Field of the Invention [0002] The present invention relates to a joint structure of an H-shaped steel brace incorporated between layers of a main frame of a structure. [0002] Conventionally, when an H-shaped steel brace is bolted to the main frame of a structure, both the flange and the web of the H-shaped steel are connected. In this case, it is necessary to provide a cross section corresponding to the flange and the web of the H-section steel in the gusset portion on the main structure side. However, in order to provide a cross section corresponding to the flange in the gusset portion, the portion corresponding to the flange must be manufactured by bending or welding and assembling. Also, bolting the flange and the web increases the number of parts of the splice plate. In response to such a problem, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 61-1
No. 70608 proposes a mounting structure in which a brace end is processed into a shape also serving as a mounting plate, and is bolted to a gusset plate. Problems to be Solved by the Invention
In the invention described in Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 08-08, it is not necessary to provide a cross section corresponding to the flange and the web on the gusset portion on the main structure side, so the number of processing steps of the gusset portion is reduced, but it is necessary to process the end of the brace. , The manufacturing man-hours on the brace side increase. Further, in a conventional structure in which a general H-shaped steel is bolted to a gusset portion by a general bolt arrangement, in order to prevent the joint portion from breaking, both the flange and the web are connected as described above. It is necessary to join to the gusset part, and for such a reason, only the web of the H-section steel is joined,
The structure which does not join a flange part has not been put into practical use. According to the present invention, a structure in which bolts are connected only to the web of an H-shaped steel brace can reduce the number of gusset plates on the main structure side and the number of splice plate parts without increasing the number of processing steps on the brace side. It is an object of the present invention to provide an efficient and economical joint structure. [0008] The invention according to claim 1 of the present application is a joint of an H-shaped steel brace for bolting an H-shaped steel brace to a main frame of a structure via a gusset plate, The H-shaped brace and the gusset plate were bolted together only at the web position of the H-shaped brace .
It is also of the. [0009] Then, at the junction of such H-shaped steel braces, the H-beam brace web thickness t
w is, it <br/> characterized in that to satisfy the equation (1) below. (Equation 2) Here, alpha: safety factor held Strength junction (= 1.2), A t: H -shaped steel total cross-sectional area, Y R: yield ratio of H-shaped steel, sigma y: yield stress of the H-shaped steel, R sy : Allowable short-term shear strength of bolts, j: Number of bolts struck in a row, p: Bolt pitch, g: Gauge interval, e: End distance at bolt joint, φ: Bolt hole diameter. [0010] [0011] Here, alpha: safety factor held Strength junction (= 1.2), A t: H -shaped steel total cross-sectional area, Y R: yield ratio of H-shaped steel, sigma y: yield stress of the H-shaped steel , Rsy : short-term allowable shear strength of bolt, j: number of bolts struck in a row, p: bolt pitch, g: gauge interval, e: end-to-end distance in bolt joint, φ: bolt hole diameter. When a conventional H-shaped steel is used as a brace and is bolted to a gusset plate via a splice plate (high-strength bolt connection), the flange is not connected to the gusset plate and only the web is bolted. The types of fracture when joining are as follows: fracture by bolt shearing force, fracture of base metal at cross-sectional defect due to bolt holes, break through break near joint with gusset plate, outer peripheral position of many bolt joints arranged Local tearing at the point is considered. [0013] A mode of particular concern is local tearing of the web. The local tear fracture mode is a mode in which a fracture occurs at the outer periphery of the region where the bolt is arranged, and a side along the axial direction of the brace material is fractured by shearing force, and a side in the direction perpendicular to the material axis is fractured by tensile force. In order to avoid such a fracture mode, it is conceivable to increase the thickness of the web or to increase the pitch of the bolt in the axial direction. This makes it possible to join the H-shaped steel brace to the main frame by bolting only the web without joining the flange. However, in the conventional H-shaped steel braces, the thickness of the web is insufficient and the above-mentioned conditions cannot be satisfied. Therefore, bolt joining using only the web is not performed. The inventors of the present application have found that by appropriately setting the thickness of the web or the bolt pitch as described above, it is possible to prevent local tearing and breakage. Practical use was made possible. [0016] Equation (1) in claim 1, in consideration of the safety factor of holdings Strength junction alpha (= 1.2), and the plate thickness t w of the web, the arrangement and strength of the bolt (bolt short allowable shear strength R sy, bolts number j hit in a row, the bolt pitch p, TanAki distance e, the gauge spacing g between adjacent columns, the bolt hole diameter phi), the material of the H-beams and cross-sectional (H-section steel total cross-sectional area a t,
