けられ同支え座を載せる受座とを具備してなることを特
徴とする射出成形機等の安全扉を提供しようとするもの

方向のレール先端部に支え座を設けるとともに、この支
え座を載せる受座を本体側に設けているので、安全扉が
閉まった位置にあるときレールの先端に設けられた支え
座が本体側の受座に載って支持され、扉が閉まった状態
で扉に設けられたレールや本体側のローラに対し不慮の
外力によって無理な力がかかることが防止される。 【0010】 【実施例】本発明に係る射出成形機の安全扉の一実施例
を図1〜図4によって説明する。図1は型締装置(以下
装置と呼ぶ)への安全扉装置の取付け状況を示す正面

ローラ24と、4個の下部ローラ25とより成ってい
る。上部レール22は軽くて剛性の大きい例えば角パイ
プ等で形成され、扉本体21の横巾lに対し2lに近い
長さを有し、ブラケット26によって扉本体21の上部
裏面の両端に固定され、扉本体21の横巾lより長い部

長板31はブラケット33を介して装置に固定されてい
