【産業上の利用分野】
本発明は容器体の口頸部に抜出し不可能に係合するリングを易破断性の連結片を介して具え、口頸部にねじ嵌合される合成樹脂製の不正開封防止キャップに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
消費者の手に渡るまで開封されておらず、従って内容物のとり出しや異物の混入などの不正がなかったことを保証する不正開封防止キャップは周知である。

このような不正開封防止キャップは、実公昭５１−５３９４８号公報、特開昭５７−２８７６７号公報、特開昭６２−１６３５１号公報などに開示されているように、容器体の口頸部に設けたフランジの下面に係合するリングを易破断性の連結片を介してキャップ体の周側壁に連結した構成であり、口頸部にねじ嵌合したキャップ体を回しながら外す際に連結片が引張られて破断し、且つ一旦破断した連結片は再接合不可能である。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところが、従来提案されている不正開封防止キャップは不正防止という機能面のみを追求した構成とされており、高級感や清潔感を重視する商品の容器にふさわしいものとは言い難いものが多い。

例えば、前記実公昭５３−１１１８０号公報に開示のもののように、リングを熱収縮させてフランジの下面に密着係合させる形式のものは、リングにしわや波打ちを生じてきわめて劣悪な外観を呈するものとなる。また、前記特開昭５７−２８７６７号公報、特開昭６２−１６３５１号公報に開示のもののように、キャップ体を口頸部にねじ嵌合する際にリングがフランジを拡径状態で通過し、嵌合完了時にフランジの下面と係合させる形式のものは、キャップ体とリングとにデザイン上の同一性や共通性がなく、一見して別部品であることが判って商品によってはイメージを損う原因となる。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明はこのような課題を解決し、リングが異和感なく設けられていて全体が一個のキャップ体であるかのような外観を呈し、従って高級感や清潔感を重視する商品の容器に特に好適な不正開封防止キャップを提供することを目的とするものである。

本発明は周側壁の内側周面に雌ねじを有するとともに外側周面に縦方向へ延びるローレットを有するキャップ体と、内側周面に全周に亘って延びる係合突起を有するリングとからなり、リングを連結片を介して周側壁に連結したものについて、次のようにすることによって前記の課題解決と目的達成とを図ったものである。

即ち、リングを周側壁と同一の外径、肉厚として外側周面に周側壁のローレットの延長であるローレットを有するものとし、このリングをローレットの突条を連結片として周側壁に間隔を有して連結したものとした。

【作用】
容器体口頸部にキャップ体をねじ嵌合すると、リングは一体回転しながら口頸部のフランジを拡径状態で通過し、締め込み完了時に係合突起がフランジ下面に係合する状態となる。キャップ体とリングのほぼ全長に亘りローレットが連続して形成されているので、互いの異和感がなく一個のキャップ体であるかのような外観を呈する。

開封のためキャップ体を回しながら外すとき、リングはフランジ下面に沿って回転する一方でキャップ体は回転しながら抜出し方向へ移動するので、連結片は引張り力が働いて破断されキャップ体とリングとを分離することとなる。

【実施例】
図面を参照して本発明の実施例を説明すると、キャップ体１は頂壁２と円筒形の周側壁３とからなり、頂壁２の裏面にパッキング４が装着保持されており、周側壁３の内側周面に雌ねじ５が形成されているとともに外側周面に縦方向へ延びる平目のローレット６が形成されている。雌ねじ５は図２に示す容器体２１の口頸部２２に形成されている雄ねじ２３と螺合するものであり、ローレット６は開閉の際に指先がすべるのを防止するものであって、いずれも周知である。

周側壁３の先端縁前方にはこれと外径、肉厚が同一のリング１１が間隔Ａを有して同心に配置されている。このリング１１は内側周面先端部に全周に亘って延びる内向き突縁からなる係合突起１２を有しているとともに、外側周面にキャップ体１のローレット６の延長であるローレット１３が形成されている。係合突起１２の基端面１２ａは図２に示す口頸部２２の雄ねじ２３の基端側に形成されているフランジ２４の下向き段部２４ａに係合する平面とされ、先端面１２ｂはねじ嵌合の際にリング１１が拡径してフランジ２４を容易に乗り越えられるように傾斜または湾曲面とされている。

二つのローレット６，１３の突条は縦方向へ連続して延びており、間隔Ａを横切る部分はキャップ体１にリング１１を連結する連結片１５を形成している。即ち、リング１１はローレット６，１３の突条と同数であって小さく且つ多数の連結片１５によってキャップ体１に連結された構成である。

このような構成の本実施例は、内容物を充填した容器体２１の口頸部２２にかぶせてねじ込み方向へ回転させ、雄ねじ２３にキャップ体１の雌ねじ５をねじ嵌合して締め込むと、連結片１５によってキャップ体１に連結されたリング１１も一体に回転しながらフランジ２４を拡径状態で乗り越え通過し、締め込み完了時に係合突起１２の基端面１２ａがフランジ２４の下向き段部２４ａと向かい合って係合する状態となる。

嵌合の際に、リング１１とキャップ体１は同じローレット６，１３を外側周面に有しているので、これらを咬えてすべることなく一体回転させることができ、連結片１５を破断させる心配なく容器体２１を封止することができる。

開封のためキャップ体１を外し方向へ回すと、リング１１はフランジ２４の下面に沿って回転するが、キャップ体１は雄ねじ２３に従って抜出し方向へ移動するので、連結片１５は引張り力が働いて破断されキャップ体１とリング１１とを分離することとなる。

尚、本発明の不正開封防止キャップは、特開昭５７−１５６２３１号公報、特開昭５９−１５０７１５号公報、或いは本願特許出願人が提案した特公平５−５５２８９号公報に開示されている金型、即ちアンダカットを作る部分を複数個のコア部片に分割して截頭角錘形の芯体の外側周面に沿い摺動可能に配置し、コア部片を摺動収縮させることによって成形品をコアから離型する構造のものを用いることによって容易に製造することができる。

また、連結片１５はローレット６，１３の全ての突条によって形成したが、一部に形成しない個所を設けてデザイン上の多様化を与えることもできる。

【発明の効果】
以上のように、キャップ体のローレットを延長してリングにも同じローレットを形成し、このローレットの突条をもってキャップ体とリングとの連結片とした本発明によると、リングがキャップ体の延長上に同一の外観で配置されるとともに連結片がローレットの突条であることにより、全体が一個のキャップ体であるかのような外観を呈する。また、連結片であるローレットの突条が横断しているキャップ体とリングとの隙間は、全体が一個の外観を呈するキャップに従来見られなかったデザインを形成する。

これらにより、リングが異和感なく設けられて一個のキャップ体からなる単一部品であるかのような外観を呈し、高級感や清潔感を重視する化粧料、飲料、調味料などの容器に好適なものである。

Claims (1)

  1. 周側壁の内側周面に雌ねじを有するとともに外側周面に縦方向へ延びるローレットを有するキャップ体と、前記周側壁と同一の外径、肉厚とされ内側周面に全周に亘って延びる係合突起を有するとともに外側周面に前記ローレットの延長であるローレットを有するリングとからなり、前記リングは前記ローレットの突条を連結片として前記周側壁に間隔を有して連結されていることを特徴とする不正開封防止キャップ。
