特公平7-42185 号(堆肥製造方法及び装置)などが開示
されている。前者の方法は、天然貝化石を粉末状に精製
加工された処理剤を処理原料に混合攪拌して熱風乾燥す
る方法であり、後者は元菌体と歯液から成る乾燥菌体を
処理原料に混入して乾燥粉末状の堆肥を精製する方法で
ある。 【0003】また最近、本願出願人が開発した特願平6-
162116号(特殊肥料製造方法及びその装置)のように、
有機性廃棄物を醗酵熟成する方法が開示されている。 【0004】 【発明が解決しようとする課題】このように従来方法
は、いずれも家畜糞尿を乾燥処理して粉末状の有機肥料
等を精製加工するという、いわゆる再利用を目的として
開発されたものである。従って、従来方法の処理工程に
おいては完全に悪臭を除去することが困難又は不可能で
あり、それがために周囲に悪臭が立ちこめて公害問題の
要因になっていた。 【0005】 【課題を解決するための手段】本発明は上記の如き課題
を解決するために開発したものであって、先端に糞尿投
入口2を付設した糞尿管3に流入口5及び排出口6を具
備するS字型パイプ4を嵌着し、かつ上面部にマンホー
ル8を設けると共に、排気管7を突設した糞尿槽1に糞
尿管3内の家畜糞尿23はS字状型パイプを介して糞尿
槽内に排出されるように設け、該糞尿槽1の底部10をす
りばち状に内装すると共に中央に円形孔を穿設したすの
子11を敷設し、更に先端側面に切欠穴13を形成して攪拌
用スクリュー14と手動回転棒15とを付設した回転パイプ
12を設け、該回転パイプ12のマンホール蓋9を貫通して
すの子11の円形孔に装着すると共に回転パイプ12の他端
に逆回転兼用のファンモーター16を取付け、更にマンホ
ール蓋9に設けた投入口20から糞尿処理剤22を投下して
家畜糞尿を醗酵熟成させて分解処理することを特徴とす
る畜舎用糞尿処理装置の提供にある。 【0006】 【0007】 【発明の実施の形態】発明の実施形態は、先端に糞尿投
入口2を付設した糞尿管3に流入口5及び排出口6を具
備するS字型パイプ4を嵌着し、かつ上面部にマンホー
ル8を設けると共に、排気管7を突設した糞尿槽1に糞
尿管3内の家畜糞尿23はS字状型パイプを介して糞尿
槽内に排出されるように設け、該糞尿槽1の底部10をす
りばち状に内装すると共に中央に円形孔を穿設したすの
子11を敷設し、更に先端側面に切欠穴13を形成して攪拌
用スクリュー14と手動回転棒15とを付設した回転パイプ
12を設け、該回転パイプ12のマンホール蓋9を貫通して
すの子11の円形孔に装着すると共に回転パイプ12の他端
に逆回転兼用のファンモーター16を取付け、更にマンホ
ール蓋9に設けた投入口20から糞尿処理剤22を投下して
家畜糞尿を醗酵熟成させて分解処理することを特徴とす
る畜舎用糞尿処理装置であるから、従来の装置により発
生していた悪臭がなく処理することが可能となった。 【0008】 【実施例】以下、図1に従って本発明の畜舎用糞尿処理
方法とその装置の実施例について説明する。 【0009】まず、本発明の畜舎用糞尿処理に使用され
る処理物質は、次のような特性成分を有する反応剤が使

て詳述する。図中1は家畜の糞尿を貯溜する糞尿槽であ
り、糞尿管3の一端に糞尿投入口2を付設すると共に流

し、更に上面部にマンホール8を設けると共に排気管7
が突設されている。糞尿管3と糞尿槽1は地中28に埋設
され、糞尿管3内の家畜糞尿23はS字型パイプ4を介し

端部に糞尿槽1を内設したのが、本発明の処理装置であ
る。この糞尿槽1は、底部10をコンクリートなどを用い
てすりばち状に内装すると共にその表面部にすの子11を
張設する。このすりばち状の底部10が、すの子11から落
下した粉末状の残渣24を集積する箇所である。12は回転
パイプであり、先端には切欠穴13が形成されれいると共
に攪拌用スクリュー14と手動回転棒15とが取付けられて
いる。切欠穴13は、回転パイプ12内の通風口と残渣24の
吸引口とを兼ねた穴である。攪拌用スクリュー14は、手
動回転棒15を回転させて家畜糞尿23と糞尿処理剤22とを
攪拌するためのスクリューである。16はファンモーター
であり、逆回転を兼備させると共に送風用のファン19が
内装されているモーターである。このファンモーター16
は、差込管17により回転パイプ12の端部に嵌着されてい
る。ファンモータ16は、回転パイプ12内に温風を送風す
るのと残渣24を吸引するためのものであるから、通常使
用されているモーターでよいが、送風と吸引とを同一の
回転パイプ12を使用している関係上、逆回転を兼備した

11から底部10に落下されて中央に集積される。この集積
残渣24は、ファンモーター16のスイッチを吸引用(図示
せず)に切り替えると、回転パイプ12の切欠穴13から吸
引箱18に吸込まれ一定の量になったならば外に取り出
し、その残渣24は更に有機質肥料として再利用すること

のマンホール蓋9を貫通してすの子11の円形孔に装着す
ると共に回転パイプ12の他端に逆回転兼用のファンモー
ター16を取付け、更にマンホール蓋9に設けた投入口20
から糞尿処理剤22を投下して家畜糞尿を醗酵熟成させて
分解処理する畜舎用糞尿処理装置であるから、この装置
を畜舎内又は畜舎外に設置することによって悪臭が全く
