Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a line terminal device using a battery such as a gas meter equipped with a microcomputer for monitoring a gas flow rate and shutting off the gas if there is an abnormality. It is about. 2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 2, a line terminal of this type is connected to a telephone line 1, a telephone 2, and a data terminal 3 such as a gas meter with a communication function. The line terminal device 4 connects the telephone 2 to the telephone line 1, or performs a line control at the time of no ringing communication or at the time of calling a terminal, and demodulates an analog signal from the telephone line 1 into a digital signal. A signal transmission unit 6 for modulating a digital signal from the data terminal device 3 into an analog signal and sending the analog signal to the telephone line 1, and a central control unit 7 for instructing the network control unit 5 to connect to the line and controlling the signal transmission unit 6. A battery 8 serving as a power source of the circuit, a battery voltage drop detecting unit 9 for checking and detecting a drop in the voltage level of the battery 8 at regular intervals, and a battery voltage drop detecting unit 9 which reduces the voltage level of the battery 8. Request unit 1 which issues a report request to the central control unit 7 upon detection of
0. And the network control unit 5 is the telephone 2
A coil relay 11 for connecting / disconnecting the telephone line 1 to / from the telephone line 1 includes a line switching unit 12 as a main component, and a line termination unit 13 for impedance matching with the telephone line 1. When a start-up message is received from the data terminal device 3 or the voltage drop detecting unit 9 detects a voltage drop by a periodic check from the central control unit 7, the central control unit receives a report request from the report request unit 9. 7 is a line switching unit 12
The telephone relay 2 is disconnected from the telephone line 1 by controlling the coil relay 11 of FIG. Next, the line termination unit 13 is controlled to set the line impedance to a closed state, and dialing is started. After the completion of the dialing, communication is performed via a signal transmission unit 6 with a central monitoring center that centrally monitors the data terminal devices 3 at various places in a gas supply company or the like. After the communication is completed, the line impedance control of the line termination unit 13 is released, and then the line switching unit 1
The coil relay of No. 2 is returned to its original position, and the telephone set 2 is connected to the telephone line 1. In this way, the central control unit 7 controls the network control unit 5 and the signal transmission unit 6 and sends information on the data terminal device 3 and information on voltage drop of the battery 8 to the central monitoring center or the like via the telephone line 1. I was [0005] However, in the above configuration, the frequency of the number of times of communication of the line terminal device 4 becomes larger than expected, or the frequency of communication of the line terminal device 4 exceeds the expected value due to aging or failure of the circuit. As a result, the circuit current may increase and the battery 8 may be quickly consumed. When the battery voltage drops, the line terminal device 4 attempts to detect and report the voltage drop. However, if the battery drop cannot be reported due to a trouble of the central monitoring device or a busy state (saturation state of the communication line), the redial of the battery drop report. And general communication operations are continuously executed. If this state is left as it is, or if the battery is consumed more than expected, the battery voltage becomes lower than the required operating voltage of the circuit, the operation is stopped during the communication operation, and the line termination unit 13 is stopped.
