2. Description of the Related Art An interleaf paper binding technique is known as a binding technique for books using thick paper such as picture books. An example of a conventional interleaf paper binding method will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 12 is a flow chart showing a procedure of a conventional interleaf paper binding method. In the first step, a pair of pages to be one sheet for one printing sheet before performing interleaf paper is used. Print multiple copies. FIG. 13 shows a printing book (flat table) 20 in this conventional example. A dashed line x indicates a position to be cut when separating into individual books after completion of the interleaf book binding, and a broken line y indicates a position to be a fold line. Is shown. However, the alternate long and short dash line x and the broken line y are shown only for the sake of convenience, and in reality, the fold 20 and the like are not yet formed in the printing plate 20. A plurality of pages p10 and p11, which are to be a single sheet, are printed on one printing sheet 20.
That is, in the example of the figure, p10 and p11 are sheets of a certain page of one book, p10 'and p11' are sheets of a certain page of another book, and p10 "and p11" are A sheet of a page of yet another book. The joint portion 23 (printing margin portion) of the edge portion of the printing book is cut at the position of the alternate long and short dash line after the binding of the interleaving paper is completed.

In the third step, the above-mentioned interleaf paper binding product 24
Is cut into individual books L10, L11, L12 by cutting at a boundary position (dotted line x in FIG. 13) of each book with an electric saw type cutting machine called "slitter". Thus, finally, three books L10, L11, and L12 are separately provided. If a blade type cutter is used as a means for separating the individual books L10, L11, L12, the blade of the cutter is required to have a considerable hardness, the blade is easily damaged, and the hardness of the back of the folded book is high. Since it is different from other parts, it causes a deviation, which disturbs the bookbinding, so that the cutter cannot be used and the slitter has to be used.

According to the present invention, in the state of a single printed book in which a plurality of pairs of pages to be a sheet of one book are printed, the individual printed books should be separated. The cut is formed so as to be partially interrupted at a position and form a slight connection portion at the position. Since the cut is made in the state of one copy book before being interleaved, the work of making the cut can be easily performed using a cutter, and the blade does not burden the blade, so the durability is good. Next, the cut book is bent at a predetermined page boundary portion, and a plurality of the book is attached to the back surfaces of adjacent pages to perform interleaf book binding. Since the unity of the book is ensured by the slight connection portion, the breaks at the places to be separated as individual books in the book are not disturbed during the folding work, and the quality of bookbinding is improved. You can prevent it from dropping. After that, a plurality of interleaf papers can be separated by disconnecting the connection portion between the cuts in the plurality of interleaf papers that are integrally bound. Since the connecting portion is very small, it can be easily separated by a weak force by human.
Therefore, the slitter is not necessary at all, and the excellent effect of improving the bookbinding efficiency is achieved. Incidentally, in the first step, at the same time as the formation of the cut, an arbitrary hole or cut may be formed for each interleaf sheet in the printed book,
In that case, the punching of the hole or the notch may be partially interrupted in the printed book so that the portion forms a slight connection portion. The punching work is performed at the same time as the formation of the cut in the state of one copy, so that the work efficiency is good. Further, since the punching of the hole or the cut is partially interrupted and the place is a slight connection part, the cut place of the copy book is held without falling out, so that the adhesive application in the bonding step It is easy to handle when working, and is very easy to work with. That is, the flatness of the flat base is ensured by the connecting portion, and the adhesive can be applied to the entire bonding surface.

