Description

【0001】

[Industrial applications]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a fluid removing device for setting a bag for containing a fluid such as a liquid shampoo, a disinfectant, and a liquid cosmetic, and removing the fluid from the bag.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, liquid fluids used in homes and the like have been sold in containers made of synthetic resin, for example. He purchased the body and refilled this refill fluid into an empty container.
[0003]
However, as described above, when refilling the refilling fluid into an empty container, the refilling operation is performed while holding a flexible bag made of synthetic resin in a hand. However, it is troublesome to perform refilling work by aligning the mouth of the container and the mouth of the bag, and there is a problem in that the fluid spills out of the container when careless.
[0004]
In order to solve this problem, a synthetic resin bag containing a refilling fluid is placed in an empty container, and a suction tube protruding downward from a nozzle serving as a fluid removing portion provided at the upper end of the container is provided. It is known that the fluid in the bag is taken out from a nozzle by piercing the bag and tilting the container. In this case, not only the portion where the suction tube is pierced but also the entire bag is formed of a laminated film formed by laminating a stretched nylon film and an unstretched polyolefin film, and when piercing the suction tube into the bag, A force is applied in the direction of tearing the stretched nylon film at the tip of the suction tube by the force, thereby applying a force in the direction of tearing the unstretched polyolefin-based film inside, and a tear is formed in the hole of the bag through which the suction tube has penetrated. This causes a problem that the fluid inside the bag leaks in the container due to the crack, the inside of the container is contaminated by the leaked fluid, and the fluid leaks outside the container.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is to solve such a problem, and it is an object of the present invention to prevent a fluid in a bag from leaking in a container without causing a crack in a hole of the bag even when a tube is pierced into the bag. It is assumed that.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve this problem, the present invention is a fluid take-out device attached to a wall surface such as a washroom or a bathroom, containing a fluid and at least the lower end is provided with an unstretched nylon film and an unstretched polyolefin-based film. A stand for mounting a pump means for taking out a fluid is provided on the lower side of the container body in which a bag having a shape of a stand pack made of a synthetic resin made of a laminated film is set, and the operating means is arranged such that the operation unit is provided from the stand. The tube for sucking the fluid of the pump means is supported by the base so as to protrude outward, and protrudes upward from the lower end of the container body, and the tip of the tube is set at the lower end of the bag set in the container body. It is configured so as to pierce.
[0007]
[Action]
With this configuration, by setting the fluid storage bag in the container body of the fluid removal device attached to the wall surface of the bathroom or bathroom, the tip of the tube projecting upward from the lower end of the container body is attached to the lower end of the bag. By piercing and pushing back the operating section of the pump means in that state, the fluid inside the bag can be taken out from the fluid taking-out port. Also, since the bag portion that becomes the piercing portion of the tube is made of a laminated film formed by laminating an unstretched nylon film and an unstretched polyolefin film, the bag does not tear when the tube pierces the bag. The hole in the piercing portion closely adheres to the tube, and the fluid inside the bag does not leak in the container.
[0008]
【Example】
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
1 to 4, reference numeral 1 denotes a flexible bag made of a synthetic resin for containing a fluid such as a liquid shampoo or a disinfectant, which is a stand-pack type and heats in a state where the fluid is stored inside. It is closed by a seal. Reference numeral 2 denotes a heat seal portion at the bottom or the top. As a material of the bag 1, a laminate film formed by laminating an unstretched nylon film 3a and an unstretched polyolefin-based film 3b as shown in FIG. 2 is used. Then, the unstretched polyolefin film 3b is positioned inside, and the unstretched polyolefin film 3b is fused by heat sealing to form the bag 1.
