【産業上の利用分野】本発明は角底周縁から起立された

された三角形状片が下方に折り曲げられ前記周壁に貼着
された直方体の粉体または液体入りパック体に取着する
把手に関するものであり、特にパック体へ容易にかつ強
固な取着さらに内容物が吹き出すことがないようにした
容器用把手に関する。

【従来の技術】従来より厚紙製の粉体または液体入りパ
ック体に用いられる容器用把手は知られていた。詳述す
れば、図５に示すような、角底周縁から起立する周壁の
上端面の向かい合う端縁を貼着し角底と水平かつ前記周
壁と垂直な上面とし、前記上面から突出した三角形状片
を下方に折り曲げ前記周壁に貼着したパック体を、上面
開口の枠体内へ嵌入させ、枠体に持ち部を連設している
容器用把手が、実開昭６３−１７０１６号に記載されて
いる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】しかしながら、上述し
た従来の技術によれば、パック体が枠体に隙間なく嵌入
できる大きさであれば問題ないが、枠体よりも小さなパ
ック体においては、嵌入は可能であるが嵌入した際に隙
間ができるために、注出時に前記パック体が滑り枠体に
ぶつかった反動で内容物が吹き出してしまう問題があ
り、さらに枠体から飛び出してしまう問題もある。
【０００４】また、枠体よりも大きなパック体において
は、前記パック体を嵌入することが不可能なために、前
記パック体の大きさ毎に別の枠体を用意する必要があ
り、経済性の面で無駄があると共に、多様性の面で乏し
いものとなる問題がある。
【０００５】本発明は上記課題を解消したものであり、
パック体への着脱が容易であり、強固に支持することが
でき、かつ様々な大きさのパック体にも着脱可能であっ
て、持ち運びが容易に行え、吹き出す心配のない容器用
把手を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明は上記課題を解決
したものであり、角底周縁から起立された周壁の上端面
の向かい合う端縁が貼着され角底と水平かつ前記周壁と
垂直な上面とからなり、前記上面から突出された三角形
状片が下方に折り曲げられ、前記周壁に貼着された直方
体のパック体に取着される把手であって、前記三角形状
片が嵌入される嵌入部が設けられた前記周壁が支持され
る周壁支持板と前記上面が支持される上面支持板が一体
に設けられ、前記周壁支持板に持ち部が連設された容器
用把手において、前記パック体の上面を支持する上面支
持板に、パック体の上面の貼着部に沿うような形状で、
段差部が設けられていることを特徴とする容器用把手で
あり、パック体の少なくとも片方の三角形状片を周壁か
ら剥離し、前記三角形状片を嵌入して、前記パック体の
前記周壁に沿う様に周壁支持板とパック体の前記上面に
沿う上面支持板を一体に設けるものである。

げ易く作業性も向上する。

面に生じる貼着部の厚みを吸収し、接する面積を増やす
ような段差を前記貼着部に沿わせて設けてあるので、隙
間がなくなり注出時に把手からパック体への圧迫もな
く、吹き出すことがない上に、強固に支持することがで
きる。

【実施例】以下、本発明に係わる容器用把手の実施例を
図面を参照しながら説明する。
【００１３】図４は本発明の対象となるパック体であっ
て、示すように角底周縁（１０）から起立させた周壁
（１２）の上端面の向かい合う端縁を貼着して貼着部
（１６）とし、角底と水平かつ前記周壁（１２）と垂直
な上面（１８）を形成する。そして、前記上面（１８）
から突出した三角形状片（１４）を下方に折り曲げ、前
記周壁（１２）に貼着した一般的なパック体である。

４に示すようなパック体の三角形状片（１４）を嵌入す
るための断面Ｕ字型の空間（２５）を具備した嵌入部
（２０）と前記パック体の周壁（１２）を支持する周壁

角に前記パックの上面（１８）を支持する上面支持板
（２４）を一体に形成する。また、前記周壁支持板（２
８）に連設するように、矩形状の持ち部（２６）が設け
てある。さらに、前記上面支持板（２４）の前記パック
体と接する側の内面に貼着部（１６）に沿わせて段差部
（２２）を設ける。なお、この前記持ち部（２６）の形
状は矩形状に限るものではなく、手で持つことの可能な
Ｌ字型および楕円型でも良く、矩形状と同様に前記上面
支持板（２４）および前記周壁支持板（２８）に連設す
るように形成する。加えて、前記容器用把手はポリエチ
レン、ポリプロピレンの樹脂を用いてインジェクション
成形により製作することができる。

らなるので、着脱が容易に行える上に強固に支持するこ
とができ、様々な大きさのパック体へ容易に着脱可能で

よび経済性の面で富んでいる
