In the invention of the second manufacturing method for carrying out the above invention, the sheet is folded back in two, and 1 to 10 elastic bodies are provided between the folding portions at a stretch ratio of 1.2 to 2.0 times. A sandwiching piece that is sandwiched and fixed with a length of 40% to 60% of the entire length of the napkin main body for molding is located on the surface of the thermoplastic nonwoven fabric, and this thermoplastic nonwoven fabric is folded back to sandwich the sandwiching piece, Place both side pieces on both sides of the water-permeable surface sheet that should cover the surface of the absorbent layer, with the folds inside, and fix the outer base ends of both side pieces to the surface sheet. After fixing it, the start margin from the folded part of both side pieces is set to 5 mm to 20 mm, and then this side sheet is fixed to both sides with a surface sheet,
After covering the absorbent layer located on the surface of the leakproof sheet and heat-sealing the topsheet, the leakproof sheet, and both side pieces, both ends of the napkin body are covered together with the topsheet, the leakproof sheet, and both side pieces. Since the present invention is configured as described above, when the napkin is brought into contact with the local area of the user, the absorbent layer is located locally through the surface sheet. Most of the body fluid discharged from the user is absorbed by the absorbent layer.

Further, the napkin has two side pieces formed by folding a thermoplastic nonwoven fabric into two on both sides in the length direction of the napkin body. The both side pieces have the folded portion of the two folds located on the absorbent layer side, and the base end portions thereof are fixed to the side flaps. If formed in this way, a rising margin can be formed in the interval between the fastening portion and the folding portion.

Further, the both side pieces fix the sandwiching pieces to which the elastic body is fixed in the longitudinal direction. Therefore, the both side pieces are urged in the contraction direction by the contraction of the elastic body, so that the rising margins rise on both sides of the absorbent layer. Therefore, even if the bodily fluid is diffused in the width direction of the absorption layer, the bodily fluid is stopped by the both side pieces positioned higher than the absorption layer, and the lateral leakage of the bodily fluid can be prevented. In addition, the both side pieces can retain body fluid in the space between the start-up allowance and the absorption layer, obtain a large side leakage prevention effect, and can be mounted hygienically.

Further, both side pieces have a rising margin between the fastening portion for fastening the base end portion and the folding portion of 5 mm to 20 mm. If formed in this way, the side pieces can prevent lateral leakage of body fluid with a natural feeling of use without giving the user a feeling of strangeness. If both sides are formed with a start margin of less than 5 mm, the start width is insufficient and side leakage is likely to occur. If both sides are formed with a start-up allowance of more than 20 mm, and if this start-up part falls sideways on the side of the absorption layer, the absorption layer is covered with both-side pieces of large area, Impairs fluid absorption.

Further, the both side pieces are internally fixed with a sandwiching piece having 1 to 10 elastic bodies fixed in a stretched state. If formed in this way, the both side pieces do not impair the contraction force even when the user exercises or the like, and the both side pieces can be reliably started up. Further, the both side pieces cannot obtain a contracting force at all unless the elastic body is fixed to the sandwiching piece, which makes it difficult to start up. If more than 10 elastic bodies are fastened, the contraction force of the elastic body is too large, and the elastic body does not expand flexibly, and the warp of the napkin body becomes too large.

Further, as both side pieces, a sandwiching piece having an elastic body fixed at a stretch ratio of 1.2 to 2.0 is fixed in the lengthwise direction. When formed in this way, the elastic body can obtain an appropriate contraction force, and the two side pieces can be appropriately raised. Further, in the case of the both side pieces, if the expansion ratio of the elastic body fixed to the sandwiching piece is less than 1.2, the contracting force becomes insufficient and it becomes difficult to start up the both side pieces.
Further, if the elastic body is fixed at an extension rate exceeding 2.0, the contraction force increases and the warp of the napkin body becomes too large.

Further, the both side pieces are formed such that the length of the fixing portion of the elastic body is 40% to 60% of the total length of the napkin body for molding. When formed in this manner, the contraction range of the elastic body is optimized with respect to the entire length of the napkin body, and the napkin can be three-dimensionally formed according to the body shape of the user. In addition, if the elastic body is formed so that the length of the fixing part is less than 40% of the total length of the napkin body for molding, the range length of the elastic body will be short, and the napkin will match the user's body shape and Difficult to form. If the elastic body is formed so that the length of the fixing portion exceeds 60% of the total length of the napkin main body for molding, the elastic body has a large contraction range,
The warp of the napkin becomes excessively strong, which deteriorates the feeling of use and increases the amount of elastic body used, which is uneconomical.

Further, in the napkin body, if both sides of the leak-proof sheet are extended and projected outward on both sides in the lengthwise direction of the absorbent layer, and foldable wings are provided on the outer surface of the shorts, the napkin can be made into a shorts. It can be fitted and fixed integrally to the crotch part, and will not slip even if it is subjected to intense exercise, etc., and stable mounting that prevents twisting, twisting, etc. becomes possible.

Further, when the sandwiching piece is formed of a non-woven fabric, the soft non-woven fabric provides a good feeling of contact with the skin, and since the elastic body has less obstruction of the contraction force, the both side pieces can be greatly raised. .

If the sandwiching piece is formed by laminating a nonwoven fabric on the surface of the leak-proof film, the nonwoven fabric is located on the side that comes into contact with the skin, and the contact feeling to the skin is good. Further, even when the diffusion of the bodily fluid is intense, the leak preventive film prevents the passage of the bodily fluid, and the lateral leakage of the bodily fluid can be prevented.
