Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a bill transfer device provided in a bill automatic changer, a card issuing machine, and the like installed in, for example, a punch punch store.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in a bill transporting device provided in an automatic money changer, a card issuing machine, and the like of this type, for example, a bill inserted from an insertion slot is formed by a pair of upper and lower papers forming a transport route that is passed over a plurality of pulleys. And transported to a discrimination processing unit while the paper money is conveyed to a discrimination processing unit. The discrimination processing unit discriminates the denomination and authenticity of the banknotes, and then stacks (accumulates) in a storage safe. .
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in such a conventional structure of the bill transport device, if the orientation of the bills inserted from the insertion port in the transport direction is unevenly transported, it is not possible to accurately discriminate bills in the discrimination processing unit, There is a problem that not only a malfunction such as a poor currency exchange is likely to occur, but also a stack mistake in the storage safe.
[0004]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a bill transporting device that corrects the posture of a bill in the carrying direction during the carrying process to a normal state, thereby preventing malfunction such as poor currency exchange and stacking mistakes in a storage safe. Is to do.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problem, the present invention is to transport a bill inserted from an insertion slot by sandwiching the bill between a pair of upper and lower transport belts forming a transport path spanned through a plurality of pulleys. In a banknote transport device provided with a posture correcting mechanism for correcting the posture of a banknote in the conveying direction on the way of the conveying path, the posture correcting mechanism transfers the bill between a pair of front and rear pulleys along the conveying path. Direction, and the pair of upper and lower conveyor belts between them is formed on a correction path that is inclined downward from the upstream side to the downstream side. outside a pair of left and right guide members to open in a tapered curved shape provided, moving correction toward the central axis of the conveying direction of the fed bill biased by the guide members to the central axis side of the modified path toward the It is obtained by a formed by the ability configuration.
[0006]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. The bill transporting device according to the present invention is mounted on, for example, a card issuing machine in a pachinko parlor, and as the ticket issuing machine, as shown in FIG. Is provided. In this ticket issuing machine, an insertion slot A for inserting bills such as 1,000-yen bills and 10,000-yen bills is arranged on the front side, and by pressing a button representing a desired denomination, a card having a used frequency corresponding to the denomination is set. It is intended to be issued. Further, the bill transporting device of the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned card issuing machine, but can be of course equipped also in an automatic money changing machine for changing the inserted high-value bills into 1,000-yen bills or coins. . As described above, the bill transport device is incorporated so as to correspond to the insertion port of the various devices that receive bills.
[0007]
FIG. 2 schematically shows, for example, the entire configuration of a bill transporting device according to the present invention. In FIG. 2, reference numeral 1 denotes a transport for transporting a bill S inserted from an insertion slot A to an outlet B leading to a discrimination processing section (not shown). It is a route. The transport path 1 is formed by a plurality of pulleys 2 and a pair of upper and lower transport belts 3 and 4 stretched over each of the pulleys 2. These transport belts 3 and 4 are driven by a driving device (not shown). And the pulley 2 is driven to rotate in the same direction at the same speed. The conveyor belts 3 and 4 are in contact with each other from the part facing the insertion port to the excess part facing the outlet, and hold and transport the banknote S between them, and at the part facing the outlet, The bills are released by separating the conveyor belts 3 and 4.
[0008]
A posture correcting mechanism 10 for correcting the posture of the banknote S in the conveying direction X is provided in the middle of the conveying device 1. The posture correcting mechanism 10 makes the length L between the pair of front and rear pulleys 2A and 2B in the middle of the transport path 1 longer than the length L1 of the transport direction X of the bill S (L> L1), and The pair of upper and lower conveyor belts 3 and 4 are formed on a correction path 11 inclined downward from the upstream side to the downstream side, and are formed on both left and right portions of the correction path 11 as shown in FIG. And a pair of left and right guide members 12 and 13 that open outward in a tapered curved shape from the downstream side to the upstream side. The inner surface (taper curved surface described later) of each of the guide members 12 and 13 is orthogonal to the transport plane of the correction path.
[0009]
That is, according to the configuration of the posture correcting mechanism 10 in the above-described banknote transport device according to the present invention, the length L between the pair of front and rear pulleys 2A and 2B forming the correction path 11 is the length of the banknote S in the transport direction X. Because the length is longer than L1, the pinching force of the bill S on the correction path 11 by the pair of upper and lower transport belts 3, 4 therebetween is small, and the transport belts 3, 4 are moved from the upstream side to the downstream side. , A free downward movement of the banknote S by its own weight works.
[0010]
Thereby, as shown in FIG. 4, for example, when the banknote S is conveyed in a posture biased to the right, as shown by a dashed line, the front end of the banknote S in the conveyance direction X is located on the right side of the correction path 11. When abutting against the tapered curved surface 13a of the provided guide member 13, the leading end of the bill S moves smoothly to the left along the tapered curved surface 13a of the guide member 13 as shown by the dotted arrow, as shown by the two-dot broken line. On the other hand, in order to smoothly move to the right along the tapered curved surface 12a of the guide member 12, the rear end portion of the bill S moves the central axis portion P-P in the transport direction X of the bill S as shown by a broken line. The correction path 11 can be corrected to a normal state toward the central axis OO side.
[0011]
Note that the direction of the bill itself inserted from the insertion slot is regulated to some extent by the size of the insertion slot, and the bill is not fed into the above-mentioned correction path in a state where the orientation of the bill is significantly shifted.
[0012]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the present invention provides a posture correcting mechanism in the middle of a transport path that sandwiches and transports a bill inserted from an insertion port between a pair of upper and lower transport belts stretched over a plurality of pulleys. Along with providing this posture correcting mechanism, a correction path in which the distance between the pair of front and rear pulleys is longer than the length of the bill in the transport direction, and the pair of upper and lower transport belts between them is inclined downward from the upstream side to the downstream side. while forming Te, from becoming provided a pair of right and left guide members which opens outwardly in a tapered curved shape toward the downstream side to the upstream side on both sides the site of this modified path, acts freely downward movement by its own weight to the paper sheet With these guide members provided on the inclined correction path, it is possible to easily move and correct the central axis portion in the transport direction of the banknote conveyed in a biased manner toward the central axis portion side of the correction path in a normal state. ,by this, Etc. can be reliably prevented stack errors to the previous such exchange defects such as malfunction or accommodating safe, in which excellent effects in practical use.