In some cases, the operation of the telephone 2 may be stopped while the telephone 2 is closed or the telephone 2 is disconnected from the line, so that the user's telephone 2 cannot be used. The present invention solves such a conventional problem. When the state of low battery voltage is detected, the function of notifying the central monitoring device continues to use the remaining capacity of the battery as much as possible. It is an object of the present invention to prevent a telephone from becoming unusable. [0007] In order to solve the above problems, a line terminal device according to the present invention comprises a battery serving as a power supply, a voltage drop detecting unit for detecting a voltage drop state of the battery, and a voltage drop detecting unit. A notification request unit that outputs a notification request for a battery drop in response to a voltage drop signal from the drop detection unit, a second voltage drop detection unit having a voltage drop determination voltage lower than the voltage drop detection unit, and a second voltage drop detection unit. and operation stop request section for outputting an operation stop request to stop the normal operation the voltage drop signal, the telephone and electric

Is a low battery notification request from the notification request unit,
Notification of a drop in battery voltage, and operation from the operation stop request unit
A state in which the telephone and the telephone line are connected by an operation stop request
Is to be maintained . According to the present invention, as described above, when the voltage of the battery decreases, the voltage decrease detecting unit detects the decrease. A voltage drop detection signal is sent from the voltage drop detection unit to the notification request unit. The report request unit issues a report request to the central control unit based on the decrease determination signal. The central control unit that has received the report request controls the operation control unit to report the information of the voltage drop. When the voltage further drops, the second voltage drop detector detects the drop. A drop determination signal is sent from the second voltage drop detection unit to the operation stop request unit. The operation stop request unit issues an operation stop request to the central control unit based on the decrease determination signal. After receiving the operation stop request, the central control unit stops the normal operation thereafter. An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 is a block diagram of a control device according to the present invention. Components having the same numbers as those in FIG. 3 are components having the same functions. A telephone line 1, a telephone 2, a data terminal device 3, a line terminal device 4, a network control unit 5 and a signal transmission unit 6 serving as an operation control unit, a central control unit 7, a battery 8, a voltage drop detection unit 9, The notification request unit 10, a second voltage drop detection unit 14 that detects a voltage drop with a voltage lower than the voltage drop detection unit 9 and higher than the operation voltage of the circuit, and a second voltage drop detection unit 14. An operation stop request unit 15 that issues an operation stop request to the central control unit 7 upon detecting a voltage drop.
It is composed of According to the present invention, when the central control unit 7 receives an activation message composed of a telephone number from the data terminal device 3, the central control unit 7 first controls the coil relay 11 of the line switching unit 12. Then, the telephone 2 is disconnected from the telephone line 1. Next, the line termination unit 13 is controlled to set the line impedance to a closed state, and dialing is started. After completion of the dialing, the data terminal device 3
And communicate with the central monitoring center. After the communication is completed, the line impedance control of the line termination unit 13 is released, and then the coil relay 11 of the line switching unit 12 is returned to the original state, and the telephone 2 is connected to the telephone line 1. While such communication is being performed, the frequency of the number of times of communication of the line terminal device 4 becomes larger than expected,
There is a case where the circuit current increases due to the aging or failure of the circuit and the battery 8 is quickly consumed. At this time, when the voltage of the battery 8 decreases, the voltage decrease detecting unit 9 first detects the decrease.
Further, a voltage drop detection signal is sent from the voltage drop detection section 9 to the notification request section 10. The report request unit 10 makes a report request to the central control unit 7 based on the decrease determination signal. Upon receiving the report request, the central control unit 7 controls the network control unit 5, controls the network control unit 5 to report the information of the voltage drop, and connects the line to the central monitoring center. After the line connection to the central monitoring center, the state of the voltage drop is notified via the signal transmission unit 6. When the voltage further drops, the second voltage drop detector 14 detects a voltage drop at a voltage level that does not fall below the circuit operating voltage. Next, the second voltage drop detection unit 14 sends a drop determination signal to the operation stop request unit 15. Operation stop request unit 15
Sends an operation stop request to the central control unit 7 based on the decrease determination signal. Upon receiving the operation stop request, the central control unit 7 stops the normal operation thereafter. Therefore, the communication is performed in a state where the voltage of the battery 8 is further reduced to become equal to or lower than the operating voltage of the circuit, thereby keeping the line impedance closed and controlled by the line termination unit 13 of the network control unit 5 or by the line switching unit 12. The operation does not stop when the telephone 2 is disconnected from the telephone line 1. According to the line terminal device of the present invention, the following effects can be obtained. By having two voltage drop detection levels for detecting a voltage drop state of the battery, it is possible to notify the central monitoring center or the like of the voltage drop information by notifying the voltage drop when the first voltage drop is detected. it can. Further, when the battery voltage drops and the battery voltage detects the second-stage voltage drop determination, the normal operation is stopped thereafter to notify the user that the circuit has become inoperable in an inconvenient state or that the voltage has dropped. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the user from immediately entering a state that is inconvenient. Therefore, the communication function can be maintained by using the remaining capacity of the battery as much as possible after detecting the voltage drop.
