【産業上の利用分野】
この発明はパチンコ機の入賞装置に関し、特に予め定めた特定条件が成立したときに、遊技者に不利な第1状態から遊技者に有利な第2状態に変換可能なパチンコ機の入賞装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
周知のように、予め定めた特定条件が成立したときに、遊技者に不利な第1状態から遊技者に有利な第2状態に変換可能な入賞装置を備えるパチンコ機は数多く開発されている。例えば、打球が特定入賞口に入賞するなど特定条件が成立して権利状態にあるときに、打球が権利始動口に入賞することに基づいて、遊技者に不利な第1状態から遊技者に有利な第2状態に変換可能な可変入賞装置を第2状態に変換することのできる所謂第3種と呼ばれるパチンコ機がある。この種のパチンコ機は、一般に権利状態を創出する権利発生装置と、権利始動口と、打球が入賞できずに遊技者に不利な第1状態と打球の入賞が容易で遊技者に有利な第2状態に変換可能な大入賞口としての可変入賞装置を備えている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
このため、パチンコ機の設計段階において、権利始動口と可変入賞装置の配置に苦慮しているのが現状である。
一方、遊技者側からみると、打球が権利始動口に入賞後、可変入賞装置が遊技者に有利な第2状態に開放されるのであるが、開放されるまでのロス時間を少なくするために、可変入賞装置が開放中に権利始動口に球を貯留させておかなければならなかった。このため、遊技技術に長けた遊技者と遊技に不慣れな初心者とでは獲得可能な賞球数に大きな差が生じて公平な遊技ができなかった。
尚、この種のパチンコ機に適用したものではないが、可変入賞装置の上方に回転体装置を一体に備える入賞調整装置が、実開平6−3385号公報によって開示されている。
本発明は上記に鑑み提案されたもので、コンパクトな構成で遊技盤に自由に配設可能であると共に、遊技性の高い入賞装置を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するため請求項1に記載した発明は、遊技盤の遊技部に取り付けられる取付基板には、入賞口、入賞口の下方に位置する回転部材、回転部材の下方に位置する入賞球入口、入賞球入口の左右に位置する一対の羽根部材が設けられたパチンコ機の入賞装置において、入賞口は、1個の球の通過可能な間隔を左右の方向に開けて対設した一対の障害部と、一対の障害部の1個の球の通過可能な間隔から流下する球の流下方向を後方に転換させる共に当該球を一旦係止させるための一対の球係止部とが、1個の球の通過可能な間隔を上下方向に開けて取付基板から前側に突出された構造であり、回転部材は、球係止部で流下方向を後側に転換された球を取り込み得るように取付基板に取付基板の前面から後方に窪む前面視円形に形成された凹陥部に回転可能に収設され、凹陥部よりも後側に位置して取付基板に固定された背面板よりも後側に位置して取付基板に取り付けられた電気的駆動源で周方向に回転され、回転部材の前面側と背面側及び周面に開口する1個の球の嵌入可能な切欠孔を有する構造であり、凹陥部の後壁には排出孔が一対の球係止部の間と周方向にずれた位置であると共に回転部材の切欠孔の軌跡上の位置に開設されており、凹陥部の後壁と背面板との間には球排出樋が形成されており、入賞口における一対の障害部の1個の球の通過可能な間隔から一対の球係止部の間に流下した球が一対の球係止部材と回転部材の回転に伴う一対の球係止部の間に位置した回転部材の前面とで貯留され、この貯留された球が回転部材の回転に伴う一対の球係止部の間に位置した回転部材の切欠孔に嵌入し、この球の嵌入した切欠孔が回転部材の回転に伴い排出孔と対応した場合に当該切欠孔から球が排出孔を経由して球排出樋に転出され、一対の羽根部材は、背面板よりも後側に位置して取付基板に取り付けられた上記回転部材を回転する電気的駆動源と別の電気的駆動源で、球の流入不能な閉じた状態と球の流入可能な開いた状態とに、下端側の回動軸を回転中心として左右方向に開閉される構造であり、球排出樋を通過する球を検出するための検出スイッチが球排出樋を通過する球を検出することによって上記別の電気的駆動源が閉じていた一対の羽根部材を左右に開くことを特徴とするものである。また、請求項2に記載した発明は、凹陥部に収設された回転部材の前面が取付基板の前面より前側に突出しないことを特徴とするものである。

