従来より提案されているラップケースの形態としては、巻回したフィルムの引き出し性を良くするために、実公昭52−35219号公報(プラスチックシート包装用紙容器)、実公昭55−53460号公報(包装フィルム用収納紙箱)、実開昭60−148243号公報(包装フィルムの収納容器)に見られるように、ケース前板を幅狭に形成したもの、フィルムの取り出しを容易にするため、実開昭61−188933号公報(引き出し口つきアルミ箔ロール容器)、実開昭61−193015号公報(引き出し口つきラップフィルムロール容器)、実開平4−89734号公報(ラップフィルム取り出し口)のごとくガイド機能を有する折り曲げ部片を形成したもの、あるいはロール状のフィルムの意図しない飛び出しを防止する提案として実公昭53−48193号公報(巻回したフィルムの紙製容器)、特開平2−152650号公報(ロール制止式分配容器)等が挙げられ、更にはカートン前板表面にフィルム巻き戻り防止用のニス掛けを施す提案もなされている。
前記公知例に従えば、特定の課題について一応の解決策を提示しているものの、依然としてフィルムの引き出し性、その巻き戻り防止、更にはロール状フィルムの飛び出しすべてにわたり一挙に解決する提案であると評価されるまでには至っていないことと、堅牢性、製作コストの面からみた経済性の点でも解決すべき点のあることは否めなかった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、従来のラップカートンの前壁部や折込部にフィルム挟持片や押え片をそれぞれ切込み形成することにより、ロール状フィルムの引き出し性を向上させ、フィルムの巻き戻りや飛び出しを防止するラップカートンを提供しようとするものである。

図1において、本発明のラップカートンのカートンブランクは、長方形状の厚紙製で前壁部1、底部3、後壁部4及び本体側壁部13が折目7を介して連接し、カートン本体を構成する基本部材である。また後壁部4には蓋部を構成する覆蓋部5、前蓋部6がそれぞれ折目7を介して連接する。

一方、前壁部1上縁の中央部位には、折込部2側に突出する押え片9が切込み11により成形されており、前記フィルム挟持片8と押え片9を除いた折込部2が前壁部1の内面に貼着される。また切込み10の下端10aは、前壁部1と前壁貼着片12の折目18に達しないように設けられている。

本発明は前記のごとき構成を有するので、以下のとおりの効果を奏するものである。
