Description

【0001】

[Industrial applications]
According to the present invention, when embroidering on a cloth curved in an arc shape such as a peripheral wall of a hat, a circle used for holding an embroidery area of the cloth curved in an arc shape in a taut state. The present invention relates to a cloth upholstery frame that is curved in an arc shape.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The upper surface has an arc-shaped cross section for attaching the cloth curved in an arc shape, and the upper surface is provided with a window for positioning an embroidery area of the cloth curved in an arc shape. A base frame, a clamping piece for pressing an arc-shaped curved cloth on one side edge of the window in the axial direction of the base frame on the upper surface, and a clamp on the other side edge. Another fastening piece for attaching, a stopper for connecting one end of each of the fastening pieces to the base frame, and another stop for connecting the other end to the base frame. It has one stopper (for example, see Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2-251660). In the cloth-clad frame of the cloth curved in the arc shape, the cloth curved in the arc shape is attached to the upper surface of the base frame, and the cloth is curved in the arc shape by pressing with the both fastening pieces. Can be held by the base frame and used for embroidery.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In this conventional cloth upholstery frame of a cloth curved in an arc shape, if the cloth curved in an arc shape is a thin cloth, the cloth portion corresponding to the window is attached with the cloth attached to the base frame. May be loose and loose. If this happens, the arc-curved cloth outside the fastening piece must be pulled in order to tension the arc-curved cloth. However, if the pressing by the fastening piece is strong, the cloth curved in an arc shape is difficult to move, and there is a problem that the work is difficult to perform. The work of pulling the cloth curved in the arc shape can be easily performed by weakening the pressing by the tightening pieces. However, in such a case, the embroidery is performed on the cloth curved in the arc shape of the window. However, there is a problem in that the cloth curved in an arc shape is pulled toward the window and becomes loose again.
[0004]
In order to solve the above problem, it is conceivable to attach a non-slip member to the inside of the fastening piece. However, since the above-mentioned fastening piece is made to be able to bend and bend freely, there arises a problem that the member is cracked and laterally shifted. Further, if measures to prevent lateral displacement are taken to solve the "problem of lateral displacement", there arises a problem that a problem of impairing the flexibility of the base member occurs.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, and there is no danger of deteriorating the flexibility of the base member even if a countermeasure to prevent a lateral slip is taken to solve the "lateral slip" with respect to the fastening piece. In the case where the embroidery area of the cloth curved in an arc shape is loose at the position of the above-mentioned window, a part of the cloth can be easily shifted outwardly of the fastening piece to provide a window. The work of extending the embroidery area on the window can be easily performed, and in contrast to the above, the resistance of the cloth curved in an arc shape to the side of the window can be extremely increased, and the embroidery area can be formed on the window. It is an object of the present invention to provide an upholstery frame made of a cloth that is curved in an arc shape so that a tight state can be firmly maintained.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The cloth upholstery frame of the cloth which is curved in an arc shape in the present invention has an upper surface having an arc-shaped cross section for attaching the cloth which is curved in an arc shape, and the upper surface is curved in an arc shape. A base frame provided with a window for positioning an embroidery area of the cloth, and a cloth curved in an arc shape on the upper surface in an arc shape on one side of the window in the axial direction of the base frame. A strip-shaped thin-plate fastening piece that enables elastic bending so that it can be attached to the formed edge, and an elastic piece that can be attached to the arc-shaped edge on the other side. Another fastening piece made of a strip-shaped thin plate that enables a sharp bending, a stopper for connecting one end of each of the fastening pieces to the base frame, and the other end An arcuately curved cloth upholstery frame having another stopper for coupling to the base frame, On both sides of the base member of one of the band-shaped fastening pieces, a plurality of fragmented surrounding members are arranged in a row to prevent the displacement of the member, and each of the arranged surrounding members is mutually reciprocated. Between the surrounding members on both sides of the fastening piece, facing the upper surface so as not to impair the flexibility of the base member, between the surrounding members on the fastening pieces, between the surrounding members, so as not to impair the flexibility of the base member. This side is provided with a soft material contact member, and the member has a plurality of protrusions on a surface facing the upper surface, and the protrusions are opposite to the window with respect to the tip end. The projecting direction is inclined to the side opposite to the window so that the force is applied in the direction of the window when the force is applied toward the side of the window, and it is stretched against the force applied toward the side of the window.
[0007]
[Action]
The cloth curved in an arc shape is attached to the upper surface of the base frame, and the cloth curved in the arc shape is held by the base frame by pressing the cloth with a fastening piece. When the cloth curved in an arc shape is pulled toward the outside of the window at a location outside the fastening piece, the pulling force is applied to the convex portion of the member on the fastening piece as a lateral force. Therefore, the convex portion flutters in the direction of the pulling force, and the resistance to the pulling force is small. Thus, the fabric can be displaced in the above direction with a light pull. On the other hand, when the arcuately curved cloth is pulled toward the window at the location of the window, the pulling force is applied to the projection as a frontward force. Therefore, the convex portion is in a state of being stretched against the pulling force, and exhibits a large resistance to the displacement of the cloth curved in an arc shape in the direction of the pulling force.
