即ち、上述した基準長X1(基準指定線15a,15b間の距離)には歪みがない状態である。
【0026】
(X1/X0)=(Y1/Y0)・Q
L=R・Q
RX=SX・(X0/X1)として求めることができる。
【0033】
L=R・Qとして

[Industrial applications]
According to the present invention, a subject image (a face image of a customer) wearing a glasses frame is projected on a display means, and a measurement point is designated on the subject image, so that a distance between the measurement points is calculated. The present invention relates to an eye point measuring device for wearing an eyeglass frame.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In a spectacle shop or the like, when a customer purchases eyeglasses, he or she selects some of a large number of eyeglass frame samples, actually wears them, and finally selects an eyeglass frame having a frame of a favorite shape.
[0003]
On the other hand, when the selected eyeglasses frame is worn, it is necessary to determine the distance from the lower end and the left and right ends of the frame to the customer's eye point. For this reason, conventionally, it has been considered to measure by applying a physical difference as a simple method. However, in this method, accurate measurement is difficult because a customer moves.
[0004]
In order to eliminate this defect, the face of the customer wearing the glasses frame is photographed with a television camera, and the photographed face image is projected on a monitor television, and an eye point (measurement point) is displayed on the monitor television. It is also considered that a measurement point such as the lower end or the left and right ends of the frame image of the spectacle frame image is designated by a mouse or the like, and the distance between the measurement points is calculated by an arithmetic control circuit.
[0005]
At this time, the arithmetic and control circuit obtains the dimensional ratio based on the shooting ratio by the TV camera and the preset working distance from the TV camera to the face of the customer when the two measurement points are indicated by the mouse. It was set so as to obtain the actual distance between the measurement points based on the dimensional ratio.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, since the working distance from the television camera to the customer's face slightly changes depending on the movement of the customer, an error occurs in the dimensional ratio, and the distance between the measurement points cannot be calculated accurately.
[0007]
In order to solve such a problem, it is conceivable to use a telecentric optical system. However, in this case, there is a problem that an extremely large device is required.
[0008]
Therefore, the present invention provides an eye point measuring device when wearing a spectacle frame capable of calculating an accurate dimension from a predetermined measurement point of a frame image projected on a display unit to an eye point of a face image. It is the purpose.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve this object, the invention according to
[0010]
Further, the invention according to claim 2 is a photographing means for photographing the face of the customer wearing the glasses frame, an arithmetic control circuit for processing an image signal from the photographing means, and the photographing means controlled by the arithmetic control circuit. Display means for displaying a face image photographed by the means, measurement point indicating means for indicating a measurement point of an image projected on the display means, and measuring the frame of the glasses frame to calculate the measurement data. An eye point measuring device when wearing an eyeglass frame, comprising: a frame measuring unit for transferring the frame to a control circuit, wherein the arithmetic control circuit is attached to and detached from at least a part of the measurement data and a frame displayed on the display unit. Comparing with the scale mounted as possible, it is set to obtain the actual distance from the measurement point of the frame image to the eye point. Characterized in that the spectacle frame wearing when the eye point measurement apparatus that.

Now, assuming that the customer's face is facing the front with respect to the television camera, the distance from the camera to the left end or the right end of the frame is equal, and the horizontal direction is not inclined forward and backward. Therefore, the ratio (X1 / X0) between the reference length X1 and the distance X0 and the ratio (Y1 / Y0) between the distance Y1 and the distance Y0 are obtained, and the ratio (Y1 / Y0) is compared with the ratio (X1 / X0). Find the degree of distortion. That is, (X1 / X0) should be equal to (Y1 / Y0) multiplied by Q. As a result,
(X1 / X0) = (Y1 / Y0) · Q
Therefore, the correction magnification, that is, the correction ratio Q is

Therefore, assuming that the distance between the two measurement points in the vertical direction on the monitor TV 2 is R, the actual length L after correcting the tilt distortion of the distance R is:

Here, since there is no distortion in the left-right direction, if the distance between the eye point P and the measurement point A is SX, the actual distance RX between the eye point P and the measurement point A is (X1 / X0) = (SX / RX ),
RX = SX · (X0 / X1).
[0033]
Further, since distortion (error) due to the inclination of the frame occurs in the vertical direction, if the distance between the eye point P and the measurement point B is R, the actual distance L is the correction magnification (size ratio) as described above. That is, in consideration of the correction ratio Q,
L = RQ is obtained.
