Description

【0001】

[Industrial applications]
The present invention relates to an improvement in a seal unit using a printed body made of a porous seal material having countless continuous pores detachably attached to a rear end of a barrel of a writing instrument or a front end of a barrel of a seal holder.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, there is known a seal that does not need to be attached to vermilion or the like each time it is used, using a printed body formed of a porous stamp material having countless continuous pores such as sponge rubber so that ink can be absorbed. I have. It is also known that these seals are unitized and detachably attached to the rear end of the shaft cylinder of the writing instrument or to the front end of the shaft cylinder of a seal holder with an opening / closing lid which does not require attachment and detachment of a cap. As shown in FIG. 4, the conventional seal holder accommodates a print body which can be impregnated with ink inside a cylindrical cover having a hole formed at a front end thereof, and exposes the seal surface from the hole and forms the print body. A cover is provided at the rear end , and the cover and the shaft are brought into contact with the front end of the shaft of the pedestal provided with the shaft at the rear and the cylinder at the front of the flange. It is configured to be fixed. In the seal unit configured as described above, the ink occluded in the printed body is consumed together with the seal, and the seal is usually thinned after several hundred seals. At that time, the ink is replenished by dropping it from the stamp surface, but the viscosity of the ink is high and it takes a long time for the ink to penetrate into the print. In addition, the printed body has a two-layer structure in which the pores of the surface layer forming the stamped surface are made dense and the pores of the ink occlusion part are made slightly coarse in order to make clear imprints by uniform ejection of ink. Requires more time for ink penetration. Therefore, during this time, the stamp surface becomes sticky and cannot be stamped. In addition, since the ink dripping extremely, there is a problem that the seal cannot be stored until the ink has soaked to some extent.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is to provide a convenient seal unit that solves the above-mentioned problem.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object , a seal unit according to the present invention accommodates a printed body made of a stamp material which has a porous through hole inside a cover having a tubular front end with a hole formed therein and which can be impregnated with ink. Then, the sealing surface that temporarily holds the ink is provided in close contact with the rear end of the printed body while appropriately exposing the stamped surface engraved on the front end of the printed body from the hole,
On the other hand, the shaft portion in front of the flange portion provided with a cradle having a cylindrical portion at the rear, the shaft portion is provided inside protruding from the front end of the shaft portion in the inner hole side of the cylindrical portion, the inner shaft portion axis And an insertion hole in which a nozzle of the refill ink bottle can be installed is provided in communication with a rear end of the occlusion body, and the cover is fixed to a shaft portion of a receiving stand.
[0005]
【Example】
FIG. 1 shows a first embodiment of the present invention. First, print body 2 of the seal unit 1 shown in the figures is formed from a porous stamp material having numerous continuous vent sponge rubber or the like can absorb ink, name and the like on the front end surface of the printing body 2 The stamp face 3 is engraved. The printing body 2 is housed inside a cover 9 having a cylindrical shape and a hole formed in the front end , and the stamp surface 3 is appropriately exposed from the hole.
[0006]
On the other hand, the receiving base 5 has a shaft portion 6 provided in front of the flange portion 7 and a tube portion 8 provided rearward, and an inner shaft portion 10 which is located substantially at the center from the front end and protrudes toward the inner hole side of the tube portion 8 is formed. Have been. Further, a space is provided at the front end side of the inner shaft portion 10 in which the occluding body 4 capable of temporarily holding ink is fitted, and a groove 13 through which ink can be appropriately passed is provided behind the space portion. In addition, an insertion hole 11 is formed at the rear end side so that the nozzle of the refill ink bottle can be mounted.
[0007]
Absorbing material 4 in the space portion of the inner shaft portion 10 is fitted in the state of being in close contact with the rear end of the print body 2, seal units are fitted fixed to the outer periphery of the shaft portion 6 of the cover 9 cradle 5 1 Is configured. Further, the porosity of the occlusion body 4 is set to be larger than the porosity of the printing body 2 so that the ink contained in the occlusion body 4 is supplied to the printing body 2. Further, ink is supplied to the printing surface 3 by the expansion and contraction of the printing body 2 accompanying the marking.
[0008]
FIG. 2 shows a second embodiment of the present invention. Basically the same as in the first embodiment, ink can be temporarily held between the upper end of the receiving table 5 and the lower surface of the printing body 2. The storage unit 4 is provided.
[0009]
FIG. 3 shows a third embodiment of the present invention.此ones a space portion provided substantially axis from the rear end of the print body 2, there occluding member 4 fitted to the rear end of the storing member 4 is provided so as to communicate with the insertion hole 11.
[0010]
FIG. 4 shows a conventional seal unit, in which replenishment ink is dropped on the stamp surface 3. Note that the occlusion body 17 does not need to be particularly provided, and is simply provided by a cushion, a spacer, or the like.
[0011]
[Action]
The seal unit 1 of the present invention is configured as described above. When the ink of the print body 2 is consumed together with the seal, the seal becomes thin. At this time, a nozzle of the refill ink is fitted into the insertion hole 11 and the ink is ejected toward the occlusion body 4. Since the occluding body 4 has a high porosity, the ink penetrates and is supplied to the ink occluding portion of the printing body 2.
[0012]
【The invention's effect】
The configuration and operation of the seal unit of the present invention are as described above, and the ink can be replenished by mounting the nozzle of the refill ink bottle in the insertion hole, so that the ink does not seep and the surroundings are soiled and printing cannot be performed for a long time. And other problems are eliminated.