[0008]
【Example】
Hereinafter, drawings showing an embodiment of the present application will be described. 1 and 2, reference numerals 1 to 24 denote a generally known structure of an arcuately curved cloth upholstery and an embroidery sewing machine, and 1 denotes an arcuately curved cloth upholstery. A hat frame exemplified as a frame, 2 is a base frame thereof, 3 is a connecting portion to a drive unit provided in the embroidery sewing machine, 4 is an upper surface of the base frame 2, and a cloth-covered surface having an arc-shaped cross section as shown in FIG. Has become. Reference numeral 5 denotes a window for keeping the embroidery area, 6 denotes an edge on one side of the window 5 in the axial direction of the base frame 2 on the upper surface 4, 7 denotes an edge on the other side, and 8 shown in FIG. Non-slip members (e.g., urethane rubber thin plates) provided at the edges of the base frame 2, and 9 and 10 in FIG. 1 are connecting pieces provided on the left and right sides of the base frame 2 for connecting the holding frame. At 11, it is attached to the base frame 2. Next, reference numeral 14 denotes a holding frame for holding the cloth curved in an arc shape with respect to the base frame, and reference numerals 15 and 16 denote holding the cloth curved in an arc shape on the edges 6, 7, respectively. A fastening piece 17 for attaching is a stopper for connecting one end of both fastening pieces 15 and 16 to the base frame 2, and one end of both fastening pieces 15 and 16 is connected to the above-mentioned connection. A foldable fastener for connecting to the piece 9 is illustrated. Reference numeral 18 denotes a stopper for connecting the other end of the two fastening pieces 15 and 16 to the base frame 2. The other end of the two fastening pieces 15 and 16 is detachably connected to the connecting piece 10. An example of a hanging tool for performing the operation is shown below. In FIG. 2, reference numeral 22 denotes a bed of the embroidery sewing machine, 23 denotes a needle, and 24 denotes a cloth presser.
[0009]
Next, the fastening piece 15 will be described in detail. Reference numeral 26 denotes a base member, which has a flexibility so as to be capable of bending and deforming in accordance with the shape of the upper surface 4, and is formed of, for example, a stainless steel thin plate. Numeral 27 designates both sides of the base member 26 so as to surround the contact member 28 in order to prevent a lateral displacement of the contact member 28 provided on the surface of the base member 26 facing the upper surface 4 of the base frame as shown in FIGS. The surrounding members provided in the state shown in the figure with respect to the edges are formed by bending and raising both edges of the base member 26 as shown in the figure. As shown in the figure, the surrounding member is formed in a fragmentary shape with a notch 27a interposed therebetween so as not to impair the flexibility of the base member 26. Reference numeral 28 denotes a member constituting a portion of the fastening piece 15 on the side facing the upper surface 4 and is formed of a soft material such as open-cell urethane foam rubber. When the member is made of a material that does not impair the flexibility of the soft material, a flat fastening piece 15 is put on the arc-shaped window 5 as shown in FIG. The flat-shaped fastening piece 15 can be fitted onto the arc-shaped embroidery area 33b while elastically bending the arc-shaped embroidery area 33b.
[0010]
Reference numeral 29 denotes a surface of the member 28 facing the upper surface 4, and includes a plurality of convex portions 30. Each of the convex portions 30 repels in a direction applied to a tip portion 30c of the tip portion 30c toward a side opposite to the window 5 and stretches against a force applied toward the window 5 side. 3, the projecting direction (the direction of a line 30a from the center of the base of the projection 30 to the tip 30c of the projection) is inclined to the side opposite to the window 5 side. The protrusion 30 is exemplified as a streak which is long in the circumferential direction of the base frame 2, but may be a plurality of warts. The contact member 28 as described above has a hardness of about 70 degrees in a spring-type hardness test, for example, so as to exhibit sufficient resistance to compression and contraction due to a force applied to the protrusion 30 in the front direction as described later. (The angle may be 60 to 80 degrees). Next, the other tightening piece 16 has a structure including a base member having the same configuration as the above-described tightening piece 15 and a soft material contact member having a flat surface facing the upper surface 4. However, a structure similar to the above-mentioned fastening piece 15 may be used.