[0009]
Reference numeral 4 denotes a synthetic resin vertically long container main body for accommodating the bag 1 containing the fluid, and a synthetic resin base to which a pump means 5 as a fluid take-out member is attached to a lower end of the container main body 4. 6 are provided integrally. The container main body 4 and the base 6 on the lower side thereof have a flat back surface, and the front surface and side surfaces are connected by arc-shaped curves and have a smooth shape. By the way, the pump means 5 is supported by the platform 6 so that the operating section 7 projects to the front of the platform 6, and is provided at the tip of a fluid suction tube 9 connected to the operating section 7 via a pipe 8. The tube 9 is fixed to the upper plate 11 so that the obliquely cut fluid suction port 10 penetrates substantially the center of the upper plate 11 of the base 6 from below and faces upward. The bag 1 containing the fluid is stored from above the container body 4 in the internal space of the container body 4 above the upper plate 11, and the fluid of the tube 9 protruding from the upper plate 11 at the bottom of the bag 1. The fluid suction port 10 is configured to be pressed against the suction port 10 to pierce the bottom of the bag 1. Reference numeral 12 denotes a fluid outlet provided so as to protrude from the operation unit 7, reference numeral 13 denotes a synthetic resin lid detachably provided at an upper end of the container main body 4, and reference numeral 14 denotes the container main body 4 and a lower part thereof. A rear plate made of a synthetic resin to be a back surface of the base portion 6, and a suction cup 15 is attached near a corner at an upper end and a lower end of the rear plate 14, and the fluid removing device is mounted on a tile surface such as a washroom or a bathroom. 16 and so on. In this embodiment, the pump means 5 as the fluid take-out member is made of a hard synthetic resin material such as medium density polyethylene or polypropylene. The front surface of the container body 4 is made of a transparent synthetic resin material so that the remaining amount of the fluid inside the bag 1 stored in the container body 4 can be checked from the outside. Further, when the bag 1 is stored in the container body 4, the sizes of the container body 4 and the bag 1 are preset so that the outer surface of the bag 1 is almost in close contact with the inner surface of the container body 4.
[0010]
Next, the method of use in the above configuration will be described. First, for example, at home, a bag 1 containing a fluid such as liquid shampoo is set so as to be almost in close contact with the inner surface of the container body 4 and the bag 1 is pushed into the container body 4. Thereby, the fluid suction port 10 of the tube 9 projecting from the upper plate 11 is pierced into the lower end of the bag 1. In this state, the upper end of the container body 4 is closed with the lid 13. In addition, the suction device 15 is used to mount the fluid removing device at an appropriate position on the tile surface 16 such as a washroom or a bathroom.
[0011]
In this state, by pushing back the operation unit 7 of the pump means 5, the fluid inside the bag 1 is taken out from the fluid taking-out port 12 in the form of mist or foam. Once the removal of the fluid is completed, dripping of the liquid can be prevented by rotating the operation unit 180 by 180 degrees so that the fluid removal port 12 faces upward.
[0012]
Since the bag 1 used in this embodiment is made of a laminated film made by laminating the unstretched nylon film 3a and the unstretched polyolefin film 3b as described above, the tube 9 pierces the bag 1. When the bag 1 is closed, the bag 1 adheres to the tube 9 without tearing, and the fluid inside the bag 1 does not leak inside the container body 4.
[0013]
Further, even if the fluid inside the bag 1 is taken out and reduced, the pump means 5 is used, so that the inside of the bag 1 is in a vacuum state, and the fluid collects at the tip of the tube 9 due to the shrinkage of the bag 1 and the inside of the bag 1 Can be taken out to the end.
[0014]
The fluid inside the bag 1 may be a fluid such as a liquid cosmetic, in addition to a liquid shampoo and a disinfectant.
In the above embodiment, the bag 1 is composed entirely of a laminate film composed of two layers of an unstretched nylon film 3a and an unstretched polyolefin film 3b, but the unstretched nylon film 3a and the unstretched polyolefin film 3b are formed. May be laminated with another film interposed therebetween, or another film may be laminated outside the unstretched nylon film 3a. Further, only the bottom of the bag 1 which is the piercing portion of the tube 9 is constituted by a laminated film having an unstretched nylon film 3a and an unstretched polyolefin film 3b, and the other portions are made of, for example, a stretched nylon film and an unstretched polyolefin film. It may be constituted by a laminated film in which films are laminated.
[0015]
Further, in the above embodiment, the fluid removing device is attached to the tile surface of the bathroom or bathroom by the suction cup 15, but it may be attached by nails or screws, or in the bathroom or bathroom. You may make it engage with the hook provided in the wall surface, such as a tile surface.
[0016]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, by setting a fluid storage bag in a container body of a fluid removing device attached to a wall surface such as a washroom or a bathroom, a tube protruding upward from a lower end of the container body is formed. The tip of the bag pierces the lower end of the bag, and the operating portion of the pump is pushed back in that state, whereby the fluid inside the bag can be taken out from the fluid outlet.
