Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an implanted pin with a washer which is implanted on a metal surface by a stud welding method, and more specifically, to fix a fire-resistant and heat-insulating coating of a steel structure. For a washer pin with a washer used for the following. 2. Description of the Related Art When a building is provided with fire resistance and heat insulation, columns and beams as load supporting members are made of high-strength steel and have no fire resistance and heat insulation per se. It is necessary to provide a fireproof and heat-insulating coating. A mat-like covering material such as rock wool as such a fire-resistant and heat-insulating coating is lightweight and easy to handle, is flexible and can be laid without any gaps, and is pierced from the surface with a welding pin to pierce the steel frame. By implanting and pressing with a washer, it is possible to form a stable coating layer without a risk of causing displacement or cracking. [0004] As a implantation pin, Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 63-16771 is disclosed.
In order to eliminate the trouble of mounting a washer after planting the pin body as disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 3-3, a stud welding machine is provided in which a washer is previously mounted on the pin body. Instead of a bite chuck for directly supplying a welding current to the pin body itself, a pin having a magnet chuck at the tip for supplying a welding current in close contact with a washer is used. However, if a wire mesh for holding the mat-like covering material is laid on the surface, the washer or the pin body comes into contact with the wire mesh, and the welding current escapes to the wire mesh, so that the tip of the pin body is sufficiently removed. In some cases, it may not be possible to melt and weld, and as a result, there is a problem that a portion where the coating layer cannot be stably fixed to the steel frame is generated. [0006] The problem to be solved by the present invention is that when a wire mesh laid on the surface of a fire-resistant and heat-insulating coating material is fixed to a steel frame by a welding pin with a washer, The point is that the welding current may escape to the wire mesh to make it impossible to perform sufficient welding. [0007] The present invention has solved the above-mentioned problems, and it is possible to use an ordinary stud welding machine having a bite chuck, and without losing a welding current to a wire mesh.
Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a welded pin with a washer which can be sufficiently welded to stably fix a coating layer to a steel frame. That is, in order to achieve this object, the present invention provides a small projection for welding at the tip of a washer member comprising a cylindrical body, a washer at a base end thereof, and a mounting and fixing portion at a tip end thereof, which are integrally formed of an insulating material. And fixed to the pin main body by the mounting and fixing part, and the base end of the pin main body is provided with a bite chuck insertion gap of a stud welding machine and is surrounded by a cylindrical body. [0009] The bite chuck of the stud welding machine is inserted into the cylindrical body to bite the base end of the pin body, and the mesh of the wire mesh laid on the surface of the mat-like covering material covering the steel structure. The pin body is pierced at right angles to the steel frame surface, and the small projections are pressed against the steel frame and energized for welding. Since the washer and the base end portion of the pin body which are in contact with the wire mesh are made of a washer member made of an insulating material and are surrounded, the welding current flows to the small projections of the pin body without flowing through the wire mesh and is sufficiently welded to complete the welding. Will be performed. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Referring to the drawings, an embodiment of the present invention will be described. In FIGS. 1 and 2, a pin main body 1 is made of an annealed steel wire and has a disc-shaped flange piece 2 at its tip. A small projection 3 for welding is formed at the center of the distal end surface, and a thin rod shape having a uniform diameter is formed from the flange piece 2 to the base end. The washer member 5 is made of a general-purpose hard synthetic resin. The washer member 5 has a cylindrical cylinder 6, a disk-shaped washer 7 extending in an umbrella shape at the base end thereof, and a pin body at the tip of the cylinder 6. It is composed of an attachment fixing portion 9 having an attachment hole 8 having a diameter slightly smaller than 1 and integrally formed. The washer member 5 is connected to the pin body 1.
In the state where the base end of the pin body 1 is fitted into the cylindrical body 6 without protruding from the cylindrical body 6 and is immersed therein, the mounting hole 8 is provided.
Are fixed to the pin main body 1 by the elastic pressure melting force of the mounting fixing portion 9 which has been pushed out. This embodiment having such a configuration is, for example, shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 1, a surface of a steel frame 21 is covered with a mat-like coating material 24 formed by sequentially laminating rock wool 22 and ceramic fibers 23, and a wire mesh 25 is laid on the surface to fix a fire-resistant and heat-insulating coating. Then, the bite chuck 28 at the tip of the stud welding machine 27 is inserted into the cylindrical body 6 from the base end opening to bite the base end of the pin main body 1, and then the pin main body 1 is meshed with the wire mesh 25. It is stabbed at right angles to the steel frame surface, and the small projection 3 at the tip is pressed against the surface of the steel frame 21 to conduct electricity and perform welding. This welding is exactly the same as the ordinary stud welding method, and the small projections 3 and the distal end portions of the flange pieces 2 are melted and the pin body 1 is pressed against the molten pool and implanted. Even when the washer 7 and the cylindrical body 6 of the washer member 5 are in contact with the wire mesh 25 during welding, since they are made of an insulating material, the pin body 1 and the bite chuck 28
And the wire mesh 25 are insulated, and the welding current flows to the small projections 3 without escaping, and the tip portion is sufficiently melted to perform complete welding. In this embodiment, the mounting hole 8 of the mounting fixing portion 9 is provided.
The washer member 5 is fixed to the pin main body 1 by making the diameter slightly smaller than that of the pin main body 1, but it goes without saying that the washer member 5 may be fixed using an adhesive. When the base end of the pin main body 1 is immersed in the cylindrical body 6 as in the present embodiment, the thickness of the mat-shaped coating material 24, which is the distance between the small protrusion 3 and the washer 7, is reduced. The pin body 1 can be made shorter as compared with the first embodiment. Also, by changing the fixing position of the washer member 5 to the pin main body 1, the mat-shaped covering material 24 having a different thickness is properly pressed,
Alternatively, the pressing force can be adjusted so that the steel frame 21 can be fixed to the steel frame 21 without worrying that the steel frame 21 moves away from the surface or moves. FIG. 3 shows a different embodiment of the washer member 5. The washer 7 has a central portion 7a, a peripheral edge portion 7b, and a radiating arm portion 7.
It can be provided inexpensively by saving the material used without impairing the function of pressing the surface of the mat-shaped covering material. As described above, the washer member formed by integrally molding the washer and the cylindrical body surrounding the base end which has a chance to come into contact with the wire net of the pin main body from an insulating material is fitted and fixed to the pin main body. According to the present invention, a conventional stud welding machine equipped with a bite chuck is used to avoid the inconvenience of escaping welding current to a wire mesh to make welding inadequate or impossible, and to completely melt and refractory and heat-insulate coating. The layer can be firmly fixed to the steel frame.
