本発明は、食品を包装したり、調理する際に使用するラップフィルムやアルミホイル等、長尺に巻回されたロールを収納し、必要長さを引き出して鋸状歯により切断して使用するラップカートンに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来より提案されているラップケースの形態としては、巻回したフィルムの引き出し性を良くするために、実公昭５２−３５２１９号公報（プラスチックシート包装用紙容器）、実公昭５５−５３４６０号公報（包装フィルム用収納紙箱）、実開昭６０−１４８２４３号公報（包装フィルムの収納容器）に見られるように、ケース前板を幅狭に形成したもの、フィルムの取り出しを容易にするため、実開昭６１−１８８９３３号公報（引き出し口つきアルミ箔ロール容器）、実開昭６１−１９３０１５号公報（引き出し口つきラップフィルムロール容器）、実開平４−８９７３４号公報（ラップフィルム取り出し口）のごとくガイド機能を有する折り曲げ部片を形成したもの、あるいはロール状のフィルムの意図しない飛び出しを防止する提案として実公昭５３−４８１９３号公報（巻回したフィルムの紙製容器）、特開平２−１５２６５０号公報（ロール制止式分配容器）等が挙げられ、更にはカートン前板表面にフィルム巻き戻り防止用のニス掛けを施す提案もなされている。
前記公知例に従えば、特定の課題について一応の解決策を提示しているものの、依然としてフィルムの引き出し性、その巻き戻り防止、更にはロール状フィルムの飛び出しすべてにわたり一挙に解決する提案であると評価されるまでには至っていないことと、堅牢性、製作コストの面からみた経済性の点でも解決すべき点のあることは否めなかった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、従来のラップカートンの前壁部や折込部にフィルム挟持片や押え片をそれぞれ切込み形成することにより、ロール状フィルムの引き出し性を向上させ、フィルムの巻き戻りや飛び出しを防止するラップカートンを提供しようとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記課題を解決するための手段について具体的に述べると、本発明のラップカートンは、前壁部、底部、後壁部及び両側壁部からなるカートン本体と前記後壁部に折目を介して連接する蓋部とからなる鋸状歯付きラップカートンにおいて、前記前壁部の両側上方に一対のフィルム挟持片を切込み成形し、それぞれの切込み下端間を折目とする折込部を前記前壁部の上縁に延設すると共に、該上縁の中央部位には前記折込部側に突出する押え片を切込み成形し、前記切込み成形されたフィルム挟持片と押え片の区画を除く折込部を前壁部の内面に貼着してなるものであり、また、前記一対のフィルム挟持片が、対向するように切込み成形されると共に、該切込み下端が前記前壁部と側壁部との折目に達しないようにすることもよく、更には、前記前壁部と折込部との折目の両端において、引き出しフィルムの側縁と係合するように前記フィルム挟持片を切込み成形することも好ましい。

【作用】
図３、図４のように、ロール状フィルムの端部を保持して、所望長さに引き出す際、フィルム両側縁をフィルム挟持片に係合させ、押え片をフィルム下面に挿し込んだ状態とする。
この状態でフィルムを引き出すと、低位置の前壁部上縁と押え片がフィルム下面で接し、フィルム側縁が前壁部と折込部との折目の両端に切込み成形されたフィルム挟持片で接しながらフィルムが引き出される。前壁部上縁が低位置であって、押え片がロールから剥離された直前のフィルム下面に潜り込むため、フィルムの引き出しが安定し、押え片によりロールの飛び出しを抑制する。
また、フィルム切断後には、切断時の衝撃でフィルムが巻き戻ろうとするが、フィルム挟持片と押え片とにより戻りを抑制する。

【実施例】
本発明の実施例を図面を参照しながら説明すると、図１は表面からみた全体の展開図、図２は折込部を前壁部内面に貼着した場合における裏面からみた全体の展開状態説明図、図３は開蓋状態説明図、図４は使用状態説明図、図５は図３のＡ−Ａ線断面図、図６は図３のＢ−Ｂ線断面図をそれぞれ示すものである。

図面に示すラップカートンは、説明上、紙管にロール状に巻回した合成樹脂フィルムを収納するカートンに関するものであり、該フィルムは一般家庭や店舗その他において、必要の都度その先部を必要長さのもとに引き出し、主に魚介、蔬菜、果実類等の食品の包装用に使用される、いわゆる食品包装用ラップフィルムを例示している。従って、本発明は前記フィルムに限られずアルミホイル、ワックスペーパー、その他家庭または店舗等でのロール状包装材料についても利用可能なものである。

図１において、本発明のラップカートンのカートンブランクは、長方形状の厚紙製で前壁部１、底部３、後壁部４及び本体側壁部１３が折目７を介して連接し、カートン本体を構成する基本部材である。また後壁部４には蓋部を構成する覆蓋部５、前蓋部６がそれぞれ折目７を介して連接する。
前壁部１の両側上方には、一対のフィルム挟持片８が切込み１０により成形されており、それぞれの切込み１０の下端１０ａ間が前壁部１と折込部２との折目７ａとなる。またこの折目７ａは、折込部２が前壁部１の内面に貼着されると前壁部１の上縁となり、カートン本体を構成する他の壁部より低位置となる。
一方、前壁部１上縁の中央部位には、折込部２側に突出する押え片９が切込み１１により成形されており、前記フィルム挟持片８と押え片９を除いた折込部２が前壁部１の内面に貼着される。また切込み１０の下端１０ａは、前壁部１と前壁貼着片１２の折目１８に達しないように設けられている。

