2. Description of the Related Art Insulating glass, which is formed by arranging two or more sheet glass materials with a spacer containing a hygroscopic agent and sealing the four circumferences, is heat insulating, soundproof, and dewproof. In addition to exhibiting excellent effects, it also has additional functions such as solar shading and safety, so it is well suited to today's needs where energy saving and safety are important, and only for commercial use. In addition, there is a great demand for general household use.

By the way, this type of double glazing has a thickness almost three times as large as that of a single plate made of a single plate glass material, so that it is about to be mounted on a standard sash. However, the glass groove for attaching the plate glass material on the side of the sash does not fit, and it is virtually impossible to directly attach the double-glazing to the side of the sash.

FIG. 4 is an explanatory view of a state in which the insertion support leg portion 3 together with the bead member 5 is inserted into the glass groove 36 in order to mount the double-layer glass attachment shown in FIG. 3 on the sash 35 side. By pressing and deforming the hollow portion 6a of the one-side bead portion 6, the insertion support leg portion 3 is press-fitted while following the difference in the groove width of the glass groove 36, and the attachment for multi-layer glass is fitted to the sash 35 side. Will be worn.

However, the bead member 5 attached to the insertion support leg portion 3 attempts to absorb the groove width tolerance of the glass groove 36 only by the one side bead portion 6 having the hollow portion 6a. There is instability in the work that forces insertion under an uneven insertion load, and the attachment state of the attachment for double glazing on the side of the sash 35 is too loose,
There was also the inconvenience that the product quality was uneven because it was too tight.

The present invention has been made in view of the above problems found in the prior art.
A structural feature of the invention according to claim 1 is that a holding frame portion having a groove portion for holding a double-layer glass and a double-layer glass held through the groove portion are supported in a glass groove of a sash. A bead member for attaching to the glass groove of the sash is attached to the insertion support leg portion of the attachment main body portion including the insertion support leg portion along both outer side surfaces in the length direction thereof. In the mounting attachment for double glazing, the bead member is attached to the outer surface on one side through the attachment portion, and the bead member is attached to the outer surface on the other side through the attachment portion. And the bead material on the other side, and at least one of the bead materials is designed so that the side of the contact portion with the notch edge on the sash side that defines the glass groove bulges outward. The length from the side of the attachment part. Formed is provided between the hollow portion with a support projection piece which along allowed by projecting from the direction within the impregnation unit
However, the support protrusion is slightly upward from the side of the attachment.
It is to project in the direction .

This will be described in more detail with reference to FIG. 2. When the glass groove 36 of the sash 35 has a relatively narrow groove width, the support projection 21 of the bead member 17 on one side and the bead member 22 on the other side are supported. As shown in (a) of the projecting piece 26, the projecting edges 21a and 26a of the projecting piece 21 are in surface contact with the inner side surfaces of the contact portions 19 and 24, and the hollow portions 20 and 25 are both deformed and the one side bead material 17 is deformed. And the bead material 22 on the other side are inserted into the glass groove 36, and the locking arms 17a and 22a are attached to the sash surface 38.
By locking the upper part, the attachment for double glazing can be fitted to the sash 35 side.

When the glass groove 36 of the sash 35 has a relatively large groove width, the supporting projection 2 of the bead member 17 on one side is supported.
1 and the supporting projection 26 of the bead member 22 on the other side, the projecting edges 21a and 26a of the supporting projection 26 are abutting portions 19 and 24, respectively.
Since it can function to support the inner surface of the one side bead member 1 after being inserted into the glass groove 36,
7 and the bead material 22 on the other side may be more preferably fitted to the side of the sash 35 by the hollow portions 20 and 25 that hold the state where the contact portions 19 and 24 are bulged. it can.

Further, the one-side bead portion and the other-side bead portion having the hollow portion provided with the support projections are attached symmetrically with respect to both outer side surfaces of the insertion support leg portion. By this, in addition to equalizing the insertion load when inserting the insertion support leg into the glass groove, work stability can be obtained,
A more desirable product quality can be made uniform by fitting the attachment for double glazing without being too loose or too tight with respect to the sash.