【作用】
請求項1に記載した発明は、入賞口から回転部材の切欠部に嵌入した球が回転部材の回転に伴い切欠部から球排出孔から球排出通路に転出されると、一対の羽根部材が左右に開き、球が遊技部から開いた一対の羽根部材で入賞球入口に入賞しやすくなる。そして、一対の羽根部材が左右に開いた状態において、遊技部から入賞口の一対の障害部の間を通過した球が、一対の球係止部材と一対の球係止部の間に位置した回転部材の前面とで貯留され球または一対の球係止部の間に位置した回転部材の周面に衝突した場合、当該球は一対の障害部と一対の球係止部とで上下方向に開けられた1個の球の通過可能な間隔を経由して下方の開いた一対の羽根部材の間に向かって流下し、球が開いた一対の羽根部材で入賞球入口に入賞しやすくなる。また、請求項2に記載した発明は、上部の入賞口と下部の一対の羽根部材との間を球が左右に交流する。

【実施例】
以下、本発明を図面の実施例について説明すると、図1は遊技盤1の正面図であって、この遊技盤1にはガイドレール11で囲まれる遊技部12を形成し、該遊技部12のほゞ中央部縦方向に、可変図柄表示装置2、本発明に係る入賞装置3を配設する。また、遊技部12の右側領域には、上方から順に、ランプ風車13、一般入賞具14、一般入賞装置15並びに一般入賞具16を配設し、左側領域には、ランプ風車13、図柄始動口4、権利発生装置5並びに一般入賞具16を配設する。更に、最下部にはアウト口17を開設し、遊技部12の適宜位置には、風車18、サイドランプ19、障害釘等を適宜配設する。

本発明に係る入賞装置3は、例えば図2ないし図7に示すように、遊技盤1に取り付けるための取付基板61を含むベース部材6、該ベース部材6の前面側に設けた上飾り部材7及び下飾り部材8、上記ベース部材6の後方に設けた背面板9等を中心に構成してある。

一方、上記回転部材63を収設した凹陥部62の後壁には、球の排出孔67を開設する。この排出孔67は、回転部材63の切欠孔64の軌跡上に位置し、図示の実施例では、球導入部72の左斜め下に開設してある。即ち、回転部材63が図2において時計方向に回転するとき、球導入部72から到達するまでに最も時間の掛かる位置に開設してある。そして、切欠孔64と排出孔67が一致すると、切欠孔64に嵌入していた球が背面側から排出孔67に転出する。

上記のような構成の入賞装置3、即ち一つのベース部材6上に入賞口71と回転部材63と大入賞口82とを備える入賞装置3によれば、当該入賞装置3が遊技盤1上に占める面積が減少するので、ゲージ設計が著しく容易になる。しかも、遊技部12の右側領域と左側領域とが交流可能であるので、変化に富んだ遊技が可能になる。

以上要するに請求項1に記載した発明は、遊技盤の遊技部に取り付けられる取付基板には、入賞口、入賞口の下方に位置する回転部材、回転部材の下方に位置する入賞球入口、入賞球入口の左右に位置する一対の羽根部材が設けられたパチンコ機の入賞装置において、特に、入賞口における1個の球の通過可能な間隔を左右の方向に開けて対設した一対の障害部と、一対の障害部の1個の球の通過可能な間隔から流下する球の流下方向を後方に転換させる共に当該球を一旦係止させるための一対の球係止部とが、1個の球の通過可能な間隔を上下方向に開けて取付基板から前側に突出されており、球排出樋を通過する球を検出するための検出スイッチが球排出樋を通過する球を検出することによって回転部材を回転する電気的駆動源と別電気的駆動源が閉じていた一対の羽根部材を左右に開くので、入賞口から回転部材の切欠部に嵌入した球が回転部材の回転に伴い切欠部から球排出孔から球排出通路に転出されると、一対の羽根部材が左右に開き、球が遊技部から開いた一対の羽根部材で入賞球入口に入賞しやすくなる一方、一対の羽根部材が左右に開いた状態において、遊技部から入賞口の一対の障害部の間を通過した球が、一対の球係止部材と一対の球係止部の間に位置した回転部材の前面とで貯留され球または一対の球係止部の間に位置した回転部材の周面に衝突した場合、当該球は一対の障害部と一対の球係止部とで上下方向に開けられた1個の球の通過可能な間隔を経由して下方の開いた一対の羽根部材の間に向かって流下し、球が開いた一対の羽根部材で入賞球入口に入賞しやすくなるという効果を奏する。また、請求項2に記載した発明は、凹陥部に収設された回転部材の前面が取付基板の前面より前側に突出しないので、上部の入賞口と下部の一対の羽根部材との間を球が左右に交流することができるという効果を奏する。