From the relationship with the yield ratio Y R of the H-section steel, the yield stress σ y of the H-section steel, and the like, the conditions for the thickness of the web at which local tearing is considered not to occur are determined. ) Can determine the web thickness t w or the H-section of the web suitable for the joint of the H-section brace of the present invention. In the conventional H-section steel, the thickness of the flange is usually smaller than the thickness of the web, and there is a high possibility that local tearing will occur. However, the thickness of the web is larger than the thickness of the flange. Within this range, it is relatively easy to obtain a cross section that satisfies the condition of the above equation (1). However, depending on the cross-sectional shape of the H-section steel, the applied load conditions, and the like, even if the thickness of the web is smaller than the thickness of the flange, the above equation (1) can be satisfied, and bolt joining using only the web is possible. Become. FIG. 1 shows a basic structure of a joint of an H-shaped steel brace according to the present invention. The web of the H-shaped steel brace 1 and a gusset plate 2 are connected to two splice plates. 3 and bolted together by high strength bolts 4. The gusset portion may require stiffening ribs for buckling stiffening, but the stiffening ribs are usually formed by fillet welding, so that the number of working steps is not significantly increased. In the drawing, reference symbol j denotes the number of high-strength bolts 4 to be hit in a line, p denotes a bolt pitch, g denotes a gauge interval, and e denotes an end-to-end distance. FIGS. 2 and 3 show one embodiment of the joint portion of the H-shaped steel brace of the present invention, particularly in the case where a shaped steel is used as a splice plate. That is, the example of FIG. 2 is a case where a CT section steel is used as the splice plate 3a, and the example of FIG. 3 is a case where a channel steel is used as the splice plate 3b. By using a shaped steel as the splice plate, buckling and stiffening of the gusset portion can also be achieved. FIG. 4 shows another embodiment of the joint portion of the H-shaped steel brace of the present invention. The extension portion 2a is provided on the gusset plate 2 without using a splice plate, and the H-shaped brace 1 is provided. This is an example in which the web and the bolt are joined. By omitting the splice plate, the amount of construction materials can be reduced and labor can be saved. FIG. 5 shows a general form of a joint portion of the H-shaped steel brace 1 by a conventional bolt joint as a comparative example. Since both the flange and the web of the H-shaped steel brace 1 are bolted together with the high-strength bolts 4, a steel plate corresponding to the flange is also required in the gusset portion. Since this steel plate needs to be parallel to the axial direction of the brace material,
Bending or welding is required near the joint between the column 5 and the beam 6. FIG. 6 is a view illustratively showing a local tear fracture mode, which is a critical fracture mode when a conventional H-shaped steel brace 1 is bolted only with a web. The mode of this local tear fracture is bolt 4
Is a mode in which the side along the axial direction of the brace material is broken by shearing force, and the side in the direction perpendicular to the material axis is broken by tensile force. FIG. 7 shows a comparison between a brace joint according to the present invention and a conventional joint. As the H-section steel brace, the existing rolled H-section steel (H
−350 × 350 × 12 × 19). For the joint according to the present invention, an H-section steel (H-
342 × 360 × 22 × 15), and the web thickness is increased for the local tear fracture mode. The material was SM490. Comparing the two, the hatched portion in the figure is a gusset portion attached to the corner of the beam-column joint, and the joint according to the present invention has a smaller gusset portion than the conventional joint, and There is no cross section corresponding to the flange of the section steel in the gusset portion, and only the web needs to be joined. For buckling, it is necessary to provide stiffening ribs as appropriate, but the stiffening ribs may be fillet welds. Also, the splice plate may be only the web portion. From these results, the joint using the H-section steel for web joining according to the present invention is compared with the conventional joint.
The number of processing steps is also greatly reduced, indicating that the joint is excellent in cost performance. Table 1 shows that the yield axial force is 5.88 × 10 6 N-
8.83 × 10 6 N (600tf to 900t of old unit system)
f) (corresponding to f).
The condition of the design is that possessive strength joining is possible (α = 1.2),
In addition, the constant inner rolling H to minimize the height of the gusset part
Shaped steel. [Table 1] Four high-strength bolts were arranged per row of the web. The H-type steel used was SM490 and the high-strength bolt was F10T-M22. The number of high-strength bolts is calculated to be within the short-term allowable force with respect to the brace yielding axial force. FIG. 8 is a comparison between the results shown in Table 1 and the prediction according to the equation (1) defined in claim 1 . The prediction result by the equation (1) gives the lower limit of the result of Table 1, and the H-section steel which satisfies the holding strength joint by the web joining and minimizes the height of the gusset part by the equation (1) It can be seen that the web thickness is predictable. According to the present invention, an H-shaped steel brace is joined by bolt joining using only a web, which was conventionally considered to be difficult, and both the conventional web and the flange are spliced. Compared to the case of bolting via a plate or the like, the number of man-hours for processing the gusset plate is reduced, and the number of parts is significantly reduced due to the omission of the splice plate and bolt at the flange position. Accordingly, the attachment of the H-shaped steel brace to the gusset portion becomes easy, and the merit is large in terms of cost.
