Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a two-liquid mixing container, and more particularly, to a two-liquid mixing container, in which two liquids can be stored in a separated state. The present invention relates to a two-part mixing container which can be mixed and used after being equipped with a pump after two-part mixing. 2. Description of the Related Art Some kinds of fungicides, such as two kinds of liquids, are separated and stored separately during storage, and the two liquids are mixed immediately before use. Conventionally, these liquids are stored in separate bottles and transferred to bottles with a pump when used. [0003] However, the use of such a method unnecessarily increases the number of bottles, increases the bulk during storage, and involves troublesome transfer of the liquid during use. Therefore, according to the present invention, the two liquids can be stored in a separated state, the two liquids can be mixed by a simple method at the time of use, and the container housing the mixed two liquids can be directly used as a container for mounting the pump. It proposes an excellent container that can be used as a body. In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the container according to the first aspect of the present invention has a small-diameter cylinder upward through an inward flange 5 from an upper end edge of a large-diameter cylinder part 4 having an open lower end. In addition to extending the portion 6, the mouth and neck portion 8 stands upright from the upper edge of the small-diameter cylindrical portion 6 via the shoulder portion 7, and has a smaller diameter than the inner peripheral edge of the flange 9 extending inward from the upper edge of the mouth and neck portion 8. The container main body 2 having a vertically extending pouring tube 10 extending to the lower end of the center of the tube 6, and the inside of the small-diameter tube 6 and the inside of the large-diameter tube 4 are vertically divided so that the peripheral edge thereof has a small diameter. A liquid-tight and downwardly detachable fitting is fitted to the lower end of the inner surface of the cylindrical portion, and a through-hole 12 formed in the center is communicated with the lower end opening of the discharging cylindrical portion 10 to be connected to the lower end of the discharging cylindrical portion 10. A partition member 3 fitted and fixed in a liquid-tight manner, and a pressure-rupturable seal fixed to the lower surface of the partition member 3 by closing the through hole 12 in a liquid-tight manner. And a sealing member 18 fixed to the lower surface of the container main body 2 by closing the lower end opening of the large-diameter cylindrical portion 4 in a liquid-tight manner. Thin edge portions 25 and 26 are provided at the edges to enable elastic reversal downward, and when the shoulder portion 7 is elastically reversed downward, the peripheral edge of the partition member 3 is disengaged to reduce the diameter. The inside of the cylindrical portion 6 and the inside of the large-diameter cylindrical portion 4 are configured to communicate with each other, and a pump 24 for ejecting liquid that closes the upper end opening of the container main body and breaks and penetrates the sealing material 17 can be mounted. Thus, a two-liquid mixing container was configured. Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. The two-liquid mixing container 1 of the present invention includes a container main body 2 and a partition member 3. Container body 2
Is formed by integral molding of a synthetic resin. A small-diameter cylindrical portion 6 extends upward from an upper end edge of a large-diameter cylindrical portion 4 having an open lower end via an inward flange 5.
A mouth-and-neck portion 8 is erected from the upper edge via a shoulder portion 7, and a pouring tube portion extending from an inner peripheral edge of a flange 9 extending inward from an upper edge of the mouth-and-neck portion 8 to a central lower end portion of the small-diameter cylindrical portion 6. It consists of 10 hanging. In the present embodiment, the lower end of the large-diameter cylindrical portion 4 is expanded via an outward flange 11. The partition member 3 is made of a synthetic resin. The inside of the small-diameter tube portion 6 and the inside of the large-diameter tube portion 4 are vertically divided, and the peripheral edge is formed at the lower end of the inner surface of the small-diameter tube portion 6. In addition to being fitted in a liquid-tight manner and capable of being detached downward, the through hole 12 formed in the center portion is connected to the lower end opening of the pouring cylinder portion 10 so as to be liquid-tightly fitted to the lower end portion of the pouring cylinder portion 10. It is fixed. In the present embodiment, the small-diameter cylindrical portion 6 and the large-diameter cylindrical portion 4 are separated from the peripheral edge of a partition 13 vertically.
A short fitting tube portion 14 that fits in a liquid-tight manner is vertically provided at the inner and lower ends, and a flange 15 protrudes outward from the lower end edge of the fitting tube portion 14. 5, a fitting cylinder 16 is erected above the periphery of the through hole 12 formed in the center of the partition 13 and the inner surface of the fitting cylinder is flushed with the discharge cylinder.
(10) Liquid-tightly fitted and fixed to the lower end of the outer surface. This fitting tube
An engaging means comprising a ridge and a concave groove is provided between the injection tube portion 16 and the injection tube portion 10 and is fixed so as not to easily come out once it is fitted. Further, the inside of the small-diameter cylindrical portion 6 defined by the partition member 3 is configured as a first liquid storage portion A. Further, the through hole 12 is closed in a liquid-tight manner so that the through hole 12 is closed.
A pressure-rupturable sealing material 17 having a peripheral portion fixed to the lower surface of the partition member 3 at the peripheral portion is provided, and the lower end opening of the large-diameter cylindrical portion 4 is closed in a liquid-tight manner so that the peripheral portion is formed on the lower surface of the large-diameter cylindrical portion 4. A sealing material 18 is provided to be fixed. Each of the sealing members 17 and 18 may be a sheet-like material which can be fixed and is excellent in water resistance, such as a synthetic resin alone or a laminated sheet or a synthetic resin provided with a metal thin film layer. Alternatively, a sheet obtained by cutting a laminated sheet or the like into a predetermined shape can be used, and as a fixing method thereof, means such as welding and bonding can be adopted. The pressure-rupturable seal material 17 is configured to be pressure-rupturable by selecting its thickness, material, and the like. The partition member 3 to which the sealing member 17 is fixed.
