本体外箱２の図の右側の側壁内側には図示の場合、上下
２箇所にロック板６が前方に突出するように取り付けら
れており、このロック板６は外扉５が閉じた際にスリッ
ト７を通して外扉５内に進入し、図示しない掛け金と係
合して外扉５を閉止状態にロックする。 【０００３】図５は図４の自動販売機のロック板取付部
の分解斜視図、図６はその横断面図である。図５におい
て、前部に外扉５側の掛け金が嵌入する係合溝８が上方
から切り欠き形成されたロック板６には、上下一対の腕
部６ａが直角に折り曲げ形成され、またその間の後方寄
りに取付ねじ９を通す２つの取付穴１０があけられてい
る。一方、外箱２の側壁内側には、外箱２の補強板でも
ある取付金１１が溶接により固着され、図示断面形状に
屈曲された取付金１１の門形断面部に、腕部６ａに合わ
せて上下一対の長方形の保持穴１２が設けられ、また取
付穴１０に合わせて２つのねじ穴１３が設けられてい
る。ロック板６は腕部６ａが保持穴１２に僅かな隙間を
介して差し込まれて位置決めされるとともに、取付穴１
０を通してねじ穴１３にねじ込まれた取付ねじ９により
締め付けられ、図６に示すように取付金１１に固定され
る。 【０００４】 【発明が解決しようとする課題】上記自動販売機におい
て、不正に商品を取り出すために、図６に示すように外
箱２と外扉５との間の隙間にバールなどの棒材１４を挿
入し、外扉５をこじあけようとされる場合がある。その
場合、従来のロック板６は板厚に垂直な方向（図６の矢
印方向）に力を受けると、その力はてこの作用で拡大さ
れて取付ねじ９に直接作用し、その頭部９ａが破断して
飛んでしまうという問題があった。そこで、この発明の
課題は、ロック板の外力に対する取付強度を向上させる
ことにある。 【０００５】 【課題を解決するための手段】上記課題を解決するため
に、この発明は、ロック板取付金の保持穴に差し込むロ
ック板の腕部に前方に張り出すフック片を一体形成し、
このフック片を前記腕部を前記保持穴に差し込んだ状態
で前記取付金の裏側に係合させるようにするものとす
る。このような手段を講じることにより、ロック板にそ
の板厚に垂直な方向の外力が作用した場合に、その力は
ロック板取付金に係合する上記フック片で受け止められ
るため取付ねじには作用せず、従って取付ねじが破損す
ることがない。 【０００ 】 【発明の実施の形態】図１はこの発明の実施の形態を示
すロック板取付部の分解斜視図、図２は自動販売機の正
面図、図３は図２の III−III 線に沿う部分拡大断面図
である。なお、従来例と対応する部分には同一の符号を
用いるものとする。図２において、自動販売機の外扉５
の前面には、電照板１５、入金パネル１６、商品取出口
１７などが配置されている。図２の左側でヒンジ支持さ
れた外扉５は右側の上下２箇所のロック板６で閉止状態
にロックされ、ハンドル１８の回動操作によりロックが
解除されて開放される。 【０００７】図１において、この発明によるロック板６
は、ロック板取付金１１の保持穴１２に差し込まれる腕
部６ａに前方（自動販売機前面側）に張り出すフック片
６ｂが一体形成されている。その他の構成は従来例と同
じである。このロック板６は先端側（図１の右側）を取
付金１１側に寄せるよう斜めにしてフック片６ｂを先に
保持穴１２に通し、次いで腕部６ａを差し込んだ後、取

示すように、フック片６ｂは取付金１１の裏側に係合す
る。このような構成によれば、図３において、バールな
どの棒材１４が外箱２と外扉５との間に挿入され、棒材

で再係合する。なお、図２において、外扉５には外箱２
との間の隙間を覆う防盗板２５が取り付けられ、バール
などの挿入を防いでいる。また、ハンドル１８はキーロ
ック２６に対するキー操作により施錠されるようになっ
