Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a pressure-sensitive correction tape, and more particularly to a pressure-sensitive correction tape which does not cause a blocking phenomenon. 2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, pressure-sensitive transfer correction tapes have been widely used for correcting characters that cannot be easily erased and are erroneously recorded on paper or the like. The pressure-sensitive transfer correction tape basically consists of a white correction concealing layer composed of a white pigment and a resin on a sheet-like substrate, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer provided on the surface thereof for transferring to a corrected adherend. It has a structure and is conventionally known as a collection tape. This pressure-sensitive transfer correction tape is wound on a reel and mounted on a transfer holder for use. Then, press the pressure-sensitive transfer correction tape part of the transfer holder against the correction part, pull the holder while pressing strongly, and lift the holder at the correction end part, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and the white correction concealment layer are cut, and the correction tape becomes the correction part It is transferred uniformly and the correction is completed. This correction tape can be written directly with a writing instrument such as a ballpoint pen.
However, in the case of the pressure-sensitive transfer correction tape mounted on the conventional transfer holder described above, at the time of transfer correction, the peelability of the pressure-sensitive transfer correction tape from the substrate is poor, and uniform transfer cannot be performed. There have been problems such as that the corrected portion cannot be completely concealed, or that the tape of the transfer holder is difficult to wind up, resulting in running failure. [0003] In order to prevent this blocking phenomenon, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is made extremely thin at 0.8 to 1.6 µm, and the thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and the modified concealing layer is reduced. There is a pressure-sensitive correction tape having a thickness ratio of 1:14 to 1:35 (JP-A-8-276695). However, since the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is a thin film, the adhesion at the time of transfer may be weak, and the blocking phenomenon has not yet been completely eliminated. [0004] Therefore, as a result of various studies to solve the above problems, the average particle size was 1 to 10 µm.
The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer containing the silicone high-performance powder of the above is formed, and the thickness ratio of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and the correction concealment layer is adjusted to 1: 1 to 1: 4 to obtain a pressure-sensitive transfer correction tape. The present invention has been completed by finding a pressure-sensitive transfer correcting tape which improves the releasability from a base material, improves the cuttability of the adhesive layer during transfer, and does not impair any concealing properties. That is, the gist of the present invention is to provide a sheet-shaped substrate having a modified concealing layer on one surface, a surface-sensitive adhesive layer containing a high-performance silicone powder having an average particle diameter of 1 to 10 μm, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. The ratio of the thickness of the adhesive layer to the thickness of the modified hiding layer is from 1: 1 to 1: 4.
It is a pressure-sensitive transfer correction tape characterized by the following. [0005] The substrate used in the present invention is not different from the conventionally used correction tape support, and may be a plastic substrate or a paper substrate. For example, polyester film such as polyethylene terephthalate, polypropylene film,
A polyethylene film or the like is preferable, and these substrates are preferably coated or compounded with a release agent in order to improve releasability. As the adhesive applied to the base material to form the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, any adhesive such as a rubber-based, acrylic resin-based, rosin-based, or silicone-based adhesive can be used, but an acrylic resin-based adhesive is specifically preferred. . In the present invention, a silicone high-performance powder is dispersed in an adhesive obtained by dissolving or dispersing the pressure-sensitive adhesive in a solvent. Silicone high-performance powders can be dispersed regardless of whether these adhesives are organic or aqueous. The high-performance silicone powder to be dispersed in the adhesive has an average particle size of 1 to 10 μm, and most preferably 1 to 5 μm. When the thickness is 10 μm or more, the thickness of the adhesive layer is increased, and the above-described effects are not generated. On the other hand, if it is 1 μm or less, it is too fine to be well dispersed in the adhesive layer. Silicone high-performance powder is, for example, a finely powdered silicone having high hydrophobicity and excellent water repellency obtained by a special treatment such as crushing a highly three-dimensionally crosslinked silicone resin or silicone rubber. Insoluble in water, heat stable,
It exhibits weather resistance and has properties such as anti-blocking. Specifically, silicone resin powders R-930 and R-930 manufactured by Toray Dow Corning Silicone Co., Ltd.
935, silicone-based rubber powder E-605 and the like are preferable. As the silicone high-performance powder to be added to the adhesive, an addition amount of about 1% to 10% is usually sufficient, but is not limited to this amount. The correction concealing layer in the present invention is composed of a white pigment such as titanium dioxide, magnesium carbonate, silica or the like and a polymer resin as a binder, and is not different from those conventionally used for correction tapes. In the present invention, by setting the ratio of the thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer to the thickness of the correction concealing layer to 1: 1 to 1: 4, the adhesion to the adherend at the time of transfer is good, and the transferability, concealment, Writability can be improved. When the thickness ratio of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and the correction concealing layer is less than the above range, the concealing property is inferior, and when the ratio is more than the above range, the thickness increases, a blocking phenomenon occurs, and the winding of the pressure-sensitive transfer correction tape is lengthened. Can not. Examples and Comparative Examples Next, the present invention will be described specifically with reference to Examples and Comparative Examples. Examples 1 to 3 and Comparative Examples 1 to 5 A dispersion comprising titanium oxide, a resin and a solvent was applied to a polyester film substrate having a thickness of 40 μm to form a modified concealing layer. An adhesive in which silicone powder R-930 (manufactured by Dow Corning Toray Co., Ltd.) having the average particle diameter shown in No. 1 was dispersed was applied to form a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. The thicknesses of the modified concealing layer and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer were as shown in Table 1. The blocking and concealing properties of the obtained pressure-sensitive correction tape were measured, and the results are shown in Table 1. The blocking properties and hiding properties in Table 1 were determined by the following methods. Blocking property: A pressure-sensitive transfer correction tape is attached to the holder, and a 10 m transfer test is performed on a high-quality paper with a constant load.
It was examined whether or not transfer failure due to blocking occurred. 〇: no transfer failure 不良: 1 to 10 transfer failures ×: opacity with transfer failures of 10 or more locations:… Determine whether the characters of the copy can be read visually when the characters of the copy are corrected . 〇: Cannot read ×: Can read [0008] As described above, in the present invention, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer containing a silicone high-functional powder having a specific average particle size is formed, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and the modified concealing layer are formed. By setting the thickness ratio in a specific range, it is possible to obtain a product having good blocking properties, no transfer failure, and satisfactory concealing properties.