The inside of the large-diameter cylindrical portion 4 defined by the seal member 18 is configured as a second liquid storage portion B. In the present invention, a pump for ejecting liquid can be mounted by adjusting the diameter of the mouth and neck portion 8 of the container main body 2, the diameter of the pouring cylinder 10, or the depth of the container main body 2. . As the pump, a pump which is conventionally used can be used as long as it has a suction pipe which closes the upper end opening of the container body 2 and breaks and penetrates the sealing member 17 as shown in FIG. 2, for example. The suction tube 19 fitted around the outer periphery of the neck 8 of the container body inserts a suction pipe 20 into the pouring tube portion 10 and is fitted and fixed. The front portion of the pump body 21 fixed above the mounting tube 19 is fixed. Trigger 22 hanging from the bottom
, A known pump 24 configured to discharge the liquid in the container from the nozzle hole 23 at the tip can be used.
The suction pipe 20 presses and breaks the seal member 17 when the pump 24 is mounted, and causes the lower end to hang down in the large-diameter cylindrical portion 4. If the lower end of this pipe is sharpened as shown in the figure, it is easier to break by pressing. However, even if the lower end surface is flat, it can be broken if the thickness and material of the sealing material 17 are considered. Can be formed. It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the above-described trigger type pump, and may be configured so as to mount a so-called push-down head type pump. Explaining these without illustration, for example, by a mounting cylinder fitted to the outer periphery of the mouth and neck portion 8,
A cylinder with a suction pipe fitted to the lower end is inserted into the pouring cylinder part 10, and a pushing down head at the upper end is vertically urged upwardly above the container body so as to be vertically movable and fixed. There is a configuration in which the liquid in the container is sucked up by the movement and ejected from the nozzle hole of the head. Also in this case, it is necessary to break the seal member 17 by pressing with the suction pipe, and to make the diameter of the pouring cylinder 10 large enough to insert the cylinder. Further, in the present invention, the shoulder 7 of the container body 2 is provided with thin hinge portions 25 and 26 at the upper and lower edges, which are inclined upward and inward and are inclined upward, so that the elastic reversal can be performed downward. It is configured to be possible. Elastic reversal as used herein refers to a movement of the elastic plate from one stable state to another stable state while being elastically deformed by an external force. These movements are caused by the shape of the elastic plate, the shape of the connection portion, and the like. . In the present invention, the shoulder portion 7 having elasticity is stabilized in a tapered state in which the shoulder portion 7 is inclined upward and inward in FIG. It is configured so that it is inverted to a tapered state that inclines and descends inward and becomes stable again in this state. An example of the case where the container 1 constructed as described above is filled with a liquid will be described. First, a predetermined amount of the first liquid 27 is filled in the inverted container body 2, and then the liquid is passed through the sealing material 17. The partition member 3 having the hole 12 closed is fitted and fixed.
Next, after filling a predetermined amount of the second liquid 28, the sealing material 18 is fixed and the filling is completed. Next, the case where the container 1 filled with the liquid is used will be described.
20 is inserted through the opening at the upper end of the discharge cylinder portion 10 and the sealing material 17 is broken and penetrated by the lower end thereof, and the mounting cylinder 19 is fitted around the outer periphery of the mouth and neck 8 to mount the pump 24.
When the mouth and neck portion 8 is pressed down, the shoulder portion 7 is elastically inverted downward and becomes stable in a downwardly depressed state shown in FIG. 2, and at this time, the peripheral edge of the partition member 3 is separated from its liquid-tight fitting portion and downward. In order to move, the first liquid 27 falls into the large-diameter cylindrical portion 4, and the second liquid 27
Mix with liquid 28. Thereafter, if necessary, the container 1 is shaken well to stir and mix the two liquids, and then, by pulling the trigger 22, the mixed liquid can be ejected from the nozzle holes. As described above, in the two-liquid mixing container of the present invention, the small-diameter cylindrical portion extends upward through the inward flange from the upper end edge of the large-diameter cylindrical portion having the lower end opened. The mouth and neck are erected from the upper end edge of the mouth via the shoulder, and the pouring cylinder is vertically extended from the inner peripheral edge of the flange extending inward from the upper edge of the mouth and neck to the central lower end of the small diameter cylinder. And the inside of the small-diameter tube portion and the inside of the large-diameter tube portion are vertically divided, and the peripheral edge is fitted to the lower end of the inner surface of the small-diameter tube portion in a liquid-tight and removably downward manner, and is drilled in the center portion. And a partition member which is fixed to the lower end portion of the dispensing cylinder portion in a liquid-tight manner by communicating the through hole with the lower end opening of the dispensing cylinder portion. A pressure-rupturable sealing material fixed to the lower surface, and a large-diameter cylindrical portion lower end opening is liquid-tightly closed and fixed to the container body lower surface. Since the two sealants are provided, the two liquids can be separately stored and stored, the bulk is not bulky, and there is no risk of inconvenience such as losing one of the two liquids as in the case where the two liquids are stored in separate bottles. Further, the shoulder portion is tapered so as to incline upward and inward, and thin hinge portions are provided at upper and lower edges so that the shoulder portion can be elastically inverted downward, and the shoulder portion is elastically inverted downward. When the peripheral portion of the partition member is disengaged, the inside of the small-diameter tube portion and the inside of the large-diameter tube portion communicate with each other, so that the two-liquid mixing can be performed by an extremely simple operation of pushing down the mouth and neck portion downward. Things. Further, since a pump for ejecting liquid having a suction pipe which closes the upper end opening of the container body and breaks and penetrates the sealing material can be mounted, the pump is directly mounted after mixing the two liquids. It is convenient to spray the mixed solution. Further, since the container has a simple structure and can be manufactured at low cost, only the container can be discarded after using the stored liquid, and the pump can be used again, which is economical.
