2. Description of the Related Art The applicant has already proposed a pipe joint which can be easily removed when it is detached while preventing inadvertent detachment. That is, as shown in FIG. 6, the pipe joint disclosed in Japanese Patent Application No. 11-895585 fits in a female body 1 having a peripheral groove for fitting a sealing material in the inner periphery and an outer peripheral groove of a pipe body (not shown). The inner collar 8 that supports the pressing member 11, the spring member 7 that biases the inner collar 8, and the outer collar 12 that is fixed to the female body 1 and covers the inner collar 8 and the spring member 7 are provided. The spring material 7 and the inner collar 8 are sequentially arranged in series. The outer collar 12 is provided with a moving space 14 for the pressing member 11 when the spring member 7 contracts, and the step C
Is provided so that the locking piece A partially provided on the inner surface of the sleeve 17 slidably attached to the outer collar 12 and the step C contact each other. Further, the inner surface of the flange 18 of the sleeve 17 contacts the inner collar 8.

In the pipe joint constructed as described above,
In the completely connected state shown in FIG. 7, when a force is applied to pull out the tubular body 20, or when a fluid is flown into the tubular body 20, that is, a force acts in the direction of pulling out the tubular body 20. In this case, the pressing member 11 is pressed against the taper portion 13 of the outer collar 12 and constrained, and cannot be jumped out of the circumferential groove 25 as it is. Moreover, since the locking piece A of the sleeve 17 contacts the step C of the outer collar 12, the sleeve 17 cannot be pushed to the female body 1 side. Therefore, even if a force for pushing the sleeve 17 inadvertently is applied, the inner collar 8 cannot be pushed in actually, so that the tubular body 20 is prevented from coming off.

On the other hand, when detaching the pipe body 20 from the pipe joint, the sleeve 17 may be deformed into an elliptical shape by holding the knob B. Then, as shown in FIG. 8, the locking piece A of the sleeve 17 is located above the step C of the outer collar 12, and when the sleeve 17 is pushed toward the female body 1, the locking piece A is stepped C. You will get over and will be in a leaving state.

That is, as shown in FIG. 8, when the sleeve 17 is pushed, the inner collar 8 also moves to the female body 1 side, and the pressing member 11 and the tubular body 20 move together therewith, so that the pressing member 11 is moved to the outer collar. 12 moving spaces 14 are reached. Then, when the tube body 20 is pulled out in this state, the pressing member 11 rides on the rear taper portion 24, the pressing member 11 is withdrawn from the circumferential groove 25, and the combined state is released, so that the tube body 20 is removed from the female body 1. It can be easily pulled out.

However, according to the previously proposed pipe joint, as described above, when the sleeve 17 is pushed, the pipe body 20 moves together with it, which is the reason why the pressing member 11 is moved.
Is released from the circumferential groove 25 and the coupled state is released. Therefore, when the internal pressure is applied, the tubular body 2

The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and its gist is to fit a pressing member into an outer peripheral groove of a pipe inserted into a pipe joint. A pipe joint that is in a coupled state, in which a female body in which a supporting hole for a pressing member is formed, a spring member that urges the pressing member, and a slidable member that covers the female member and the spring member and is slidably attached to the female member A sleeve having a cylindrical shape, the support hole is an elongated hole in the axial direction, the pressing member and the sleeve are constantly urged toward the tube insertion opening by a spring material, and the inner surface of the sleeve has a convex portion. And a locking piece, and the female body is provided with a step portion that comes into contact with the locking piece, and when the spring member contracts as the pressing member is pushed by inserting the tubular body, the convex portion is provided. The female body side of the becomes the storage space for the pressing member, and it becomes possible to connect the pipes. When the spring material contracts as the sleeve is pushed in by releasing the contact between the locking piece and the stepped portion, the tubular body insertion port side serves as a space for accommodating the pressing member, and the tubular body can be removed. When the pressing is stopped and the spring member extends, the sleeve returns and the locking piece and the stepped portion come into contact with each other again. That is, even if the sleeve is pushed in when removing the tubular body, the tubular body does not move and the tubular body insertion port side of the convex portion of the inner surface of the sleeve serves as a storage space for the pressing member, so that the pressing member is removed from the outer peripheral groove of the tubular body. It was designed to get out.

