05033号公報に記載される鋼矢板圧延装置を提案し
た。この冷却装置は、圧延機の出側でウエブに冷却液を
吹付ける冷却液吹付け装置と、その上方で鋼矢板のウエ
ブを押さえ付ける拘束ローラとを備えており、圧延によ
って昇温したウエブを冷却しながら、鋼矢板全体を拘束
ローラで押さえ付けて反りが発生しないようにするもの

たものであり、圧延過程での反りの発生を抑制防止し、
それによる搬送不良や生産能率低下を回避することがで
きる鋼矢板圧延装置を提供することを目的とするもので

め、本発明の鋼矢板圧延装置は、圧延機の入側で鋼矢板
のウエブに冷却液を吹付ける冷却液吹付け装置と、その
両側方で、鋼矢板のフランジに気体を吹付ける気体吹付
け装置と、それらの上方又は下方から鋼矢板のウエブを
押さえ付ける押さえ付け装置とを備え、前記押さえ付け
装置を、鋼矢板の側方をガイドするサイドガイドに設け

て説明する。図1は、本発明の鋼矢板圧延装置の概略構
成図であり、図中の符号1が圧延機、2は圧延機入側の

板SのフランジFに気体(エア)8が吹付けられるよう

矢板SのウエブWに吹付けられた冷却液(水)6がフラ
ンジFに流下したり飛散したりしないようにするための
ものであり、これによりウエブWが主に冷却され、圧延
機1による圧延過程での反りが抑制防止されるようにな
っている。 【0009】また、この入側搬送ローラ2の上方両側方
には、鋼矢板Sの幅方向両側をガイドするサイドガイド
9が設けられており、一方(図2では左方)のサイドガ
イド9から、入側搬送ローラ2の上方、つまり圧延機1
に装入される鋼矢板Sの上方に架台10を延設し、そこ
に鋼矢板SのウエブWを押さえ付ける押さえ付け装置1