[0011]
The method of using the cloth upholstery frame 1 having the above-described configuration and curved in an arc shape is well known, and the cloth 33 curved in an arc shape to be embroidered on the clothed surface 4 of the base frame 2 such as a hat. 32 is attached so that its embroidery area is located in the window 5. Next, the holding frame 14 is put on the front part 33, the stopper 18 is hung on the connecting piece 10, and the other stopper 17 is folded. , 7 and the front portion 33 is held by the base frame 2. In the holding state, if the cloth curved in the arc shape of the embroidery area in the window 5 is not tight, the work of stretching it is performed as follows. As shown in FIG. 3, the upper end 33 a of the front part 33 is pulled in the direction of the arrow 34 outside the window 5. The pulling force is applied to the tip portion 30c of the convex portion 30 laterally as shown by an arrow 35. For this reason, the tip portion 30c of the convex portion 30 flows toward the side opposite to the window 5 as indicated by reference numeral 30b, and shows only a small resistance to the pulling force in the direction of the arrow 34. Therefore, the cloth curved in the arc shape of the front part 33 can be moved in the direction of the arrow 34 with a relatively small force, and the tensioning operation can be easily performed.
[0012]
The cloth-clad frame 1 of the arc-curved cloth after the mounting of the arc-curved cloth as described above is connected to the drive unit of the embroidery sewing machine as is well known using the connection unit 4. The embroidery is performed on the embroidery area in the state as shown in FIG. In this case, even if the cloth curved in an arc shape of the front portion 33 is pulled toward the window 5 as shown by an arrow 36 in FIG. It is applied to the front end portion 30c in the front direction (applied in a direction in which the protruding portion 30 is to be compressed and contracted as indicated by an arrow 37). For this reason, the convex portion 30 is in a state of being stretched against the pulling force, and exhibits a large resistance force to the cloth curved in an arc shape shifting in the direction of the arrow 36. Therefore, even if the above-mentioned force is applied, the cloth curved in an arc shape is prevented from being displaced, and the tension state of the front surface portion 33 in the window 5 can be maintained, so that appropriate embroidery can be performed in the embroidery area.
[0013]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the present invention, when it is desired to embroider the cloth 33 curved in an arc shape, the cloth 33 curved in an arc shape is attached to the upper surface 14 of the base frame 2 and the fastening piece 15 is used. By pressing down, there is an effect that the cloth 33 curved in an arc shape by the base frame 2 can be held and used for embroidery.
[0014]
Further, since a fastening member made of a soft material having a plurality of convex portions is provided on a surface of the fastening piece 15 facing the upper surface 4, the cloth 33 curved in an arc shape is provided on the upper surface of the base frame 2. 14 and pressed by the fastening piece 15, there is an effect that the contact member 28 made of a soft material is abutted against the cloth 33.
[0015]
Further, according to the present invention, even if the base member of the fastening piece 15 is provided with the abutment member 28, the abutment member 28 is formed of the surrounding members 27 on both sides of the base member 26 of the fastening piece 15. Therefore, there is an effect that even if a large force is applied in the lateral direction, there is no possibility of lateral displacement.
[0016]
Furthermore, in the present invention, even if the surrounding member 27 for preventing the lateral displacement of the contact member 28 is disposed on the side of the fastening piece 15 opposite to the base frame upper surface 4 on both sides of the base member 26, A lacking portion 27a is interposed between each of the plurality of fragmentary surrounding members 27 so as not to impair the flexibility of the base member, and the member 28 is formed of a soft material. On the arc-shaped embroidery area 33b, which is placed on the arc-shaped window 5, the flat-shaped fastening piece 15 is elastically bent into an arc-like shape, and There is an epoch-making effect that can be adapted to
[0017]
Moreover, when the cloth 33 curved in an arc shape on the window 5 is loose in the holding state, it is necessary to stretch the cloth 33 to the window 5. In this case, the cloth 33 is formed outside the fastening piece 15 in an arc shape. When the cloth 33 curved to the outside is pulled along the upper surface of the base frame toward the outside of the window 5 as shown by an arrow 34 in FIG. Since it is made of a soft material because it is applied in the horizontal direction, and it is configured so as to flutter in that direction when a force is applied to the side opposite to the window 5, the convex portion 30 easily moves outward. The cloth 33, which is curved in an arc shape, has a small resistance to the outward pulling of the cloth 33, and the cloth 33, which is curved in an arc shape, can be easily shifted in the outward direction to be curved in an arc shape. There is an advantage that the work of stretching the fabric can be easily performed.
[0018]
In addition, even when the cloth 33 curved in an arc shape is easily shifted as described above, in the case of embroidering on the cloth 33 curved in an arc shape, the cloth 33 curved in an arc shape is illustrated. 4, even if a force pulling toward the window 5 is applied as indicated by an arrow 36 of FIG. Since it is inclined to the opposite side, the pulling force is applied to the projection 30 so as to protrude from the front, so that the projection 30 is in a state of protruding against the pulling force, Accordingly, the resistance of the cloth 33 curved in the arc shape to the displacement in the direction of the window becomes extremely large, and the state in which the cloth curved in the arc shape is tightly fitted to the window 5 can be maintained firmly. There is an advantage that proper embroidery without collapse can be performed.
