(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】 電気自動車に取付けられ、加熱された温
水を渦巻きポンプで送出循環させるEV暖房循環ポンプ
装置において、 温水ケースが、その一側面に位置するケース端部のほぼ
中央に温水槽に連通する温水入口を貫設し、その周囲に
ポンプ室形成用凹部を凹設し、前記ケース端部の内方に
前記凹部に連通する送出管部を形成し、前記凹部の外周
縁の周囲に羽根車ユニットを取付けるための複数の取付
部を設け、それらを一体樹脂成形したものからなり、 前記羽根車ユニットが、前記取付部に対応する複数の取
付部及び前記ポンプ室形成用凹部に嵌合して両者でポン
プ室を形成するポンプ室形成部を有する羽根車ケース
と、前記ポンプ室に収納される羽根車と、その羽根車を
駆動するモータとからなり、 前記温水ケースと前記羽根車ユニットとが、夫々の対応
する取付部を合致させた状態で、取付手段によって結合
されていることを特徴とするEV暖房循環ポンプ装置。
1. An EV heating circulation pump device mounted on an electric vehicle for circulating heated hot water with a spiral pump, wherein a hot water case communicates with a hot water tank at approximately the center of a case end located on one side surface thereof. Through which a hot water inlet is provided, a recess for forming a pump chamber is provided around the inlet, and a delivery pipe communicating with the recess is formed inside the case end, and a blade is provided around the outer peripheral edge of the recess. A plurality of mounting portions for mounting the vehicle unit are provided, and these are integrally resin-molded, and the impeller unit is fitted to the plurality of mounting portions corresponding to the mounting portion and the pump chamber forming recess. And an impeller case having a pump chamber forming portion that forms a pump chamber together, an impeller housed in the pump chamber, and a motor that drives the impeller, and the hot water case and the impeller unit. The EV heating circulation pump device is characterized in that each of them is connected by a mounting means in a state where respective corresponding mounting portions are matched with each other.
【請求項2】 ケース端部が、温水槽の側壁部とポンプ
室形成用凹部が凹設されたユニット取付壁部とを備え、
前記側壁部と前記ユニット取付壁部とは、温水入口を内
部に形成する管部、補強リブ、送出管部により部分的に
連結され、前記側壁部と前記ユニット取付壁部との間に
空間が形成されるよう構成されている請求項1記載のE
V暖房循環ポンプ装置。