Here, the female body is not integrated as a whole, but is formed by connecting two parts, a seal part having a seal material fitting peripheral groove formed on the inner circumference thereof and a connecting part having a supporting hole for a pressing member. Alternatively, the spring member and the pressing member may not be directly contacted with each other, but the intermediate ring may be inserted therebetween.

Further, the inner surface of the sleeve is provided with a locking piece, while the female body is provided with a step portion that comes into contact with this locking piece, so that accidental disengagement can be effectively prevented. It has become. In this case, the sleeve may not be integrated as a whole, but may be composed of two parts, an elastic part including a locking piece on the sliding part side with the female body and a rigid part including a convex part.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION Since the present invention has the above-described structure, the inserted pipe can be easily removed from the pipe joint if necessary even if pressure is applied. That is, the sleeve is pushed into the pipe joint side in the joined pipe joint and pipe body. At this time, only the spring member is contracted by the convex portion provided on the inner surface of the sleeve, the pressing member does not move, and the tube does not move. Therefore, irrespective of the presence or absence of pressure acting on the pipe body, a force that opposes the biasing force of the spring material is sufficient for pushing the sleeve.

Further, when the sleeve is pushed, the convex portion on the inner surface of the sleeve, which was on the pressing member, is moved, and a storage space for the housing is formed on the pressing member. Therefore, the pressing member can be moved into the storage space on the tube body insertion port side of the convex portion, and the pressing member can be pulled out from the outer peripheral groove of the tube body, so that the tube body can be removed.

On the other hand, the connection of the tubes is also extremely simple. That is, when the pipe is separated, the pressing member and the sleeve are biased toward the pipe insertion opening by the spring material. In this state, the convex portion of the inner surface of the sleeve is present on the pressing member, but the pressing member is pushed against the bias of the spring member by the insertion of the tubular body. At this time, since the support hole of the pressing member is elongated in the axial direction, only the pressing member moves by the length of the elongated hole and the sleeve does not move.

Then, the pressing member can escape from the convex portion on the inner surface of the sleeve which is located immediately above and can be moved to the storage space on the female body side of the convex portion. Therefore, the pressing member rides on the outer periphery of the pipe body, and then is fitted into the outer peripheral groove of the pipe body by further insertion of the pipe body. Then, in this state, the convex portion of the inner surface of the sleeve is present on the pressing member, and the pressing member is restrained by the outer peripheral groove of the tubular body to be in the connected state.

The female body having the supporting hole for the pressing member is also provided with a peripheral groove for fitting a sealing material on the inner periphery. The sealing portion and the connecting portion having the supporting hole for the pressing member are integrally formed. It may be a structure or a combined structure in which each part is a separate body. Whether it is integrated or separate is determined by the material required for each part, the ease of assembling the pipe joint, and the like.

Further, in order to prevent accidental disengagement of the tubular body after joining, a locking piece is provided on the inner surface of the sleeve, while a step portion is provided on the female body to abut the locking piece. Has been. In this case, it is preferable that at least a portion including the locking piece on the sliding portion side with the female body has elasticity so that the cylindrical sleeve can be deformed into an elliptical shape.

That is, in the coupled state, the locking piece provided on the inner surface of the sleeve comes into contact with the step portion of the stopper, and the movement of the sleeve toward the pipe joint side is prevented, so that the sleeve cannot be detached. Become. On the other hand, when detaching the pipe from the pipe joint, the cylindrical sleeve may be pinched and deformed into an elliptical shape. Then, the locking piece is positioned above the stepped portion of the stopper, and if the sleeve is pushed toward the pipe joint side, the locking piece can move over the stepped portion and the tubular body can be detached. .

Here, when the sleeve is pinched and deformed into an elliptical shape in order to separate the tubular body, in order to locate the locking piece above the step, the inner surface of the sleeve and the step of the stopper are arranged. When the gap between the upper surface is L1 and the contact width between the locking piece of the sleeve and the step of the stopper is L2, L1 ≧ L
It is preferable to set it to 2. This is because the elliptical minor axis deformed by pinching the sleeve is shorter than the original diameter by L1 on both sides, while the major axis is longer by L1. Therefore, if L1 is equal to or greater than L2, the locking piece can easily get over the step.

