シルエーテルDETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a cleaning agent set for a liquid crystal panel.
About adult.
[0002]
2. Description of the Related Art Generally, a liquid crystal display panel has a thickness of 10 μm or less.
Hold the appropriate gap below and hold the two glass substrates inside
Glued around it with adhesive so that it is empty
Thereafter, a liquid crystal substance is sealed in the hollow portion. 2 sheets
On the inner surface of the glass substrate, characters composed of a transparent conductive film,
It has an image display electrode, and a control electric signal is applied to this electrode.
Can display characters, images, etc.
You. Liquid crystal panels have low power consumption and
As a result of technological improvements such as contrast enhancement, computer
More detailed and more diverse
Image display becomes possible, and the application is expanding with this.
You.
However, in order to display delicate images,
Formed on the edge of glass substrate to apply electrical control signals
The number of electrode terminals to be used is one table at an interval of 3 to 10 wires / mm.
High density, because thousands of cells must be
Wiring is increasing. Example of arrangement of these electrode terminal wiring
In other words, the conductor width of the conductor terminal portion is 100 to 300 μm.
And electrically insulate the thousands of conductor terminals
Terminal wiring spacing for independence maintains image display quality
Must be very narrow as 10-30μm due to necessity
Absent. For this reason, it is inevitable to maintain insulation between terminal wires.
Not easy, only small contaminants are present on the terminal surface
However, image display defects due to poor insulation or humidity
If it is added, a wire break may occur due to electrical contact, and the LCD panel
There is a problem that the display function is destroyed. In particular, liquid crystal
In panels, when liquid crystal is injected, it is absorbed between substrates outside the liquid crystal chamber.
The pulled liquid crystal material causes contamination.
In manufacturing a liquid crystal panel, a transparent electrode is used.
Partially opened to seal liquid crystal between the two substrates formed
The upper and lower substrates are glued together at their peripheral edges with adhesive
To form an empty liquid crystal panel. this
The empty panel has an opening in the liquid crystal material in the vacuumed injection chamber.
By injecting the injection chamber to the atmosphere.
Liquid crystal material is sucked between the substrates (in the liquid crystal chamber),
The liquid crystal material is sealed between the substrates by sealing
A liquid crystal cell is formed. However, two liquid crystal panels
The liquid crystal panel substrate is very small outside the bonded part of the panel substrate.
It is inevitable that gaps facing each other occur in the gap.
Therefore, when the liquid crystal substance is injected into the empty panel,
The liquid crystal material enters the gap due to the capillary phenomenon. this
If the liquid crystal material is left as it is, the liquid crystal material
Of contaminants and insulation shortage is likely to occur.
It is necessary to wash and remove crystalline substances. However, this gap
Liquid crystal that has entered because the gap of
It is difficult to wash away the material.
[0005] For the reasons described above, the conventionally completed liquid
As a cleaning agent for crystal panels, it has a high level of
Fluorocarbon 113,1,1,1-tri with no residue
Chloroethane and the like have been used, but these are
Due to environmental problems such as the destruction of the Dzong layer, abolition was decided in 1995.
In recent years, the demand for alternative cleaning agents has been increasing.
You. Under these circumstances, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open
JP-A-3-62895, JP-A-3-162496
, JP-A-4-57897, JP-A-4-6809
No. 6, No. 6, etc., have been reported. Ma
JP-A-4-57898, JP-A-4-3181
No. 00, JP-A-5-148499 discloses aqueous washing.
Purifiers have been reported. However, the above detergent composition
For products, the diversification of liquid crystal panels and the complexity of voids are increasing.
For LCD panel cleaning performance, still sufficient performance
I do not have. For example, a composition corresponding to a semi-aqueous system is
Post-process due to improved cleaning power and residual detergent components
Better rinsability is required to eliminate adverse effects on
It is.
[0006]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a liquid crystal material.
High cleaning performance, and excellent rinsing
What provides a highly safe liquid crystal panel cleaning composition
It is.

Preferably within the range of 50/100 to 80/100
This makes it possible to achieve the above goal. The above formula
When the ratio is 40/100 or less, rinsing properties and liquid safety are particularly high.
Deterioration of qualities occurs, and when it exceeds 95/100, cleaning properties
Degrades.

Δ: Liquid crystal material partially remains in voids
×: A considerable amount of liquid crystal material remains in the voids
(2) Rinsability evaluation method
Slide glass (25 mm) in the prepared detergent of each concentration
× 76 mm) was completely immersed in the city water 20 at 40 ° C.
Perform 20 vibration rinses in 0 ml, and rinse after
Ride glass surface condition and water wettability are visually evaluated in three stages
I do.
:: The slide glass surface is almost wet with water.
△: Some residual detergent components on the slide glass surface
Recognized and partly repels water.
×: Significant residue of detergent components on slide glass surface
