【発明の詳細な説明】 【産業上の利用分野】本発明は、騒音を発する各種の建
設工事、土木工事等の現場、或いは、騒音発生源となる
機器類が収置される各種工場内等々において防音建屋と
して用いられ、使用現場で簡易に組み立てて使用する
立式防音建屋の防音パネル組立用支柱材を用いた防音パ
ネル組立工法に関するものである。 【従来の技術】従来、各種の防音パネルを使用してなる
この種の組立式防音建屋の組立工法は、現場に垂直の長
いH鋼を防音パネル巾の間隔でH鋼の各凹部を対向させ
ながら何本も立設し、両サイドのそれぞれのH鋼の凹部
内に防音パネルの両端を挿入しつつ、建屋の規模によっ
ては極めて高い位置となるH鋼の上方から各防音パネル
を順次落とし込んで周囲の壁面等を徐々に組み立てるよ
うにしているのが一般である。従来の上記組立工法にお
いては、図3に示すように、H鋼30の上方からH鋼3
0の各凹部33内に順次落とし込んだ各防音パネル31
の内側面の両端をボルト32にて締着するようにしてい
た。 【発明が解決しようとする課題】しかしながら、前記従
来の組立工法においては、H鋼30の凹部33内に防音
パネル31の両端を挿入しつつH鋼30の上方から各防
音パネル31を順次落とし込み、該落とし込んだ各防音
パネル31の内側面の両端をボルト32にて締着し、周
囲の壁面等を徐々に組み立てるものであることから、各
H鋼30の凹部33内に梯子状物を構成することができ
ないために、本来、建屋における最も強固な支柱部分の
H鋼30自体を昇降用部分として使用したいという当業
者間の強い要求があるにもかかわらず、最も強固な支柱
部分である当該H鋼30自体を作業者の昇降用構造体と
して全く用いることができないものであった。本発明
は、上記従来の実情に鑑み開発されたものであり、その
目的とするところは、前記従来の問題点を解決し、組立
建屋における最も強固な支柱部分となるH鋼に改良を施
してこれ自体を作業者の昇降用構造部として用いること
ができるようにした組立式防音建屋の防音パネル組立用
支柱材を用いた防音パネル組立工法を提供することにあ
る。 【課題を解決する為の手段】請求項1記載の組立式防音
建屋の防音パネル組立用支柱材を用いた防音パネル組立
工法は、騒音を発する各種の建設工事、土木工事等の現
場、或いは、騒音発生源となる機器類が収置される各種
工場内等々において防音建屋として用いられ、使用現場
で簡易に組み立てて使用する組立式防音建屋の防音パネ
ル組立用支柱 材を用いた防音パネル組立工法であり、肉
厚を有し対向する各平面部3、3と該平面部3、3の間
に形成した各凹部4、4とを具備し全体をH状とした本
体5と、該本体5の前記一方又は双方の凹部4内の対向
面6、6にわたって固設した複数の横杆7とを有してな
る複数の各支柱材1を、防音パネル2の横幅間隔に基礎
面上に立設する工程と、前記支柱材1の一方の平面部3
に、防音パネル2の表面10を外部に向け且つ裏面18
の両側端に形成した溝部11を接合し、該溝部11の近
傍に設けたボルト挿入用の***12に固着材13を介在
させてボルト14をもって締着する工程と、前記固着材
13の他端に設けた開口15内にボルト16を挿通して
該ボルト16の先端を支柱材1の凹部4内の一方の対向
面6に強く接合する工程とを有し、下段の防音パネル上
に次々と防音パネルを載置しながら前記各工程でもって
各防音パネルの両側端を次々と前記支柱材1に締着し組
み立てるようにしたことを特徴とするものである。 請求
項2記載の組立式防音建屋の防音パネル組立用支柱材を
用いた防音パネル組立工法は、請求項1記載の組立式防
音建屋の防音パネル組立用支柱材を用いた防音パネル組
立工法における各一枚の防音パネルを、その両側端の少
なくても上下部分の2ケ所が支柱材に締着されるように
したものである。 【作用】請求項1、2記載の発明によれば、騒音を発す
る各種の建設工事、土木工事等の現場、或いは、騒音発
生源となる機器類が収置される各種工場内等々の防音建
屋における最も強固な支柱部分となる支柱材自体を作業
者の昇降用構造部として用いることができる。 【実施例】以下、添付図面を参照して本発明に係る組立
式防音建屋の防音パネル組立用支柱材を用いた防音パネ
ル組立工法の実施例を説明する。先ず、図1を参照して
防音パネル組立用支柱材について説明する。図1は組立
式防音建屋における各防音パネル2を組み立てる際に使
用されて組立建屋の支柱となる本発明に係る各支柱材1
をもって、各防音パネル2を組み立てる状態を示す斜視
図である。この支柱材1は、従来存在する諸種のH鋼状
物に改良を施し、その全体を組立式防音建屋の内部にお
