Description
【0001】

【0023】
θ=θ0−a・cos(nθ0+φ) ・・・(2)
【0025】
ω=dθ0/dt(1+a・n・sin(nθ0+φ)) ・・・(3)
ωout=dθ0/dt(1−G・sin(Ψ−a・n・cos(nθ0+φ)+nθ0)+a・n・sin(nθ0+φ)−a・n・G・sin(Ψ−a・n・cos(nθ0+φ)+nθ0)sin(nθ0+φ)) ・・・(4)
ωout=dθ0/dt(1−G・sin(Ψ+nθ0)+a・n・G・cos(Ψ+nθ0)cos(nθ0+φ)+a・n・sin(nθ0+φ)−a・n・G・sin(Ψ−a・n・cos(nθ0+φ)+nθ0)sin(nθ0+φ)) ・・・(5)
ωout=dθ0/dt(1−G・sin(nθ0+Ψ)+a・n・sin(nθ0+φ))・・・(6)

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a rotation detecting device capable of reducing a torque ripple of a rotating machine or the like by reducing a ripple component inherent in an output signal.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Generally, ripples exist in the output torque of a motor. This torque ripple causes unevenness in the speed of the servomotor and a position error. For example, in an NC (numerical control) device, it causes a deterioration in machining accuracy. It has become.
[0003]
When detecting this type of torque ripple, there are two types of torque ripple obtained, one being internal due to the motor body including the speed reducer and the other being externally generated due to the rotation detection sensor. The former is caused by the machining accuracy of the motor stator and the rotor, the eccentricity of the rotor bearing, the harmonics of the magnetic field inside the motor, and the assembly accuracy of the speed reducer. Various methods of reducing the torque ripple have been conventionally studied and proposed. For example, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 7-129251, the torque ripple adjustment gain is set to A by focusing on the torque ripple generated by the reduction gear. Assuming that the rotation angle of the reduction gear is θ and the initial phase is α1, a correction signal Tcomp (= A · sin (θ + α1)) is calculated and added to the target torque command in a feedforward manner in synchronization with the rotation cycle of the motor. Since the torque ripple has a correlation with the rotation angle of the motor as disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. H11-299277, this correlation is stored in a storage device, and based on the motor rotation angle. There is a method of reading the torque ripple data corresponding to this and subtracting the ripple from the torque command value to obtain a new torque command value. .
[0004]
On the other hand, since the torque ripple caused by the latter rotation detection sensor appears as a motor torque ripple as a result, there is often no problem by reducing the ripple by applying the above-described control method to the motor control device. . However, if the output value of the rotation detection sensor includes a ripple caused by the rotation angle of the detection target, the amplitude of the ripple increases in proportion to the angular velocity of the detection target. There has been a problem that the angular velocity feedback gain cannot be increased, which not only places a heavy burden on the control device but also increases the cost of the device.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, in the conventional rotation detecting device, even if the output includes a ripple, the driving of the rotating machine is performed so that the torque ripple and speed unevenness of the rotating machine equipped with the rotation detecting device do not become apparent. Various control methods have been applied in the device and the control device. For this reason, there has been a problem that a driving device and a control device of the rotating machine become complicated, resulting in a decrease in reliability and an increase in cost. Moreover, the torque ripple of the motor has factors such as the assembly accuracy of the reduction gear, the machining accuracy of the motor body, and the harmonics of the magnetic field in addition to the ripple of the output of the rotation detection device. This made it difficult to identify the factors, and did not sufficiently fulfill the function as a sensor.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and an object thereof is to reduce output ripple, reduce torque ripple and speed unevenness of an actuator such as a rotating machine equipped with a rotation detecting device, and to provide an actuator driving device. It is an object of the present invention to provide a rotation detecting device capable of simplifying a control device and a control device, reducing cost and improving reliability.