また前壁部１と折込部２との折目７ａの両端である下端１０ａ付近は、フィルムの両側縁がフィルム挟持片に係合するように切込み成形されており、該フィルム挟持片８については円弧状に切込むとほどよい係合が可能となる。
押え片９の形状も半円または長楕円状に切込むことでフィルム下面でほどよい抵抗を与える。
前記前壁部１、底部３、後壁部４、覆蓋部５及び前蓋部６には、それぞれ折目１８を介し前壁貼着片１２、折目１８を経て折込片１４を有する本体側壁部１３、後壁側壁部１５、側蓋部１６及び前蓋貼着片１７が延設されている。
図中、１９は切除用のジッパー線、２１は開封用の切除部、２０は切断用の鋸状歯（図２参照）であり、前蓋部６にそれぞれ付設されている。

本発明の組立てについては、図２のように、折込部２を折目７ａにより内折りし前壁部１内面に貼着することによって、前壁部１は低位置に設定され、フィルム挟持片８、押え片９は立ち上らせた状態となる。更に折目７を介し順次底部３、後壁部４、覆蓋部５及び前蓋部６を折り曲げ、同時に本体側壁部１３裏面に貼着した前壁貼着片１２を介して後壁側壁部１５を重ねて貼着し、カートン本体が組立てられる。
また側蓋部１６裏面に前壁貼着片１７を貼着して蓋部付きのラップカートンが組立てられ、ロール状フィルムＦが定位置に内装される。かくしてから、前蓋部６にジッパー線を介して連接する切除部２１を前壁部１に重ね貼着することで製品が完成する。

使用に際してはジッパー線１９から切除部２１を切除すれば、前蓋部６は開閉自在となるので、図４のように巻回されたロール状フィルムの端部を摘み出し、フィルムを所望長さに引き出せばよく、その引き出しに際しては、フィルム両側縁をフィルム挟持片８に係合させ、しかも押え片９が正しくフィルム下面に挿し込まれた状態とする（図３、図４参照）。フィルムが所望長さに引き出されたならば、切断用の鋸状歯２０で切断することになるものである。

フィルム挟持片８は側端の切込み１０により前壁部１両側上方に対設され、図４に例示したとおり、フィルムＦを確実かつ正常に引き出せるよう挟持するように係合し、同時に、その抵抗によりフィルムＦの意図しない巻き戻りを防止できるものであり、図示例のごとく半円弧に突設した形態とすることで、フィルムＦを円滑に導入し、以後の引き出しに際しガイド機能を発揮するので好ましい。また図示を省略したが、フィルム挟持片８の形状は前記半円状に限定されるものではなく、例えば台形状とすることもよく、要はフィルムＦの側縁に対し前記した挟持、導入及びガイド機能を有するものならば差し支えない。

押え片９は前壁部１上縁中央部位の折目７ａ沿いに切込み１１により形成されるが、その形状としては半円、または半円の弧を全体に丸味をつけて楕円に近く長楕円状とすることが最適である。
前記押え片９は、図４に示すとおり、低位置に設定された前壁部１上縁中央部位に形成されているので、密着性、自己粘着性を有するフィルムＦを引き出す場合、導出されるフィルムＦ下面に押え片９を挿し込むことによって（図６参照）、フィルムＦは下面方向から押し上げられながら好ましい状態のもとにロールから剥離される。

この適正な剥離機能は、ロール状のフィルムＦの使用が続きフィルムの残量が減少しても、前記前壁部１が低位置に設定されていることと、フィルム挟持片８の挟持、導入及びガイド機能とによって最終的な使用に至るまで保持される。
またカートンＰの本体側壁部１３上縁に折目１８を経て内方へ伸展している折込片１４は、ロール状フィルムＦ両端部位に対し掩蓋状態としてあるので、引き出し時にフィルムＦが転回動揺しても飛び出しを抑止している。

【発明の効果】
本発明は前記のごとき構成を有するので、以下のとおりの効果を奏するものである。
▲１▼ フィルム挟持片８によりフィルムＦを円滑に導出し、引き出し時のガイド機能を有するとともに、挟持による係合抵抗によって引き出しフィルムの切断後に生じ易い残余フィルムＦの巻き戻りを押え片９と共に確実に防止できる。
特にポリ塩化ビニリデン等を主原料とする食品包装用ラップフィルムの場合、その密着性、自己粘着性を有するため、いったん引き出した後に正常な切断をなし得ないまま巻き戻す結果を招くと、フィルム全体にしわがよってしまい再使用できず無駄となるので、本発明の巻き戻り防止効果は有益である。
▲２▼ 半円または長楕円状とした押え片９により、引き出されるフィルムＦをその下方向から常に押し上げられるので、円滑なロールからのフィルム剥離を促し、引き剥しの失敗、あるいは斜め切れのおそれがなく、フィルムの引き出し性が安定し、ロールの飛び出しを防止できる。
▲３▼ 前記フィルム挟持片８、押え片９のもたらす効用に加えて、折込部２の内折による強度を高めた前壁部１を低位置に設定しているための、フィルムＦの引き出し性がより向上する。
しかも切込み１０、１１により前記フィルム挟持片８、押え片９が成形できるため、既存の設備がそのまま使用でき量産性、経済性に富むものである。
