Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a reciprocating engine for lubricating cylinders, and more particularly to a cylinder lubricating apparatus for a large two-stroke diesel engine. 2. Description of the Related Art FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view of a main part in the vicinity of a lubrication rod mounting portion of a cylinder liner in a large two-stroke diesel engine for lubricating a cylinder. In FIG. 4, reference numeral 1 denotes a cylinder liner, and a plurality of cylinder lubrication rods 2 are attached to the cylinder liner 1 along the circumferential direction. The lubrication rod 2 opens toward the inner surface 4 of the cylinder liner 1, supplies the lubricating oil fed from a cylinder lubricator (not shown) to the cylinder liner inner surface 4, and comes into sliding contact with a piston ring (not shown). The inner surface 4 is lubricated. FIGS. 5 to 7 show the essential parts of a lubricating device for the cylinder liner for a large diesel engine. FIG.
6 is an external view of the tip of the lubrication rod, and FIG. 7 is an operation explanatory view corresponding to FIG. In FIG. 5, the lubricating rod 2 is mounted so that its leading edge is slightly drawn into the liner from the inner surface 4 of the cylinder liner 1, and is connected to a piston ring (not shown) that slides on the inner surface 4. The interference is avoided, and the passage hole for lubricating oil, that is, the lubrication hole 2a is opened substantially perpendicularly to the inner surface 4. [0006] During the operation of the diesel engine, the lubricating oil supplied from the lubrication hole 2a of the lubrication rod 2 to the inner surface 4 of the cylinder liner 1 is, as shown in FIG. The liquid is discharged to the inner surface 4 so as to rise from the inner surface 4 of the cylinder liner. For this reason, in the above-mentioned conventional type, a part of the raised lubricating oil is blown off by the scavenging flow 6 inside the cylinder liner 1 to become lubricating oil droplets 7 and scattered inside the cylinder liner. Liner inner surface 4
Is not used for lubrication, but is consumed by combustion or the like, which causes an increase in consumption of lubricating oil. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to prevent lubricating oil discharged to the inner surface of a cylinder liner from being blown off by an air flow inside the cylinder liner such as a scavenging flow, and to efficiently use the lubricating oil for cylinder lubrication. An object of the present invention is to provide a cylinder lubrication device for a reciprocating engine that can reduce the oil consumption rate. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and a gist of the invention is to supply lubricating oil from a lubrication rod attached to a cylinder liner and opened on the inner surface of the liner. In a reciprocating engine that discharges and lubricates the inner surface, the cylinder liner is arranged so that the lubricating oil
And as flow axially evenly, around the its by arranging the opening of the oil feed rod to the central portion as an arc-shaped cross section, together with the recess which is recessed a predetermined depth from the inner surface is formed The lubrication rod is provided with a discharge hole for discharging lubricating oil in a direction along a wall surface of the depression within the depression, and is a cylinder lubrication device for a reciprocating engine. [0010] According to the above means, the cylinder lubricating oil discharged from the discharge port of the lubrication rod moves the opening of the lubrication rod to the central portion.
And the surrounding area is formed in an arc-shaped cross section, so that it flows out into the depression which is hardly affected by the scavenging flow in the cylinder, and is expanded so as to rise in the direction along the inner wall of the depression. to flow into the cylinder liner inner surface, the circle
The fluid flows evenly in the circumferential direction and the axial direction and is diffused into the inner surface of the cylinder liner . Therefore, according to the above-described means, the lubricating oil discharged from the lubrication rod to the inner surface of the cylinder liner is not blown off by the scavenging flow and consumed by combustion or the like, but is diffused uniformly to the inner surface of the cylinder. Is more effective for cylinder lubrication than that of DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS An embodiment of the present invention will be described below in detail with reference to FIGS. FIG. 4 is a longitudinal sectional view of a main part showing a mounting mode of a cylinder liner and a lubrication rod to which the present invention is applied. In FIG. 4, reference numeral 1 denotes a cylinder liner, and a plurality of lubrication rods 2 are attached to the cylinder liner 1 along the circumferential direction. The lubrication rod 2 is opened inside the cylinder liner 1 to supply the lubricating oil pressure-fed from a cylinder lubricator (not shown) to the cylinder liner inner surface 4 and slide the lubricating oil on the piston ring (not shown). It is designed to be lubricated. The above configuration is the same as the conventional one. In the embodiment of the present invention, the inner surface of the cylinder liner 1 and the lubrication rod 2 are improved. 1 to 3 show details of a lubrication rod mounting portion and a lubrication rod of a cylinder liner according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 1 is a view corresponding to a cross section taken along line AA of FIG. FIG. 3 is an operation explanatory view corresponding to FIG. 1, and FIG. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 2 denotes a mounting hole 1 of a cylinder liner 1.
The lubrication rod is attached to a plurality in the circumferential direction (preferably at equal intervals). The cylinder liner 1 includes the lubrication rod 2
A concave portion 8 is formed by depressing the inner surface 4 around the mounting portion into a circular cross section over a predetermined depth, and the lubrication rod 2 is mounted substantially at the center of the concave portion 8. The above lubrication rod 2
As shown in FIG. 2, a discharge hole 5 for forming a tip end portion with a bottom and discharging cylinder oil in a radial direction is provided.
At least two are provided. The lubrication rod 2 is fixed to the mounting hole 1a of the cylinder liner 1 so that the discharge hole 5 provided in the rod 2 faces the circumferential direction of the inner surface 4 of the cylinder liner 1. In this case, the lubrication rod 2 is attached so that the discharge hole 5 opens into the depression 8 and the tip surface does not protrude from the inner surface 4 of the cylinder liner 1. During operation of the diesel engine having the above-configured cylinder liner and lubrication rod, the lubricating oil 10 pressure-fed from the lubricator (not shown) is supplied to the discharge hole 5 at the tip of the lubrication rod 2. Is discharged in the circumferential direction of the inner surface 4 which is the direction of this. In this case, the lubricating oil 10
As shown in FIG. 3, first, the liquid is discharged into the depression 8 and flows along the inner wall surface so as to rise in the direction of the inner wall surface of the depression 8 before reaching the cylinder liner inner surface 4. It flows evenly in the circumferential and axial directions along the inner surface 4 to lubricate the inner surface 4. Therefore, according to this embodiment, the lubrication rod 2
The lubricating oil supplied to the inner surface 4 of the cylinder liner flows out into the recess 8 where the scavenging flow 6 (see FIG. 7) hardly flows, spreads in the recess 8, and then flows to the inner surface 4 of the cylinder liner. Therefore, the gas is not blown off by the scavenging flow 6 as in the conventional case, but is diffused uniformly along the inner surface 4 of the cylinder liner. As a result, the lubricating oil is more effectively used for lubricating the inner surface 4 of the cylinder liner than the conventional one. The present invention is configured as described above.
According to the present invention, the opening of the lubrication rod is provided on the inner surface of the cylinder liner.
In addition to providing a recessed part with a circular arc cross section around the center part, and configured to discharge lubricating oil along the wall of the recessed part from the discharge hole at the end of the lubrication rod,
Lubricating oil discharged from the discharge port of the lubrication bar, in the cylinder
It is almost unaffected by the scavenging flow and is spread along the wall of the depressed portion, then flows and diffuses into the inner surface of the cylinder liner, and is blown away by the scavenging flow and consumed by combustion etc. as in the conventional case Never. Therefore,
The lubricating oil is evenly diffused into the inner surface of the cylinder liner, and is effectively used for cylinder lubrication, thereby reducing the lubricating oil consumption rate.