いて作業者が昇降するための梯子作用を発揮し得るよう
にしたものである。即ち、この支柱材1は、肉厚を有し
対向する各平面部3、3と該平面部3、3の間に形成し
た各凹部4、4とを具備し全体をH状とした本体5と、
該本体5の前記凹部4内の対向面6、6にわたって固設
した複数の各横杆7とを有するものである。上記横杆7
は、本体5の一方の凹部4内にのみ設けるだけでなく、
両方の各凹部4、4内にこれを設けても良い。このよう
に、この支柱材1によれば、本体5の凹部4内に設けた
前記各横杆7をもって、作業者は、組立式防音建屋にお
ける柱部の最も強固で強度のある部分の支柱材1を梯子
として安全に昇降できることとなる。次に、図1乃至図
2を参照して、本発明に係る前記支柱材1を用いた組立
式防音建屋の防音パネル組立工法について説明する。図
2は防音処理を施した複数の防音パネル2を支柱材1に
具体的に装着する状態を上方向から見た状態の拡大切欠
説明図を示すものである。図2においては支柱材1、防
音パネル2等を横断した状態として示している。即ち、
本発明の組立工法は、先ず、図1に示すように、防音パ
ネル2の横幅間隔にした前記各支柱材1、1を基礎面上
の左右に立設する工程を有する。次に、図2に示すよう
に、支柱材1の一方の平面部3に、防音パネル2の表面
10を外部に向け且つ裏面18の両側端に形成した溝部
11を接合し、該溝部11の近傍に設けたボルト挿入用
の***12に固着材13を介在させてボルト14をもっ
て締着する工程を有する。次に、上記固着材13の他端
に設けた開口15内にボルト16を挿通して該ボルト1
6の先端を支柱材1の凹部4内の一方の対向面6に強く
接合する工程を有する。本実施例における各一枚の防音
パネル2は、その裏面18の両側端に形成した溝部11
の少なくても上下部分の2ケ所を、前記各工程もって支
柱材1に締着するようになっている。また、図1に示す
ように、下段の防音パネル2の上には次々と各防音パネ
ル2が載置されながら、且つ、上下の各防音パネル2の
相互の接合端に防水処理が施されつつ、前記と同様な各
工程でもって各防音パネル2が次々と支柱材1に締着さ
れる。なお、図2中の符号17は、防音パネル2の前記
溝部11の面に装着されたゴム材等からなるパッキンで
ある。また、建屋周囲面の各防音パネル2が前記のよう
にして組立られた後は、適当な手段、工法をもって屋根
部が形成される。本発明の組立工法が適用される防音パ
ネル2自体は、支柱材1の凹部4、4の内部空間に横杆
7を構成するに支障のないように防音パネル2が支柱材
1の一方の平面部3に装着可能であれば、特にそのパネ
ル構成が限定されるものではない。従って、図示する実
施例のように、防音パネル2の裏面18の両側端に溝部
11を形成することなく、且つ、固着材13を介在させ
ることなく、単に、前記支柱材1の一方の平面部3に防
音パネル2の表面10を外部に向け且つ裏面18の両側
端を接合し、該防音パネル2の両側端をボルト14をも
って支柱材1の一方の平面部3に締着する工程としても
良い。このように、本発明の組立工法は、支柱材1の一
方の平面部3を介して、該平面部3の中心位置から左右
に2枚の各防音パネル2の両側端を、支柱材1に次々に
締着しながら、決定された組立式防音建屋のサイズに応
じた側面幅に順次防音パネル2を組み立てるようにした
ものである。従って、本発明に係る組立工法は、H鋼状
物に形成した支柱材1の凹部4内に梯子作用を発揮する
横杆7を固着するのに全く何らの支障がないようにする
ことができるものである。この点、本発明の組立工法
は、前記従来の組立工法が、H鋼30の凹部33内に防
音パネル31の両端を挿入しつつH鋼30の上方から各
防音パネル31を順次落とし込み、該落とし込んだ各防
音パネル31の内側面の両端をボルト32にて締着する
ようにしているので、H鋼30の凹部33内に梯子作用
を発揮すべき全く何らの構成も施すことができないこと
と比較して、本質的な相違を有するものである。このよ
うな本発明の組立工法によれば、組立建屋における最も
強固な支柱部分である支柱材1自体を作業者の昇降用構
造部として用いることができるという作用効果を発揮で
きる。本発明は、上述した実施例に限定されるものでは
なく、その要旨の範囲内で種々の変形実施が可能であ
る。 【発明の効果】以上詳述した本発明の請求項1、2記載
の組立式防音建屋の防音パネル組立用支柱材を用いた防
音パネル組立工法によれば、前述の工程としたことによ
り、騒音を発する各種の建設工事、土木工事等の現場、
或いは、騒音発生源となる機器類が収置される各種工場
内等々の防音建屋における最も強固な支柱部分となる支
