【0034】
TOUT=TiM×K1+K2 …(1)
【0068】
【0069】
(n=0,1,2,…,n−1)
(a=0,1,2,…,J div N)
【0088】
Fs=Fc/E …(4)

A transfer characteristic correcting means for correcting a transfer characteristic of the second filter means in accordance with a cycle; Is characterized in that governs the sequence of operations at a sampling period determined to output and updating of the filter coefficients of said first filter means by periodically determining means.
[0014]
In the first and second aspects, the first filter means and the second filter means each include an adaptive digital filter.
[0015]
[Action]
According to the first aspect, the tap length of the first filter means (adaptive digital filter) changes in accordance with the pulse signal generation interval, and further, the second filter changes in accordance with the change in the tap length. A pseudo-periodic sequence of the filter coefficients of the means is created. Then, since a predetermined input signal is input to the first filter means and a control signal corresponding to the pulse signal generation interval is output from the first filter means, it is possible to perform vibration noise control by a fixed sampling method. It becomes.
[0016]
According to the second aspect, the sampling cycle is determined according to the detection timing of the pulse signal, and a series of operations for outputting and updating the filter coefficient of the first filter means in the determined sampling cycle are performed. Since it is governed, it becomes possible to perform vibration noise control by a variable sampling method.

(1) Excitation force due to reciprocating mass of piston system such as rotation of crankshaft
Excitation forces belonging to this include inertia force, inertia couple, inertia torque and the like.
[0045]
(2) Exciting force due to reciprocating mass of valve systems such as camshaft (intake valve, exhaust valve)
Excitation forces belonging to this include an inertia force and a moment.
[0046]
(3) Excitation force due to explosion pressure in cylinder
Exciting forces belonging to this include torque fluctuations and the like caused by fluctuations in the combustion state. In this embodiment, the vibration order (vibration component) of a piston system or the like that generates regular vibration noise characteristics in synchronization with the rotation of the engine and the explosion pressure (vibration pressure) that generates irregular vibration noise characteristics according to the combustion state Four types of timing pulse signals X are generated in order to classify them into vibration orders (vibration components) due to force. Specifically, three types (primary, 1.5th, and secondary) of timing pulse signals X are generated to indicate the order of vibration of a regular piston system and the like, and indicate the order of vibration due to the explosion pressure. One (tertiary) timing pulse signal X is generated. Here, the term “first order” means that the timing pulse signal X is generated once every time the crankshaft makes one rotation (12 pulses), as shown in FIG. The case where the vibration order is 1.5 order means that one pulse is generated while the crankshaft rotates 2/3 (8 pulses). A case where one pulse is generated every five rotations (six pulses), and a case where the vibration order is the third order means a case where one pulse is generated every one third rotation (four pulses) of the crankshaft.
[0047]
As described above, by generating the four types of timing pulse signals X, adaptive control according to the vibration noise characteristics can be performed. That is, the low-order (first-order, first-order, second-order) vibration orders relate to vibration components that occur regularly, such as rotation of the crankshaft, and these low-order vibration components are individually controlled by adaptive control described later. By doing so, it is possible to efficiently reduce vibration noise generated due to inertial force such as rotation of the engine.
[0048]
On the other hand, since an explosion stroke is performed once per cylinder during two revolutions of the crankshaft, in the case of a six-cylinder engine, there are six explosion strokes during two revolutions of the crankshaft. The following indicates the vibration component related to the explosion pressure. Therefore, by dividing the vibration order (third order) related to the explosion pressure having irregular vibration noise characteristics from the vibration order having regular vibration noise characteristics and performing adaptive control, vibration noise can be reduced more effectively. be able to.

In addition, the

That is, the timing pulse signal X is generated at least once per two rotations of the crankshaft in any case of the vibration order for the reason described in the section of [Action]. The step size parameter μ is set to a value such that the convergence speed and the effect amount after convergence are optimized according to the system.

Further, when the tap length J of the filter coefficient (C∧) is smaller than the number of points N, the calculation by the equation (3) is performed, and as shown in FIG. To create a pseudo-periodic sequence (C〜) of the filter coefficient (C∧).

(However, the number of (0, ..., 0) is (N-J))
As described above, the tap length J of the filter coefficient (C 対 応) corresponding to the transfer function is compared with the number of points N, and the C filter is appropriately used by using Expression (2) or Expression (3) according to the comparison result. Fifty pseudo-periodic sequences (C-) can be calculated.
[0072]
Then, the pseudo-periodic sequence (C 記憶) is stored in the C filter register 50 ′, and the pseudo-periodic sequence (C〜) is input as the reference signal R to the above-described second multiplier 53.
[0073]
FIG. 10 is a flowchart showing a pseudo-periodic sequence creation routine. This program is executed in synchronization with the input of the timing pulse X to the
[0074]
First, in step S1, the number of points N is calculated. That is, the number of points N (= T / τ) is calculated by dividing the period T of the vibration noise by the sampling period τ.
[0075]
This is the same as the tap length I of the W filter because the same timing pulse signal X is input to the

When the answer is affirmative (YES), that is, when N <J is satisfied, the formula (2) is used (Step S3). When the answer is negative (NO), that is, when N ≧ J is satisfied, the formula is used. Based on (3), the pseudo-periodic sequence (C〜) is calculated from the filter coefficient (C∧) of the C filter 50 (step S4).
[0077]
Next, after two cycles of the pseudo-periodic sequence (C-) created as described above are stored in the storage means 50 '(step S5), the number of clocks is counted from the timing pulse X input. The count value k of a counter (not shown) is reset to “0” and the program ends.

