状態を維持して前記一対の掛止片の凹入部間を仕切る前
後一対の仕切り杆を支持杆によって起伏可能に取付け、
前記支持部に前記一対の掛止片のそれぞれの基部片と板
ばねおよび締付け片を順次重合して、前記基部片と前記
板ばねは一対の透孔において、また、締付け片は前後方
向に長い一対の長孔においてそれぞれ一対の前記支持杆
によって取付けると共に、前記締付け片の表面に、前記