Further, in order to maintain the contact state between the engagement piece of the sleeve and the step portion of the stopper with higher reliability, it is preferable to form the engagement piece and the step portion in a reverse taper shape. . This is because even if the sleeve is inadvertently pushed to the pipe joint side, the locking piece is unlikely to get over the stepped portion if it is in the reverse taper shape. The taper angle θ is preferably 2 ° or more. This is because if it is less than 2 °, there is almost no effect of difficulty in getting over.

Although the sleeve may be integrally formed as a whole, it may have a combined structure in which the portion on the sliding portion side with the female body and the portion including the convex portion are separate bodies. Whether to integrate or separate it may be determined by the material required for each part, the ease of assembling the pipe joint, etc., but in terms of required performance, the sliding part side with the female body is the elastic part, It is preferable that the connecting structure has a rigid portion in a portion including the convex portion.

1, the storage space 15 of the pressing member 11 is closed, and the pressing member 11 is urged in the direction of contacting the support hole 4. Moreover, if there is an internal pressure, a force acts on the pipe body 20 in the direction of pulling it out.
The side wall of the outer peripheral groove 25 receives a force also in the direction of coming into contact with the support hole 4. Therefore, the coupled state is maintained unless the sleeve 17 is moved to the pipe joint side to release the restraint of the convex portion 19 so that the storage space 16 is located above the pressing member 11.

Next, a method for removing the tubular body 20 will be described. In the state of FIG. 1, knob portions (not shown) provided on the right and left sides of the outer surface of the sleeve 17 (the front shape of the sleeve is the same as that shown in FIG. 6A,
The knob portion of the sleeve 17 of FIG. 1 is also the same as the knob portion B of FIG.
Is deformed into an elliptical shape so that the locking piece A is located above the step C of the connecting portion 3 of the female body. Then, the sleeve 17 can be pushed into the pipe joint side. Therefore, if the sleeve 17 is moved against the bias of the spring member 7, the locking piece A gets over the step C. Then, as shown in FIG. 3, the pressing member 11 can escape into the storage space 16 and the tubular body 20 can be easily removed. When the pushing of the sleeve 17 is stopped, the sleeve 17 returns to its original position by the urging force of the spring material 7, and the locking piece A falls into the step C, resulting in the state of FIG.

Here, in the pipe joint of the present invention, as described above, it suffices to push the sleeve 17 toward the pipe joint side against the bias of the spring member 7, and at that time, the pipe body 20 is moved. There is no need at all. Therefore, even if a force acts in the direction of pulling out the tubular body 20 due to the internal pressure, the force does not affect the detaching work of the tubular body 20, so that the tubular body 20 can be easily removed regardless of the internal pressure. 20 can be removed.

On the other hand, in order to connect the tube body 20, it is sufficient to simply push the tube body 20 to the female seal portion 2 sufficiently. That is, at the initial stage of insertion of the tubular body 20, as shown in FIG. 4, the tip of the tubular body 20 is inserted while contacting the sealing material 5 without contacting the pressing member 11.

When the tubular body 20 is further inserted here, as shown in FIG. 5, the front taper portion 23 in front of the outer peripheral groove 25 of the tubular body 20 comes into contact with the pressing member 11 to support the female body. Since 4 is an elongated hole in the axial direction, the pressing member 11 and the intermediate ring 6 are pushed into the joint deep side against the bias of the spring member 7. Then, a storage space 15 is created between the intermediate ring 6 and the convex portion 19, and the pressing member 11 rides over the front taper portion 23 of the tubular body 20 and falls into the outer peripheral groove 25. Then, the intermediate ring 6 is pushed back by the urging force of the spring member 7 and the storage space 15 is closed, and the connected state of FIG. 1 is obtained.

As described above, according to the present invention, when the pressing member or the spring member is contracted as the sleeve is pushed in, the female body side of the convex portion provided on the inner surface of the sleeve or the tubular body insertion port side becomes the accommodation space for the pressing member. There is no need to move the pipe when removing the pipe, and even if pressure is applied, the inserted pipe can be easily removed from the pipe joint if necessary.