According to the present invention, in the state of one flat base in which base materials corresponding to a plurality of interleaving paper products are formed in parallel, individual base materials for each interleaving paper product on the flat base. As the above, the cut is formed so that the cut is slightly broken at a portion to be separated and a slight connection portion is formed at that portion, or the cut is formed so as to be cut at least at the edge of the flat base. This ensures the integrity of the flat base. Further, the work of making the cut is easy because it is performed in the state of one flat base. After that, a plurality of flat sheets are pasted together to form an interleaving paper, whereby a plurality of interleaving paper products are integrally formed, and a plurality of interleaving papers are cut by cutting the cuts in the plurality of interleaving paper products. Separate products individually. Since the cut is made in advance in the state of the flat table, the work of separating the individual interleaving paper products can be easily performed manually. Incidentally, in the first step, at the same time as the formation of the cut, an arbitrary hole or notch may be formed for each interleaving paper product on the flat base. In that case, the hole or notch is formed on the flat base. Punching or punching of the hole or notch may be partially interrupted to form a slight connecting portion. The punching work is performed at the same time as the formation of the cut in the state of one flat table, so that the work efficiency is good. In particular, when the punching of the hole or the notch is partially interrupted and the part is to be the connection part, the flat part does not come off at the notch part,
Since it is held, the handling of the adhesive in the laminating step becomes easy and the work becomes very easy. That is, the flatness of the flat base is ensured by the connecting portion, and the adhesive can be applied to the entire bonding surface.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows an example of a procedure of an interleaving paper binding method according to the present invention. In step S1, one flat sheet is printed by printing predetermined characters, patterns, etc. A single printed book is created by printing a plurality of pairs of pages to be used as paper sheets. Next, in step S2, a predetermined cut is made at a boundary portion to be separated as an individual interleaving book after bookbinding is completed. FIG. 2 shows these steps S1 and S2.
The following is an example of a printed book. In the figure, a printing book 1 is printed with a plurality of pages p2 and p3 which are to be a single sheet. In the example in the figure, p2 and p3 are sheets of a certain page of one book, p2 'and p3' are sheets of a certain page of another book, and p2 "and p3" are further different. It is a sheet of a certain page of the book. In step S2, a cut 5 is formed at a location to be separated as an individual book after bookbinding is completed. Break 5
Is formed so that the cut portion is partially interrupted and is interrupted at the print margin (joint portion 4). Partially interrupted breaks are formed so that the points to be separated as individual books are not completely cut off, that is, a few spots are left at several points as indicated by t in the figure. It is the break that was made. By forming the cuts so as to be partially interrupted, it is possible to ensure the integrity of the book and ensure the bookbinding quality during the folding operation described below. In addition, since the cut 5 is made in the state of one copy before interleaving paper, the work of making the cut 5 can be easily done using a cutter, and only the thickness of one sheet can be cut. The cutter is durable because it does not burden the user.

In step S4, the cut sheets of the interleaf paper are separated into individual books. FIG. 3 is a schematic perspective view showing the interleaf paper binding product 6 obtained by cutting the joint portion 4 (printing margin) after completion of the interleaf paper binding, and the portion which was the joint portion 4 is shown by a dotted line. Since the connecting portion 4 does not include the back of the interleaf paper,
With a blade type cutter, you can easily cut all at once. Connecting part 4
Once the paper is cut, each interleaving paper L in the interleaving paper binding 6
1, L2 and L3 are partial breaks t at the break 5.
Is a connecting part and is only slightly connected.
Therefore, each book is separated by cutting the connecting portion. Since the connecting parts are only slightly connected, the separation work can be easily performed manually. Fig. 4 is a paper bound product 6
Is separated into each book L1, L2 and L3. Since the cuts 5 are made at the positions where the individual books should be separated in the state of the printed book, a cutting device such as a slitter for separating the individual books is not necessary. Since a slitter is not necessary when separating into individual books, the cost is reduced, and the slitter process is eliminated, which saves labor.

It should be noted that the cuts 5 to be separated as individual books may be all cuts except for the joint portion 4, but if this is done, when the book is bent at the time of binding paper binding, the book will be dislocated at the position of the break. Since there is a possibility of causing inconveniences such as occurrences, it is better to make a partial break as in the above-mentioned embodiment. Of course, the cut 5 may be a fine cut like a perforation.

