Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an outer wall structure in which the decorative surface of an outer wall of a building or a building has improved stainability. 2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, the living environment has been severely polluted by air, and it has been a reality that the outer wall made of dry-type outer wall material or concrete is considerably contaminated in several months. As a countermeasure, wash with water, detergent, etc. Provide a smooth surface to which dust and the like do not easily adhere. An antistatic coating.
Make a repellent coating. Camouflage by embossed pattern and color. Etc. had been adopted. [0003] However, cleaning the outer wall surface is a simple and preferable method, but it takes time and cost to set up a scaffold. Scratches, peeling of the coating film, etc. also occur. Further, in the above, a change in the decorative surface cannot be expected, and the finished surface is similar to the glass surface, so that the characteristics of metal cannot be exhibited. Further, in the above case, the surface is not smooth because of the paint to which the conductor is added, and the conductor cannot be evenly distributed, so that there is a disadvantage that the dust is unevenly distributed. [0005] In addition, the water-repellent coating film has a disadvantage that the droplets are unevenly distributed depending on the distribution density, and the dust adheres to the droplets. [0006] Further, the above is not a fundamental solution, but rather reduces the degree of dirt by an optical illusion.
There was a disadvantage that the selection range was limited to colors and patterns. According to the present invention, in order to eliminate such a drawback, a water-repellent protective layer is formed at about 1/3 of the outer wall surface of a building or building from the eave to the base. , 2 remaining
The / 3 position is covered with a hydrophilic protective layer and the dirt on the outer wall is quantitatively flowed down by collecting rainwater, and the rainwater is passed over the hydrophilic protective layer, which replaces the dirt by the familiarity of the rainwater and each protective layer. The present invention proposes a stain-resistant outer wall structure capable of flowing down quantitatively, removing more dirt, and significantly improving stain resistance by self-cleaning ability. An embodiment of a stain-resistant outer wall material according to the present invention will be described below in detail with reference to the drawings. 1 and 2 are explanatory views showing one embodiment of a pollution-resistant outer wall structure according to the present invention, wherein 1 is a building and a building, 2 is a roof, 3 is an eave, 4 is an outer wall, 9 is a base, and 10 is a window. It is. [0009] To explain further, the roof 2 is gable,
The outer wall 4 is made of one of the other types of roofs shown in FIGS.
As shown in (a) to (j), it was formed of a dry outer wall material A, for example, a metal composite plate (including a metal siding material), a metal plate, a ceramic siding material, a cement extruded plate, an ALC plate, a tile, and the like. Wall, or mortar wall, concrete wall, a wall to which only the final decorative layer is not added, a so-called smooth surface, or a wall B formed on an uneven surface,
A water-repellent protective layer 6 is provided in a region 5 about 1 / 3H from the eaves or the roof, and the other wall surface and a region 7 about 2 / 3H are covered with a hydrophilic protective layer 8. That is, as shown in FIG. 3, the water repellent protective layer 6 is formed on the outer wall B with a material having a property of repelling water, such as a coating film containing silicon as a main component or a silicon film. The hydrophilic protective layer 8 coats (protects) the hydrophilic protective layer 8 and coats the wall B on the surface corresponding to the 2 / 3H region 7 with a hydrophilic paint (normal temperature drying type, baking type), or an approximation thereof. This area is protected by the film. The thickness of the water-repellent protective layer 6 and the hydrophilic protective layer 8 is about 10 to 50 microns. Further, a region 5, 2/3 of 1 / 3H of the outer wall 4 is provided.
The water-repellent protective layer 6 and the hydrophilic protective layer 8 were selected as in the H region 7 because the rainfall in the 1 / 3H region 5 was caused to flow down in a structure as if the rain was collected as a result. The flow rate covering the area 7 is sufficient. Of course, rainwater also exists in the 2 / 3H area 7, and the decorative surface of the outer wall in a state where dirt is replaced by the rainwater and the “family” of the hydrophilic protective layer 8 is changed to the above 1 / 3H area 5 The dirt can be removed and merged with the rainwater in the area, so that a beautiful outer wall 4 can be obtained. When the outer wall 4 is formed by the dry outer wall material A, a boundary line 11 between the water-resistant protective layer 6 and the hydrophilic protective layer 8 exists as shown in FIG. It is also possible to divide by the width of the dry outer wall material A without dividing it on the decorative surface of one dry outer wall material A as described above. Here, in order to compare the performance of the stain resistance (non-staining property), a performance comparison test was performed on the four outer walls shown in FIG. The results were as shown in Table 1 below. [Table 1] In the embodiment, the dry outer wall material A is shown in FIG.
It is assumed that a dry outer wall material A (filled with a synthetic resin foam as a core material) made of an aluminum metal siding material as shown in FIG.
Then, a water protective layer 6, for example, a coating mainly composed of silicone resin, is sprayed on the upper region 1 / 3H in the area 5 for about 30 microns, and a hydrophilic protective layer 8 is sprayed on the lower area 2 / 3H.
For example, about 30 microns of "trade name" and "Ales Serafusso" (manufactured by Kansai Paint Co., Ltd.) were sprayed on site and dried. As a comparative example, a paint containing a room temperature drying type polyurethane resin as a main component was sprayed on the entire surface of the outer wall 4 as a protective layer and dried. In addition, one in a certain area
It means a comparison by measuring the lightness difference (ΔL) after the passage of years,
Means the comparison of the lightness difference (ΔL) after the sunshine WOM irradiation time (2000 hours) with the stain after the weather resistance test. As is apparent from the above performance comparison, the stain-resistant outer wall structure according to the present invention has the function of collecting rainwater by the adaptation of rainwater and the hydrophilic protective layer 8 and the function of the rainwater protective layer 6. Dirt flows down in conjunction with
The stain on the outermost surface, the so-called decorative surface, is greatly improved, and the weather resistance is also excellent. The repellent protective layer 6
Is 1 / 3H as the area where rainwater flows down to remove more dirt
Region 5 was preferred. What has been described above is only one embodiment of the stain-resistant outer wall structure according to the present invention, and can be used for the outer wall 4 of a building structure as shown in FIG. Further, in the event of washing, if water is allowed to flow down from the eaves direction and the washing is performed, the washing effect can be made more beautifully and faster than before due to the above-mentioned effects. As described above, according to the stain-resistant outer wall structure of the present invention, the degree of stain on the decorative surface of the outer wall can be greatly improved. The weather resistance is improved. The rainwater collects and flows down the rain that has bounced off the upper repellent protective layer, and replaces the dirt by the familiarity of the hydrophilic protective layer and the rainwater. , It is possible to obtain a beautiful cosmetic surface over a long period of time. By any chance
Even if dirt adheres, it can be removed very easily by washing. Since the hydrophilic protective layer is hydrophilic, it absorbs a small amount of moisture, makes it difficult for static electricity to be charged, and makes it difficult for dirt to adhere, resulting in a cosmetic surface that is more resistant to contamination. Features such as
effective.
