Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a drain removing device which is installed in a pipe for transporting a gas such as a gas and discharges the drain generated in the pipe as needed. About. 2. Description of the Related Art In a pipe for transporting a gas such as a gas, a drain generated in the pipe sometimes stays at a low position in a pipeline line, which may hinder the transport of the gas. Therefore, conventionally, as shown in the cross-sectional view of FIG. 4, the middle of the pipe 4 which is piped substantially horizontally is cut, and each pipe end is connected to the T-shaped joint 91.
A bottomed cylindrical body 92 is connected below the T-shaped joint 91 and a saddle joint 93 is connected above the T-shaped joint 91.
When the drain stayed inside, the drain was discharged outside the tube by the thin tube 94 hanging down in the bottomed cylindrical body 92. [0003] However, in the case of this conventional apparatus, there is a problem that when installing a drain removal device in the middle of an existing pipe, it takes time and labor to cut the pipe or the like. there were. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve such a problem, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a drain extracting device which does not need to cut a pipe and can be simply and reliably installed in the middle of the pipe. [0004] Drain extractor of the present invention SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION may have a curved surface that abuts against the outer periphery on half of the substantially horizontally pipes are tubes, heating wire該湾curved surface at predetermined intervals Buried
It has an upper joint member with a tubular body integrally projecting from the upper surface of the synthetic resin saddle and a curved surface that abuts the lower half of the outer circumference of the pipe.
And a lower joint member having a bottomed cylindrical body integrally protruding from a lower surface of a synthetic resin saddle in which a heating wire is embedded at a predetermined interval on the curved surface .
Place the saddle on the upper and lower half of the outer circumference of the pipe,
The heating wire generates heat and the curved surface of the saddle is
Spliced, bottomed joint of upper joint member and lower joint member
Through a through hole drilled in the pipe so that it communicates with the cylinder,
Insert the tube into the bottomed cylinder from the cylinder and stay in the bottomed cylinder
The drain is discharged out of the pipe by a thin tube . [0005] With the above construction, the upper joint member is brought into contact with the upper half surface of the outer periphery of the pipe, which is arranged substantially horizontally, and the lower joint member is brought into contact with the lower half surface of the outer periphery of the pipe at the time of piping construction. When the heating wire is energized after the contact, the upper and lower joint members and the pipe are integrally fused and joined. And the cylinder of the upper joint member
Drill the pipe so that it communicates with the bottomed cylinder of the lower joint member.
Insert the thin tube from the cylinder into the bottomed cylinder through the through hole,
Drain remaining in the bottomed cylinder is discharged out of the tube by a thin tube
be able to. Embodiments of the present invention will be described below in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view of a drain extracting device showing one embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view for explaining a construction procedure of the drain extracting device, and FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of a state where the drain extracting device is installed in the middle of piping. It is. In the drawing, reference numeral 1 denotes an upper joint member, and 2 denotes a lower joint member. These upper and lower joint members 1 and 2 are made of a synthetic resin such as polyethylene or polybutene. Reference numeral 3 denotes a cap screwed to the upper end of the upper joint member 1, and reference numeral 4 denotes a tube made of a synthetic resin such as polyethylene or polybutene. The upper joint member 1 is formed by integrally projecting a cylindrical body 12 on the upper surface of a saddle 11 having a curved surface which comes into contact with the outer upper half surface of the pipe 4. 13 are provided. A male screw 14 is provided on the outer periphery of the distal end of the cylindrical body 12, and the cap 3 can be detachably screwed to the male screw 14 via a sealing material P such as packing. On the other hand, the lower joint member 2 is formed by integrally projecting a bottomed cylindrical body 22 on the lower surface of a saddle 21 having a curved surface which comes into contact with the outer peripheral lower half surface of the pipe 4. Each saddle 1 of the joint members 1 and 2
The flanges 110 and 210 are provided with the flanges 110 and 210 protruding in the outer peripheral direction from both curved end portions, and the flanges 110 and 210 on one end side are connected to bendable via a hinge portion a. FIG. 3 shows the curved surfaces of the saddles 11 and 21.
As shown in (1), heating wires 5 such as nichrome wires are helically embedded at predetermined intervals, and both ends of each heating wire 5 are connected to terminal pins 6 protruding on the outer peripheral side of the saddles 11 and 21. . When the drain removal device is installed in the middle of the pipe, the saddles 11 and 12 of the joint members 1 and 2 are used.
2, the saddles 11 and 21 are brought into contact with the upper and lower surfaces of the tube 4 as shown in FIG.
The other ends 110 and 210 are clamped by the clamp 7 and then tightened by the bolt 71. After setting the upper and lower joint members 1 and 2 at predetermined positions of the pipe 4 in this manner, the saddle 1
A power supply is connected to the terminal pins 6 protruding to the outer peripheral sides of the tubes 1 and 21, and the heating wires 5 are heated to integrally fuse and bond the curved surfaces of the saddles 11 and 21 and the outer peripheral surface of the tube 4. Then, the clamp 7 is removed. Next, as shown in FIG. 2, the cutter 8 is inserted into the cylinder 12 of the upper joint member 1, and the cutter 8 is screwed into the pipe 4 to penetrate the pipe 4 from the upper surface to the lower surface.
And a through hole through which the bottomed cylindrical body 22 communicates. Then, the cutter 8 is pulled out, the cap 3 is screwed onto the upper end of the tubular body 12 of the upper joint member 1 as shown in FIG. 3, and the thin tube 31 connected to the cap 3 is placed in the bottomed tubular body 22. insert. Then, when drain is generated in the pipe 4, the drain staying in the bottomed cylindrical body 22 is discharged out of the pipe by the thin pipe 31. Depending on the place where the drain removal device is installed, the upper end of the cylindrical body 12 is closed with the cap 3 having no thin tube 31 as shown in FIG. When the stagnation occurs, the cap 3 having the thin tube 31 may be replaced to discharge the drain. As described above in detail, in the drain removal device of the present invention, the upper and lower joint members are brought into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the pipe, and then the heating wire embedded in the saddle curved surface of each joint member. Can be fusion-bonded only by generating heat, so that the operation of cutting the pipe as in the conventional apparatus is not required, and the pipe can be simply and reliably installed at an appropriate position.
