Description
【0001】

[Industrial applications]
The present invention relates to an improvement of a container / syringe represented by Japanese Patent Application No. 53-158143 or Japanese Patent Application No. 61-147223, in which blood flows into a syringe by so-called nurse aspiration at the time of injection. The present invention relates to a container-and-syringe that facilitates confirmation of the presence or absence and color.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, in the case of injection, which is a medical practice of injecting a drug solution directly into a required site in the body with a syringe, a puncture site is determined according to the type and effect of the drug or the purpose of use, for example, intravenous injection, arterial injection , Subcutaneous injection, intradermal injection and so on.
[0003]
Therefore, it is clear that an accidental puncture could lead to a serious medical accident, and in order to prevent such danger beforehand, at the medical site, immediately puncture the injection needle and immediately drop the drug solution. Without injection, once pull the plunger rod lightly in the direction of the hand to create a negative pressure inside the syringe. By this, if the tip of the injection needle is in a blood vessel, a small amount of blood flows into the syringe (flashback), so that it is possible to confirm that the blade is in the blood vessel. It is called a ration.
[0004]
As described above, nurse aspiration is an indispensable technique for safe and reliable injection, but this technique requires that a negative flow of blood or the like into the syringe occurs when negative pressure is applied to the injection needle. It is necessary to be able to immediately confirm the presence or absence and the color and the like by visual observation. For this purpose, it is necessary to easily confirm the presence and absence of the inflow and the color and the like at the tip of the syringe.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, as shown in FIG. 5, the structure of a conventional container / injection syringe represented by Japanese Patent Application No. 53-158143 or Japanese Patent Application No. 61-147223 includes at least two rubbers in a cylinder tip direction and a brim direction. However, in this type of conventional container / injection syringe, one end of the space portion 6 into which the rubber stopper 1 is fitted is connected to the injection needle attachment portion, and the other end is a fitting portion with the glass cartridge. There is little space to visually check for the presence or color of the reflux liquid from the injection needle, and in view of these circumstances, improvements have been needed to perform safe injections.
[0007]
In view of the above problems, the present invention has improved the cylinder tip of a container / syringe typified by Japanese Patent Application No. 53-158143 or Japanese Patent Application No. 61-147223, and has a function to newly enable nurse aspiration.
