受信情報が記憶されているときは、前記発音手段に警告音を発音させる制御を行うものである。

本発明の請求項２に記載の再生装置は、ＩＤコード信号を受信する受信部と、ＩＤコード信号と関係づけられた音声情報を記憶する音声情報記憶部と、前記受信部が受信したＩＤコード信号と関係づけられた音声情報を前記音声情報記憶部から読み出して再生する再生部と、警告音を発音する発音手段と、表示部と、前記受信部、前記音声情報記憶部、前記再生部、前記表示部、及び前記発音手段を制御する制御部を備える再生装置において、前記再生装置を振動させる振動手段と、再生装置の返却を促すためのＩＤコード信号を受信したことを示す受信情報を記憶する受信情報記憶部を備え、再生装置の返却を促すためのＩＤコード信号を前記受信部が受信した場合、前記制御部は、前記受信情報記憶部に再生装置の返却を促すためのＩＤコード信号を受信したことを示す受信情報を記憶し、前記振動手段に前記再生装置を振動させる制御を行い、前記制御部は、前記受信部が警告音を発音するためのＩＤコード信号を受信した場合、前記受信情報記憶部に前記受信情報が記憶されているときは、前記発音手段に警告音を発音させる制御を行うものである。

本発明の請求項３に記載の再生装置の盗難防止方法は、ＩＤコード信号を受信する受信部と、ＩＤコード信号と関係づけられた音声情報を記憶する音声情報記憶部と、再生装置の返却を促すためのＩＤコード信号を受信したことを示す受信情報を記憶する受信情報記憶部を備え、前記受信部が受信したＩＤコード信号と関係づけられた音声情報を再生する再生装置の盗難防止方法であって、前記受信部が再生装置の返却を促すためのＩＤコード信号を受信する段階と、前記受信情報記憶部に再生装置の返却を促すためのＩＤコード信号を受信したことを示す受信情報を記憶する段階と、再生装置の返却を促す音声情報を前記再生部が再生する、再生装置の返却を促す情報を前記表示部が表示する、再生装置の返却を促す音声情報を前記再生部が再生するとともに前記再生装置の返却を促す情報を前記表示部が表示する、又は前記再生装置が振動することによって返却を促す段階と、前記受信部が警告音を発音するためのＩＤコード信号を受信する段階と、前記受信情報が前記受信情報記憶部に記憶されていることを確認する段階と、前記受信情報部に再生装置の返却を促すためのＩＤコード信号を受信したことを示す受信情報が記憶されている場合は前記再生装置が警告音を発音し、前記受信情報部に再生装置の返却を促すためのＩＤコード信号を受信したことを示す受信情報が記憶されていない場合は前記再生装置が警告音を発音しない段階とを有する方法である。

【発明の実施の形態】
図１は本発明の一実施例の再生装置の使用例を示す図である。図２は本実施例の再生装置を示すブロック図であり、図３は本実施例の再生装置を示す斜視図である。
図１乃至図３において、お客１２が借りた貸出用再生装置（以下貸出装置と呼ぶ）１に組み込まれた受信部２が、展示物１３の近くに設置した送信装置１１から送信されるＩＤコード信号を受信すると、マイクロコンピュータ（以下ＣＰＵと呼ぶ）３は、ＩＤコードの判断を行う。

ＣＰＵ３はＩＤコードの内容が、▲１▼音声ガイドを行う内容であるか、▲２▼持ち出しの注意を行う内容であるか、▲３▼警告音を発する内容であるか、の判断をする。受信したＩＤコードが音声ガイドを行う内容である場合は、ＣＰＵ３は、受信したＩＤコードと関係づけられた音声データを記憶部４から読み出し、イヤホンやスピーカなどを含む再生部６にて出力し、音声によるガイドを行う。

【発明の効果】
本発明の再生装置によれば、返却を促すためのＩＤコード信号を受信し、音声情報の再生、表示部の表示、又は再生装置の振動を行った後に再生装置外から送信される警告音を発音するＩＤコード信号を受信した場合に、警告音の発音を行うことができる。