Further, the present invention is not limited to interleaf paper binding such as picture books, but can be applied to other interleaf paper products such as interleaf paper CD cases. An example is shown in FIGS. 5 and 6. The illustrated embodiment shows an example in which the CD mounting portions Ma, Mb, and Mc of three interleaving CD cases are manufactured collectively, and each of the CD mounting portions Ma to Mc has three base materials. 7a-7
c, 8a to 8c, 9a to 9c are pasted together with interleaving paper. Cuts for three flat bases 7, 8 and 9 made of large-sized cardboard in which base materials 7a to 7c, 8a to 8c, 9a to 9c corresponding to the three CD mounting portions Ma to Mc are formed in parallel. A processing example is shown in FIG. In addition, the flat stand 7 is a bottom sheet, 8
Is a middle sheet, and 9 is a cover sheet. Although not shown in the drawing, each flat base 7 to 9 (especially on the flat base 9 exposed on the surface) is appropriately printed as necessary. Note that the term "flat bed" is a derogatory term for "printing book" in the field of bookbinding, but in this specification, the term "flat bed" is also used for interleaf papers that do not require printing. In each flat stand 7, 8, 9 in the state of one flat stand, a cut 13 is formed at a position to be separated as individual base materials 7a to 7c, 8a to 8c, 9a to 9c for each of the CD mounting portions Ma to Mc. At the same time as the formation, a small hole 10 that fits a protrusion (stopper) for fixing a CD is punched out on the flat base 7 corresponding to the bottom paper, and the flat base 8 corresponding to the middle paper and the flat base 9 corresponding to the cover are Each has a diameter of CD
A hole 11 and a hole 12 having a diameter larger than the outer diameter of the same and a finger hooking hole for taking out a CD in a circumferential portion are continuously punched out. The diameter of the hole 11 of the flat base 8 is made larger than the diameter of the hole 12 of the flat base 9. Since the cuts 13 and the punching holes 10 to 12 are formed at the same time in the state of one copy book before being interleaved, the work efficiency is good, and the cutting 13 and the punching holes 10 to 12 can be processed and formed by a blade cutter. In addition, since it can be done by cutting one thickness, it does not burden the blade and has good durability. Note that unlike the case of bookbinding, there is no bending step, so there is no inconvenience such as product variation at the position of the break due to bending after pasting the interleaving paper. Therefore, the cut 13 is cut at all necessary cut points. It may be formed so as to be interrupted only at the connecting portions 14 at the upper and lower edges.

Next, the flat bases 7, 8 and 9 are pasted together with interleaving paper to integrally form the three CD mounting portions Ma to Mc. Three CD mounting portions Ma formed integrally-
Mc is shown in FIG. On the interleaved flat plates 7-9, individual base materials 7a-7 are provided for the individual CD placement parts Ma-Mc.
c, 8a to 8c, and 9a to 9c, the cuts 13 are formed at the places to be separated, so that the three CD mounting portions Ma to be integrally formed by inserting the interleaving papers 7 to 9
A cut 13 is formed in Mc at a position to be separated as each of the CD mounting portions Ma to Mc. The hole 11 of the flat base 8 is shown by a dotted line. Since the diameter of the hole 11 is larger than that of the hole 12 of the flat base 9, the flat base 8 corresponding to the middle paper is used after pasting the interleaving paper.
The hole 11 is hidden under the flat base 9 corresponding to the cover and cannot be seen. If the diameter of the hole 11 and the diameter of the hole 12 are made equal, strictness is required so that the slip sheet is not displaced. Therefore, the larger the diameter of the hole 11, the easier the bonding.

Finally, by cutting the cuts 13 in the three integrally formed CD mounting portions Ma to Mc,
Separated into three CD mounting parts Ma, Mb and Mc. FIG. 6B shows the three CD mounting portions Ma, Mb, and Mc that are individually separated. The break 13 is a connecting portion 14 at the upper and lower edges.
Since it is formed so as to be interrupted by, it is only necessary to cut the connecting portion 14 with a blade type cutter,
It is separated into a, Mb and Mc. Since the cut 13 is formed in the state of one flat base, the burden on the blade of the cutter is small, and since it is performed at the same time when the punching hole is formed, the work efficiency is good.
As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to efficiently manufacture a plurality of interleaf paper CD mounting portions. The break 13 may be a break, a perforation, or the like, which is partially interrupted and serves as a connecting portion.

