2. Description of the Related Art Conventional garments have been aimed only at conforming to the body shape so that they can be worn comfortably, but in recent garments, the body shape of the wearer is positively corrected by following the movement of the wearer. It has come to be required to have the function of adjusting. As a matter of course, the knitted fabric to be used needs to be stretched in the warp direction and the weft direction in a well-balanced manner in accordance with the motion of the wearer, and the tightening power of the body must be used to tighten the body points. A stretchable warp knitted fabric in which elastic fibers are inserted or knitted is used as a knitted fabric for this type of purpose, but the conventional stretchable warp knitted fabric has anisotropy and has a vertical direction. Compared with, the tightening power was large in the transverse direction despite the small elongation, and the hysteresis of the tightening power was large during extension and recovery. Therefore, the conventional wear using stretchable warp knitted fabric has a drawback that it feels tight when worn, and that the knitted fabric does not expand and contract sufficiently to fit the movement of the wearer, resulting in a large discomfort. was there.

Therefore, especially in the fields of sportswear, innerwear and medical clothing, there has been a demand for a stretchable warp knitted fabric having a good mechanical balance in the warp direction and the weft direction and having a small hysteresis. As an improvement of the conventional knitted fabric, for example, in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 5-339855, the swing width of the elastic yarn to be inserted in the weft direction is set to 3 stitches to improve the tightening power and the stretchability in the weft direction. A knitted fabric is disclosed. However, in the conventional technique, it is difficult to reduce the hysteresis while maintaining the balance of the mechanical characteristics of the vertical and horizontal.

According to the present invention, the drawn yarn is woven in the warp direction in the knitted fabric, the selvage yarns are knitted on both sides of the drawn yarn, and the elastic yarns are inserted into both selvage yarns from the side to which the selvage yarns belong. The elastic warp knitted fabric is characterized in that a part of the elastic yarn is entangled with the drawn yarn. When a hem portion is required, a power-reinforced knitted fabric with a tightening power larger than that of the main knitted fabric is knitted in a belt shape in the warp direction in the knitted fabric, and the drawn yarn is pulled into the power-reinforced knitted fabric. It is advisable to knit the selvage yarns on both sides of the elastic yarn, insert the elastic yarns into the selvage yarns from the side to which the selvage yarns belong, and entangle a part of the inserted elastic yarns with the drawn yarns. By removing the drawn yarn, it is possible to divide into a plurality of stretchable warp knitted fabrics and remove the drawn yarn to form the hem portion at the same time. Preferably, the knitting is performed so that the drawing resistance of the drawn yarn does not exceed 10 gf.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION Before describing the details of the present invention, a method for measuring the characteristics of the stretchable warp knitted fabric of the present invention will be described. The measurement sample was used by cutting out two pieces of cloth measuring 2.5 cm × 17 cm in the warp direction and the weft direction of the knitted fabric. For the measurement, a constant-speed extension type tensile tester (digital display) was used, and the above measurement cloth piece was attached with an upper grip margin of 3.5 cm, a lower grip margin of 3.5 cm, and a tension interval of 10 cm. As the elongation, the elongation rate when a load of 2.25 kgf was applied was used. The tightening power measurement is
300mm / min from 0% to 80% elongation
The elongation and the recovery were repeated 3 times at the speed of, and the stress at the time of the elongation and the recovery at the elongation rate of 30% at the third time was read and the average was obtained to obtain the tightening power.

Further, the hysteresis index is the same as the above-mentioned measurement, and the elongation / recovery of the measuring piece is measured up to an elongation rate of 80%.
It was carried out once, and the elongation rate and stress at the time of the third elongation and at the time of recovery were measured and calculated by the above formula (1). Therefore, the hysteresis index becomes 1 when only the hysteresis is not performed. With respect to the pull-out resistance of the drawn yarn, the knitted fabric was cut while leaving the drawn yarn, both cut pieces were pulled by a tensile tester to pull out the drawn yarn, and the tensile force was measured.

