本発明は、ベッド兼用ソファーに関する。

【従来技術】
この種のソファーとして一般に知られるものは、図１に示すように、背もたれ１が起倒可能で、ベッドとして使用するときには背もたれ１を後ろに倒し、ソファーとして使用するときには起こすようになっている。こうしたソファーでは、ベッドとして使用するときには図示するように、背もたれの背後に背もたれを倒す程のスペースが必要で、ソファーが壁面２に付けられる場合には、ソファーを前に出して、背もたれの背後に背もたれを倒す程のスペースを確保せねばならず、ソファーが壁面に沿って固定ないし動かせないようになっているもの、例えばキャンピングカーなどの車両には、そのまゝでは取付けられない。

ベッド兼用ソファーとしてはこのほか、図２に示すように、背もたれ３をリンク機構４により前側に移動させて倒すことができるようにしたものも知られる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
背もたれが前側に移動できるようになっているソファーでは、ベッドとして使用するときにソファーを動かす必要がないため、壁面に沿わせて固定することができ、キャンピングガーなどの車両に取付けるのにも適するが、背もたれが後側に倒れるタイプのものを含め、次のような問題がある。すなわち、ソファーとしては、後ろに若干傾斜する背もたれに寄りかゝって腰が深く降ろせるように、若干前上がりで奥が低いものが座り心地上望ましいが、従来のベッド兼用ソファーでは、ベッドとしても使用できるようにするため、ソファーのクッション部は水平にせざるを得ない。

ソファーのクッション部の後部を上下二段に支持できるようにすれば、ベッドとソファーの用途に応じてその支持位置を切換えることにより、ソファーのクッション部の奥を深くしたり、水平にしたりすることができるが、この場合でも背もたれを倒す操作と、ソファーのクッション部の支持位置を上下に切換え、固定する操作とが必要となる。

また、ベッド兼用ソファーでは、クッション部下のスペースを収納スペースとして利用できるようにしたものもあるが、背もたれが前側に移動できるようになっているものでは、ソファーとして使用しているときにクッション部を上下に開閉して収納スペースより物品を出し入れすることができない。そこで前面に開き戸を設けて、前側より物を出し入れできるようにしているが、それには身を屈めねばならず、クッション部を開閉するものと比べ、物の出し入れが不便である。

本発明の目的は、上記の問題を解消し、ワンタッチ操作で背もたれを前側に移動させると共に、クッション部の奥を持上げることができるようにし、かつクッション部の開閉ができるようなベッド兼用ソファーを提供しようとするものである。

【課題の解決手段及び作用】
本発明のベッド兼用ソファーは、内部に収納スペースを設けた本体と、本体に装着され、収納スペースに被さるクッション部と、背もたれと、背もたれと本体を連結する二本のリンクよりなり、背もたれをクッション部後方に起こされた位置と、クッション部前側に水平に倒された位置とに切換える第１のリンク機構と、クッション部の後部を枢支するリンクを有し、第１のリンク機構に連動してクッション部の後部を上下動させる第２のリンク機構とを有することを特徴とする。

本発明のベッド兼用ソファーによれば、背もたれを前側に移動して倒すと、それに伴う第１のリンク機構の動きに連動して第２のリンク機構によりクッション部後部が持上げられ、背もたれとクッション部が水平に並ぶようになり、また背もたれをクッション部の後側に移動させて起こすと、それに連動する第２のリンク機構によりクッション部後部が下がる。またベッドとして使用するときもソファーとして使用するときも、クッション部は、後部のリンクとの枢支部を支点として上下に回動し、開閉可能となって収納部から物の出し入れが可能となる。

本体には、背もたれを起こしたとき、背もたれ下に位置する補助クッションを設けておくのが望ましい。これにより背もたれを安定した状態で支持できるばかりでなく、ベッドとして使用したときのベッドの巾を広げることができる。
本発明に係るベッド兼用ソファーは、家庭や事務所その他種々の箇所に設置することができるが、壁側に寄せて固定することができるため、なかでもキャンピングガー等の車両のように、スペースに左程余裕のない箇所に設置するのが好適である。

【実施例】
内部に物品の収納スペースを形成した本体１１は、中央部より前側が前端の支板１２を除き、低くされて上面が段状をなしており、後部には補助クッション１３が装着ないし固定されている。
背もたれ１４は、本体１１と第１のリンク機構を構成する二本のく状に屈折したリンク１５及び１６によって連結され、補助クッション上において、後方に若干傾斜して起立した位置と、支板１２の前側に背もたれ面を上側にして水平に倒された位置とに切換えられるようになっており、両リンク１５及び１６のうち、とくに背もたれ中央部を枢支するリンク１６は、中央部で屈折されることにより、背もたれ１４を水平に倒した状態で支板１２により支持される一方、リンク１５は、その一端が同じく支板１２に支持されると共に、他端がストッパー１９に係止して止められ（図５）、また背もたれ１４を起こした状態で、両リンク１５及び１６は図４に示すように後方に屈折し、前面に突出しないようになっていると共に、リンク１６がリンク１５のストッパー２１に係止して回転止めされるようになっている。

ベッドとして使用するときには、背もたれ１４を図４の状態より前側に押して移動させる。すると、背もたれ１４はもたれ面が上向きになるように回動しながら前方に移動し、リンク１６が支板１２に当たってそれ以上の動きが阻止された状態でクッション部１７に連なって水平となる（図５）。

ソファーとして使用するときも、ベッドとして使用するときも、いづれの状態においても、クッション部１７はリンク１８との枢支点を中心として上向きに回動可能であり、開閉させることにより、収納スペース内に物の出し入れを行うことができるが、実際の物の出し入れは、図６に示されるように、背もたれ１４を起こしてソファーとして使用するときが望ましい。背もたれが邪魔になったり、背もたれで支えたりすることなく、クッション部１７を前側より容易に起こすことができるようになるからである。

【発明の効果】
本発明は以上のように構成され、次のような効果を奏する。
請求項１記載のベッド兼用ソファーによれば、背もたれを起こしてソファーとして使用するときには、クッション部の後端が下がって深々と腰を降ろすことができるようになり、またベッドとして使用するときには、背もたれを前方に移動させて倒せばよく、これによりクッション部の後部が持上げられて水平になること、上述するソファーとベッドとの切換えが背もたれを押し動かすだけのワンタッチ操作で行えること、収納スペースに上方より被せるクッション部を第２のリンク機構のリンクとの枢支点を中心として上下に開閉することができ、これにより物の出し入れを行うことができることなどの効果を有する。

請求項２記載のベッド兼用ソファーのように、補助クッションを設けれは、ベッドの巾を広げることができるほか、起こした状態の背もたれを支持することができる。
