Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a method for measuring the chloride content of fresh concrete, and in particular, to a special method having a very low water content, such as high-strength concrete and high-flowable concrete. The present invention relates to a measurement method suitable for application to concrete. [0002] As is well known, fresh concrete (concrete before setting, so-called fresh concrete)
One of the quality control items is chloride content, and there is a simple measuring method using a test paper for measuring chloride content. For example, the one shown in FIG. 5 is called “Cantab (product name: manufactured by Onoda Co., Ltd.)”,
When a test paper having water absorbency as shown in (a) is inserted into fresh concrete to be measured, bleeding water is sucked up by the test paper, and the color of the test paper changes according to the chloride concentration. Thus, the chloride ion concentration, that is, the chloride content can be obtained from a conversion table as shown in FIG. In the case of FIG. 5, a value of about 2.2 can be read from the scale of the test paper. Therefore, from the conversion table of (b), the chlorine ion concentration in that case is about 0.0071%.
It turns out that it is. Also, as another simple measuring device,
Some also display chloride content when the sensor tube is inserted into fresh concrete (commonly known as a "soltester"). [0003] In recent years, special concretes such as high-strength concrete, which is far superior in strength to ordinary concrete, and high-fluidity concrete, which has remarkable fluidity, have become widespread. However, the measurement of the chloride content of such special concrete cannot be effectively performed with the test paper or the simple measuring device as described above. That is, special concrete as described above has much less bleeding water than ordinary concrete, and usually has little bleeding water. Therefore, a conventional test paper or a simple measuring device is inserted into a special concrete sample. However, the bleeding water cannot be sucked up and the measurement cannot be performed. Therefore, conventionally, when measuring the chloride content of special concrete, a sample is diluted with distilled water, and the solution is used as a sample for measurement. It is necessary to obtain the conversion value in advance in advance, and when performing measurement at the construction site, not only the dilution work is troublesome but also it is not always possible to perform accurate measurement, and effective improvement measures are necessary It had been. In view of the above circumstances, the present invention is applicable to special concrete such as high-strength concrete and high-fluidity concrete, and is an effective fresh concrete chloride which can be easily and accurately implemented at a construction site. It is intended to provide a content measuring method. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In the present invention, when measuring the chloride content of fresh concrete, bleeding water is dehydrated by pressing a sample of fresh concrete, and the bleeding water is collected. The chloride content is measured using water as a sample. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, an embodiment in the case of measuring the chloride content of highly fluid concrete will be described. FIG. 1 is a diagram showing an example of a pressurized container 1 used in the method of the present embodiment, and FIG. A pressurized container 1 shown in FIG. 1 is to be filled with fresh concrete to be measured and comprises a main body 3 and a lid 4, and a cock (for example, 1/4 ") is provided at the bottom of the main body 3.
P) 5 is provided, an O-ring 6 is attached to the lid 4,
The handle 7 is attached to the upper surface. Code 8
Is a wire mesh (for example, 50 mesh) arranged at the bottom in the main body 3, and 9 is a protection plate for protecting the wire mesh 8. The pressurizing device 2 shown in FIG. 2 is for pressurizing and dehydrating bleeding water from fresh concrete filled in the pressurized container 1 by pressing the pressurized container 1, and includes a base 10, a reaction force frame. 11, a hand-operated hydraulic jack (with a capacity of about 10 t) 12. In addition, as the above-mentioned pressurized container 1, a pressurized bleeding container used when performing a test for evaluating the pumpability of fresh concrete can be suitably used. Further, the shapes and dimensions of each part shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 are merely examples, and can be appropriately changed as needed. In the measuring method of the present embodiment, a predetermined amount of fresh concrete to be measured is filled in a pressurized container 1, which is set in a pressurizing device 2, and a cover 4 is pressed down by a hydraulic cylinder 12 to, for example, 3. The bleeding water 13 slightly contained in the fresh concrete is forcibly dehydrated under pressure by applying a pressure of about 5 N / mm 2 . The bleeding water 13 depressurized and dehydrated is collected in a container 14 such as a measuring cylinder or a beaker by opening the cock 5, and the collected bleeding water 13 is used as a sample, and its chloride content is shown in FIG. The measurement is performed using a simple measuring device such as a cantab or a salt tester. In the above procedure, no operation such as dilution or concentration is performed on the fresh concrete to be measured, and there are no factors affecting the measurement result. Therefore, the measured chloride content of the bleeding water 13 is as follows: Without any conversion, it can be directly used as the chloride content of the fresh concrete to be measured. FIG. 3 shows a comparison of the results obtained by measuring the ordinary concrete by the conventional method and the method of the present invention. (A) is a conventional method, in which a test paper (cantab) is directly inserted into a normal concrete sample to suck up bleeding water, and (b) is a method according to the present invention, and a normal concrete sample is used. Is filled in a pressurized container 1, the bleeding water 13 is dehydrated by the pressurizing device 2, and the bleeding water 13 is sucked up on the same test paper (cantab). It can be seen that those measurement results match with high accuracy within the normal range of variation. FIG. 4 shows the results obtained by repeating the measurement three times by using the method of the present invention for high-fluidity concrete, and it is confirmed that each measurement result agrees with high accuracy within a normal range of variation. I understand. As described above, according to the present invention, when measuring the chloride content of fresh concrete, bleeding water is dehydrated by pressing a sample of fresh concrete, and the bleeding water is collected. The bleeding water is used as a sample to measure the chloride content, so that it can be measured using conventional test papers or other simple measuring devices, and the measured value is used as it is for the chloride content of fresh concrete. Therefore, it is possible to easily and accurately measure the chloride content of special concrete such as high-strength concrete and high-fluidity concrete which has almost no bleeding water.