The stretchable warp knitted fabric of the present invention (in the following description, unless otherwise specified, the stretchable warp knitted fabric is a stretchable warp knitted fabric) is knitted with synthetic fiber multifilament and / or cotton yarn. The knitted fabric is knitted by inserting elastic yarns in the weft direction. Depending on the case, elastic yarns may be knitted together. It is desirable that at least two yarns are inserted and / or interwoven between the elastic yarns to stabilize the characteristics of the knitted fabric,
It is preferable because a positive effect can be given to the tightening power. Further, in order to eliminate the anisotropy and obtain a stable knitted fabric structure, it is desirable that all the above elastic yarns be accompanied (inserted / knitted in the same direction).

In the knitted fabric of the present invention, in order to make the hysteresis index of the knitted fabric close to 1 and to easily balance the mechanical characteristics of the warp and the weft, the knitted fabric is inserted and / or crossed in the weft direction in the conventional knitted fabric. The elastic yarn to be knitted has a swing width of 3 needles or less (for example, the above-mentioned JP-A-5-3398).
Invention described in Japanese Patent Publication No. 55) Spread between 4 or 5 needles, preferably between 5 needles. Elastic yarn with a width of 5 stitches 1 yarn (1st
Elastic thread) and, in addition to this, one elastic thread with a swing width of 3 needles
By inserting (the second elastic yarn) in the weft direction, the hysteresis between the elongation rate and the stress in the weft direction is reduced without impairing the basic physical properties of the knitted fabric, and the elongation and tightening in the weft direction are performed. You can easily knit high-power knitted fabrics. When the swing width is between 3 stitches, it is difficult to improve the hysteresis, and when it exceeds 6 stitches, the knitting property becomes poor, which is not preferable. 1 and 2 exemplify a preferable knitted fabric structure of the present invention. The knitted fabric structure shown in FIG.

The elongation in the warp direction and the weft direction of the knitted fabric is
At least 200% of each, especially by increasing the elongation in the transverse direction, which was low elongation in the past, to 200% or more, flexibility is imparted to the elongation in the transverse direction to improve wearability and excessive tightening. It is preferable because it has the effect of not giving a feeling of sticking. In addition, by setting the tightening power at the stretching ratio of 30% in the transverse direction and the warp direction to be at least 150 gf respectively, the knitted fabric has an appropriate degree of tightness, and the knitted fabric can be moved in either direction of the wearer. Can be followed. By keeping the hysteresis index in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction shown in the above formula (1) at 0.7 or more, the wearer in motion is not discomforted and the body shape is adjusted to give a sense of unity with the wear. Can be granted. The above mechanical characteristics and their effects are not uniquely associated with each other, but are entangled with each other.

In addition, in the warp direction of the knitted fabric of the present invention, the draw thread and the selvage yarns are knitted on both sides of the draw thread at required intervals, and the elastic yarns are inserted into both selvage yarns from the side to which each selvage yarn belongs. However, it is possible to improve the productivity of the knitted fabric by entangling a part of the inserted elastic yarn with the drawn yarn and knitting it into a wide width, and after the knitting, pulling the drawn yarn and dividing it into knitted fabrics of a required width. You can The knitted fabric structure of the portion where the drawn yarn is inserted is illustrated in FIGS. 3, 4 and 5 and 6. With respect to the drawn yarn, the pulling resistance was suppressed to 10 gf or less and the pulling out could be facilitated by using a highly accurate and positive yarn feeding device. Further, in the warp direction of the elastic warp knitted fabric of the present invention, a power-reinforced knitted fabric having a tightening power larger than that of the main knitted fabric is knitted into a strip shape in the main knitted fabric, and the drawn yarn is knitted in the knitted power-reinforced knitted fabric. The elastic thread shrinks when the removed thread is removed by inserting the elastic thread into the selvage thread that is woven on both sides of the removed thread and by entwining a part of the elastic thread with the removed thread. At the same time, the power-reinforced knitted fabric is divided, and the stretched warp knitted fabric can be obtained in which the divided power-reinforced knitted fabrics respectively form the hem portion of the main knitted fabric. Due to the contraction of the elastic thread, the ends of the hem are less likely to be frayed and the appearance is good. The number, position, and width of the power-reinforced knitted fabric, that is, the length in the weft direction, the area ratio between the main knitted fabric and the power knitted fabric, and the like can be arbitrarily changed depending on the use of the knitted fabric. Next, the present invention will be specifically described with reference to examples.
