【産業上の利用分野】本発明はキャビネットを構成する
シャーシへの側板取付け装置に関するものである。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】各種装置、事務機器等に用いられている
金属製のキャビネットは、通常枠体で構成したシャーシ
に、側板を取り付けて構成されている。従来のシャーシ
への側板の取付け装置は、図３にその一例を示すが、シ
ャーシ２の上下の枠柱２ａ、２ｂにＴ型溝３を設け、そ
こにＬ型金具４ａ、４ｂをボルト５ａ、ナット５ｂで固
定し、このＬ型金具４ａ、４ｂに側板６をネジ７で取付
け、キャビネット１を構成したものである。
【０００３】しかし、従来のこの装置では、ボルト、ネ
ジ、Ｌ型金具等部品の点数が多く、組立に要する工数も
多く、また重量も大きいと言う欠点があった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】そこで本発明の課題は
かかるシャーシへの側板の取付け装置を改良し、部品点
数が少なく、組立作業が容易で重量を軽減できるシャー
シへの側板取付け装置を提供することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明に係るシャーシへ
の側板取付け装置は、下端に折り返し片が設けられ、折
り返し片に連接してコ字状部が設けられ、コ字状部の形
成によって内側にポケット部が形成され、コ字状部に連
接して内側に折り曲げて形成された押圧片を有する取付
け用クリップと、一端部に折曲端部が形成された側板
と、枠柱の所定部にＴ型溝が形成されたシャーシとを具
備し、枠柱のＴ型溝に取付け用クリップのコ字状部を挿
入し、側板に設けた折曲端部を取付け用クリップのコ字
状部に差し込んで成り、取付け用クリップの押圧片によ
り側板を押圧する構成とした。

【作用】本発明においては、シャーシの枠柱のＴ型溝に
取付け用クリップのコ字状部を挿入すると共に、側板に
設けた折曲端部を取付け用クリップのコ字状部に差し込
むので、取付け用クリップの押圧片が側板を押圧するこ
とになる。

【実施例】以下、図１ないし図２を参照して本発明のシ
ャーシへの側板取付け装置の構造とその作用と効果につ
いて詳細に説明する。
【００１０】図１は本発明のシャーシへの側板取付け装
置における取付け用クリップの斜視図である。図２は本
発明のシャーシへの側板取付け装置を示し、（ａ）は側
板を取り付ける前の斜視図、（ｂ）は（ａ）のＢ部拡大
側断面図である。
【００１１】本実施例においては、先ず図１に示すよう
な、取付け用クリップ８を用意する。この取付け用クリ
ップ８は、ステンレス等の板金を裁断して長方形とした
ものをプレス加工したもの、もしくは合成樹脂を成形し
たものであり、下端に折り返し片８ａを設けることによ
り、コ字状部８ｂ、ポケット部８ｃを形成し、コ字状部
８ｂを延長して押圧片８ｄが設けられ、押圧片８ｄはポ
ケット部８ｃ側に若干曲げられている。更に、押圧片８
ｄの先端には、ポケット部８ｃ側と反対側に曲げて形成
した案内テーパ８ｅが設けられている。尚、コ字状部８
ｂの背面に、突起部９を設け、後述する枠柱の溝に嵌合
させ、脱落を防止している。また前述のクリップ８のコ
字状部８ｂの開口部の巾を、後述する枠柱に設ける溝の
巾より大きめとして、脱落防止としている。
【００１２】そして、この取付けクリップ８を図２に示
すシャーシ２の枠柱２ａ、２ｂに設けた溝３に夫々２個
ずつ、折り返し片８ａを手前にし、コ字状部８ｂを挿入
して取り付ける。一方、側板６の上端部と下端部に夫々
クランク状に曲げて形成した折曲端部６ａを設ける。そ
して、側板６の上端の折曲端部６ａを上部の枠柱２ａの
上端に取り付けたクリップ８のポケット部８ｃに差し込
み、さらに側板６の下端の折曲端部６ａを下部の枠柱２
ｂの下端に取り付けたクリップ８のポケット部８ｃに差
し込むと、側板６のシャーシ２への取付けは完了する。
【００１３】このようにして取付けられた側板６は、そ
の上端と下端の内側をクリップ８の押圧片８ｄが押圧す
るので、側板６を前方に押し付ける状態で取り付けられ
るのでガタツキを生じない。取付けに際し、クリップ８
の先端の案内テーパ８ｅが側板６の折曲端部６ａの先端
を案内し、取付けを容易にする。

【発明の効果】以上の説明から明らかなように、本発明
のシャーシへの側板取付け装置によれば、部品点数が少
なく、組立作業が容易で重量を軽減できるシャーシへの
