【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、このようなゴミ容器に於いては、ゴミ袋を交換する際に、ゴミ袋固定枠を直立させておくことが出来ない為、片手でゴミ袋固定枠を傾倒しないように支持しながら、残る片手でゴミが収納されたゴミ袋をゴミ容器本体から取出さねばならないという問題があった。

本発明は、上記従来の問題点を解消し、ゴミ袋固定枠を直立させて、両手を用いてゴミが収納されたゴミ袋をゴミ容器本体から容易に取出すことが出来る分別収集用ゴミ容器を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の分別収集用ゴミ容器は、ゴミ容器本体内に仕切板が着脱可能に挿着され、仕切板の上端に1対のゴミ袋固定枠が回動可能に枢支されており、仕切板とゴミ袋固定枠の相対向する側壁の何れか一方に突起が突設され、該突起が他方の側壁に触接して直立されたゴミ袋固定枠の傾倒を防ぐようなされていることを特徴とする。

本発明の分別収集用ゴミ容器に於いて、ゴミ容器本体の材質は、特に限定されず、例えば、高密度ポリエチレン(HDPE)、ポリプロピレン(PP)等の熱可塑性硬質合成樹脂、硝子繊維強化不飽和ポリエステル樹脂(FRP)、金属、合成樹脂被覆金属等が挙げられる。

ゴミ容器本体の大きさは、特に限定されないが、ゴミ袋が装着されること及びゴミ収集地点等への運搬の便等の点から、例えば、容量略45〜90リットルとされるのが好ましい。