[0022]
<Principle of the invention>
According to the present invention, it is possible to effectively remove a ripple component included in the output of the rotation detection unit, particularly, a ripple component that appears depending on the rotation cycle of the measurement object. If the output of the rotation detecting means has a plurality of ripple components, all the ripple components can be effectively reduced by providing a plurality of rotation calculating means corresponding to each ripple. That is, the rotation angle of the detection target is θ 0 Then, the output of the rotation detecting means having the ripple of the amplitude a is converted into the rotation angle output θ of the following equation by the rotation angle detection unit.
[0023]
θ = θ 0 −a · cos (nθ 0 + Φ) (2)
Here, n is the number of ripple periods per one rotation of the detection target, and φ is the initial phase difference when the rotation detecting means is attached to the rotation detection target.
[0024]
Here, in the present invention, for example, the angular velocity output θ is obtained by time-differentiating the rotational angle output θ by the angular velocity detector.
[0025]
ω = dθ 0 / dt (1 + a ・ n ・ sin (nθ 0 + Φ)) ・ ・ ・ (3)
The rotation calculating means determines the output ω of the means based on, for example, equation (1). out Is calculated, the output ω out Is obtained by substituting equations (2) and (3) into equation (1),
ω out = Dθ 0 / dt (1-G · sin (Ψ−a · n · cos (nθ 0 + Φ) + nθ 0 ) + A · n · sin (nθ 0 + Φ) -a · G · sin (Ψ−a · n · cos (nθ) 0 + Φ) + nθ 0 ) Sin (nθ 0 + Φ)) (4)
Will be represented. Where dθ 0 / dt is the angular velocity to be detected.
[0026]
Since equation (4) has a generally small ripple amplitude and can be regarded as a≪1, when a trigonometric function is linearly approximated near an angle of zero and developed,
ω out = Dθ 0 / dt (1-G · sin (Ψ + nθ) 0 ) + A · n · G · cos (Ψ + nθ) 0 ) Cos (nθ 0 + Φ) + a · n · sin (nθ 0 + Φ) -a · G · sin (Ψ−a · n · cos (nθ) 0 + Φ) + nθ 0 ) Sin (nθ 0 + Φ)) (5)
It becomes. Furthermore, assuming that a · G = 0,
ω out = Dθ 0 / dt (1-G · sin (nθ) 0 + Ψ) + a · n · sin (nθ 0 + Φ)) ・ ・ ・ (6)
Get. Equation (6) indicates that if the gain G can be set equal to the ripple content a · n and the adjustment phase Ψ can be set equal to the initial phase difference φ in the equation (1), the output ω out Is the angular velocity dθ to be detected 0 / dt, which indicates that the ripple component included in the output of the rotation angle detecting means can be removed.
[0027]
Furthermore, the output ω of the rotation calculation means out And the angular velocity dθ to be detected 0 error e between / dt rr From the equation (6),
It becomes.
[0028]
Expanding and rearranging equation (7),
(Equation 1)
Get.
[0029]
Error e rr Is an appropriate value because it is a concave function having only one minimum point at which the minimum value becomes zero with respect to the gain G in the range of 0 to 2 an and the adjustment phase Ψ in the range of -π + φ to π + φ. Starting from G or Ψ, you can easily find the minimum value of zero. Further, when the ripple content an and the initial phase φ are known, it goes without saying that G and Ψ may be set to known values from the beginning.
[0030]
As described above, according to the present invention, the output ripple of the rotation detecting device can be reduced, and the torque ripple and speed unevenness of an actuator such as a rotating machine equipped with the rotation detecting device can be reduced. Further, since the output ripple can be reduced by a simple calculation of the equation (1), the actuator drive device and the control device can be simplified and the cost can be reduced. Further, as is apparent from equation (8), the error e rr Is zero, the ripple component can be reduced irrespective of the rotation speed of the detection target, so that the accuracy and reliability of the rotation detection device can be improved.

In addition, various changes can be made without departing from the gist of the present invention.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the rotation detection device of the present invention, the ripple component that can be mixed into the output signal due to the rotation detection means itself can be greatly reduced, and thus the rotation angle detection means generates the ripple component. The torque ripple of the electric motor and various actuators can be reduced, and the control performance of these actuators can be improved.
[0057]
Further, since the torque ripple component generated by the rotation detecting means can be removed, the cause of the torque ripple generated by other factors can be easily specified.

Furthermore, since the output ripple of the rotation detecting means can be reduced by a simple calculation, simplification of the actuator driving device and the control device and reduction in cost can be achieved.
[0059]
In addition, the ripple component can be reduced regardless of the rotation speed of the rotation detection target, so that the accuracy and reliability of the rotation detection device can be improved.