As another embodiment, the idea of the present invention can be applied to a picture book with cutouts. A picture book with a notch is a picture book that has a notch at a predetermined place on the page.In the past, the notch was made by cutting the predetermined place after completion of the interleaf paper binding, or the notch part required in the state of a printed book. It was completely separated. However, the conventional method of cutting after the completion of interleaving paper puts a burden on the blade of the cutter, and the method of cutting in the state of the booklet causes a part of the booklet to be cut off. In this case, it was difficult to apply the adhesive and the like, and it was also troublesome because the accuracy of matching the cut shape was required for the bonding. FIG. 7 is an example of a picture book with cutouts completed according to the present invention. In the figure, an L-shaped cutout V is formed at the upper right end toward page B, and a watermark hole J is provided at a predetermined position on page B. An example of forming is shown. FIG. 8 shows an example of the printing books 15 and 16 for manufacturing the notched picture book of FIG. 7 according to the present invention. Page A that should be a sheet in the copybook 15
B and B, pages C and D to be sheets are printed on the printing sheet 16. An alternate long and short dash line h indicates a cut point when the connecting portion is cut off. The pages B and C are the pages to be attached to each other, and the notches v and v ′ are punched in the pages B and C at symmetrical positions and symmetrical shapes, and the watermark holes j are formed in the pages B and C, respectively. The watermark holes j ′ are punched at symmetrical positions and symmetrical shapes. The cuts v and v ′ are formed so as to be slightly discontinuous at the upper side of the printing plate (indicated by a in the figure) and discontinuous at the joint portion,
Do not separate it completely. In addition, the watermark holes j and j ′ are characterized in that the punched-out portions are formed so as to be partially interrupted, and the interrupted portions form a slight connecting portion, which is also not completely separated. By doing so, the integrity of the printed book is ensured, and the printed book is easily handled during the laminating operation described later.

Next, the printed sheets 15 and 16 are folded at the page boundaries, and the back surface of the page B and the back surface of the page C are bonded to each other to form a binding sheet. At the time of the laminating work, the adhesive is applied to the back surface of the pages to be laminated. According to the present invention, the cuts v and v'and the punching holes j and j'are partially interrupted and the portions are connected. Since it is formed so as to become a part, and a part of the printed book is held without chipping,
The adhesive may be applied to the entire back surface of the page. That is, there is no need to apply the adhesive except for the portion surrounded by the cut. FIG. 9 shows the interleaf paper binding product 17 that can be attached in this manner. The interleaving paper bound product 17 is formed with a notch V and a watermark hole J where the punching is partially interrupted to form a slight connecting portion.

Finally, the incision V and the slight connection portion of the punched-out interruption portion of the watermark hole J are separated. FIG. 10 is a perspective view showing the joint portion of the interleaf paper binding product 17, which is cut off, and the joint portion is indicated by a dotted line. Since the part 18 to be cut off is only slightly connected at the upper side of the page, it can be easily separated by a weak force of the human hand. Since the connection part of the watermark hole J is also very small, it can be easily separated by a weak force of the human hand such as pushing with a finger. (The cut V and the watermark J are punched out as shown in FIG. 11). As described above, according to the present invention, since the predetermined holes and the notches are formed in the state of one printing book, the burden of the blade of the cutter is small, and the punching of the holes and the notches is partially interrupted, and the location is small. Since the connecting portion serves as the connecting portion, the printed book is held at the notched portion without being partially chipped, so that the printed book is easily handled and is extremely easy to work.

As described above, according to the present invention, a break is formed at a position to be separated for each individual interleaving paper product in the state of one printing book (flat table) before performing interleaving paper. As a result, it is possible to efficiently and cost-effectively cut a plurality of interleaving paper products at one time without cutting labor. Further, since the work such as the formation of the cut is performed in the state of one flat table, the cutting work can be easily performed. Furthermore, since a predetermined hole or notch is formed at the same time when the cut is formed, work efficiency is good. Therefore, there is an excellent effect that the interleaf paper product can be easily and efficiently manufactured.