First, since the transfer characteristic of the system is completely unknown immediately after the start of the
[0087]
Next, in step S14, the sampling frequency Fs is calculated based on the equation (4).Here, in equation (4), Fc is the drive frequency, and E is the number of clock pulses of the
[0088]
Fs = Fc / E (4)
Next, in step S15, it is determined whether or not the sampling frequency Fs is lower than a predetermined frequency Fn (n = 1 in this case). However, the predetermined frequency F1Is a frequency that is suitable when the engine speed is extremely low. Therefore, normally, the answer in step S15 is negative (NO), n is incremented by "1" (step S16), and then the sampling frequency Fs is set to a predetermined value. Frequency F2It is determined whether it is smaller than. Hereinafter, the determination in step S5 is repeated until the sampling frequency Fs becomes lower than the predetermined frequency Fn. If the answer to step S15 is affirmative (YES), the process proceeds to step S7, and if the frequency Fn at that time is closest to the sampling frequency Fs. Judgment is made, and the transfer characteristic C (Fn) corresponding to the frequency Fn is selected as the transfer correction characteristic, and the program ends.
[0089]
As described above, immediately after the engine is started, the optimum filter coefficient can be obtained by comparing the low frequency with the sampling frequency.
[0090]
After the engine speed NE reaches a certain speed, the filter coefficient C (Fn) is selected according to the flowchart shown in FIG.
[0091]
That is, after n = p, that is, Fn is set to an intermediate frequency from F1 to Fm (step S21), a pulse having the sampling frequency Fs is input as in FIG. 13 (step S22), and then the clock pulse (drive frequency Fc ) Is measured by a counter (step S23), and a sampling frequency Fs is calculated based on the above equation (4) (step S24). Whether or not the sampling frequency Fs is lower than the frequency Fn (Fp in this case) is determined. Is determined (step S25). If the answer is affirmative (YES), then n = p, so the answer in step S26 is affirmative (YES), and the sampling frequency Fs is a predetermined frequency F that is one section lower than Fp.n-1It is determined whether or not it is smaller (step S27). That is, when both the answer to step S25 and the answer to step S26 are affirmative (YES), it means that the engine is being decelerated, and the sampling frequency Fs is lower than the predetermined frequency Fn-1ThansmallIt is determined whether or not. Then, when the answer to step S27 is affirmative (YES), the filter coefficient C (Fn) corresponding to the frequency Fs at that time is selected, and the program ends.
[0092]
If the answer to step S27 is negative (NO), n is decremented by "1" (step S29), and the lower predetermined frequency Fn-1Is compared with the sampling frequency Fs. When the answer to step S27 is affirmative (YES), the filter coefficient C (Fn) corresponding to the frequency Fn at that time is selected (step S28), and this program ends. I do.
[0093]
When the answer to step S25 is negative (NO), n is incremented by "1" until the answer to step S25 becomes affirmative (YES), and the sampling frequency Fs is compared with the frequency Fn. If the answer is affirmative (YES), the answer in step S26 is negative (NO), and the process directly proceeds to step S28, where the transmission correction characteristic C (Fn) corresponding to the frequency Fn at that time is selected, and this program is executed. To end.

[0102]
Next, the number of generated pulses Q of the filter Cs is incremented by “1”, and the number of generated pulses L of the high frequency filter Cr is set to L (“0” in the first loop) (step S33), and then,The number S of clock pulses of the driving frequency Fc in the sampling cycle (1 / Fs) of the filter Cs is,Number of clock pulses Fc of
[0103]
If the answer is negative (NO), the process returns to step S37, while if the answer is affirmative (YES), Cs (2) = Cr (2) is set (step S39), and the second The tap coefficient Cs (2) is determined, and it is again determined whether or not the equation (5) is satisfied. When the answer is affirmative (YES), the program is terminated as it is, while the answer is negative (NO) ), Proceed to the next step (not shown). Then, Cs (3), Cs (4),... Are sequentially calculated until Expression (5) is satisfied, and all filter coefficients Cs (m) are determined by Expression (5). This program is terminated when (5) is not satisfied.
[0104]
As described above, by "decimating" the filter Cr identified by the high frequency sampling frequency Fr, it is possible to identify the C filter having the optimum transfer characteristic.
[0105]
Thus, even if the sampling frequency changes, the transfer characteristics can be corrected following the change, so that highly accurate adaptive control can be performed, and desired vibration noise can be reduced.

[0112]
Further, an electromechanical conversion means (such as a self-expanding engine mount) is provided only in one of the plurality of vibration noise transmission paths, and the vibration noise transmission path does not have the electromechanical conversion means. The first adder 46 may be configured to detect the error signal ε based on the vector-wise sum of the vibration noise and the noise.
[0113]
【The invention's effect】
As described in detail above, according to the first aspect of the invention, the tap length of the first filter means changes according to the pulse signal generation interval, that is, the drive cycle of the vibration noise source such as a power plant. The first filter means outputs a desired control signal in which the transmission sacrifice of the vibration noise transmission path is corrected by the second filter means, does not require a complicated product-sum operation, and has a high precision and a high adaptive following speed. Vibration and noise control can be performed.
[0114]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, even if the frequency of the pulse signal changes due to fluctuations in the engine rotation, the sampling frequency changes accordingly, and a signal corresponding to the same tap is always output. Since the speed is high, adaptive control with high accuracy can be performed, and the so-called interrupt and termination control are small, the configuration is simple and the control stability and reliability are excellent.
[0115]
As described above, according to the present invention, the accuracy of vibration noise control can be dramatically improved.
