本発明は、スライスされたハムやチーズのようなスライス食品の保存容器に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、スライスハムやスライスチーズ等のスライス食品は、パックされた状態で販売されており、これを購入したユーザは、家庭に持ち帰った後、冷蔵庫により冷蔵保存している。

そこで、開封したパックからスライス食品を取出し、食事に供するが、余ったスライス食品は、パック内に残存せしめたまま、再度、冷蔵庫に戻して冷蔵保管している。

然しながら、パックを開封した後は、冷蔵による保存時に内部のスライス食品を乾燥せしめるという問題がある。

このため、多くのユーザは、パックの開封後、スライス食品を別の食品保存容器に移しかえて収納し、該容器を密閉した状態で冷蔵庫により冷蔵保存しているのが現状である。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、前述のようにユーザの間においてスライス食品を保存するためのニーズがあるにもかかわらず、現在提供されている汎用の食品保存容器は、このようなニーズに応えていない。

第一に、ハムやチーズのようなスライス食品は、脂肪分が多いため、容器の底部に直接に収納すると、容器の底部が汚れ易い。従って、容器を洗浄しなければ不衛生となるが、容器を底部の隅々まで洗浄することは困難である。

第二に、ハムやチーズ等のスライス食品は、密着性が高いため、容器の底部に密着し易く、取出しが困難である。

第三に、このようなスライス食品は、通常、薄切りされた状態で積層されているため、上から順に消費することになるが、最後に残った一枚を取出す際に、極めて薄いため指先で摘むことが困難である。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、主として上記第一ないし第三の課題を解決したハム等のスライス食品の保存容器を提供するものである。

そこで、本発明が手段として構成したところは、全体として平面視を矩形に形成された上部開口状の容器本体と、容器本体の底部に浮き上がり状態で収納される中底板と、容器本体の上部開口をほぼ密閉自在に施蓋する蓋体とから成り、ハム等の輪郭をほぼ円形としたスライス食品を中底板に載置せしめることにより収納する保存容器であり、中底板は、容器本体の底部に取出自在に収納された矩形板から成り、載置されたスライス食品の輪郭内に位置する支持領域と、矩形板の隅部によるスライス食品の輪郭の外側にはみ出す拡張領域とを構成し、孔又は凹凸から成る密着防止手段を支持領域に形成すると共に、ユーザの指先を挿入可能とする挿入孔を拡張領域から支持領域に跨がって形成しており、前記挿入孔は、長さ寸法Ｌと幅寸法ＷをＬ＞Ｗに形成され且つ長さ方向を矩形板の対角線に沿って配置されており、長さ方向に関して、拡張領域に位置する孔領域よりも支持領域に位置する孔領域が長くなるように配置されて成る点にある。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下図面に基づいて本発明の実施形態を詳述する。
