枚葉紙を移送する移送部を設け、この移送部にラミネー

方向手前でこの枚葉紙の重畳端部を検出しこれを所定距
離移動させてこれを切断位置に位置決め停止する検出部
を設け、前記ラミネート加工部と前記移送部との間にあ
って、前記ラミネート加工部より連続送出されるラミネ
ート枚葉紙のたるみを調整して切断位置におけるラミネ
ート枚葉紙の張力を一定に制御する張力制御装置を設け
てなり、切断位置に位置決め停止したラミネート枚葉紙
の重畳部の走行方向に向けて下向き傾斜の尖端を有する
略三角形の薄板状カッターを、重畳するラミネート枚葉
紙の下側端部側縁を押し下げ開放して挿入して帯状フィ
ルム側縁に係止し、これを前記枚葉紙走行方向と直交す
る方向に移動させて帯状フィルムのみをラミネート枚葉
紙重畳端部にそって切裂くよう構成することにより、ラ
ミネート枚葉紙を簡単な構成でしかも確実に切断するこ
とが可能となり、製造原価を低減することができるなど
の優れた効果を有する。以上、本発明の好適な実施例に
ついて説明したが、本発明は前記実施例に限定されるこ
となく、本発明の精神を逸脱しない範囲内において種々
の設計変更をなし得ることは勿論である。

(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】 連続給紙される枚葉紙にラミネートした
帯状フィルムのみを断裁するラミネート枚葉紙のカッタ
ー構造において、 先行する枚葉紙の後端部を後続する枚葉紙の前端部の上
部に所定量重畳させて連続給紙すると共に前記枚葉紙に
帯状フィルムをラミネートするラミネート加工部を設
け、この加工部より送出されるラミネート枚葉紙を移送
する移送部を設け、この移送部にラミネート枚葉紙の帯
状フィルムのみを重畳端部に沿って切裂く切断部を設
け、この切断部の前記ラミネート枚葉紙走行方向手前で
この枚葉紙の重畳端部を検出しこれを所定距離移動させ
てこれを切断位置に位置決め停止する検出部を設け、前
記ラミネート加工部と前記移送部との間にあって、前記
ラミネート加工部より連続送出されるラミネート枚葉紙
のたるみを調整して切断位置におけるラミネート枚葉紙
の張力を一定に制御する張力制御装置を設けてなり、切
断位置に位置決め停止したラミネート枚葉紙の重畳部
行方向に向けて下向き傾斜の尖端を有する略三角形の
薄板状カッターを、重畳するラミネート枚葉紙の下側端
部側縁を押し下げ開放して挿入して帯状フィルム側縁に
係止し、これを前記枚葉紙走行方向と直交する方向に移
動させて帯状フィルムのみをラミネート枚葉紙重畳端部
にそって切裂くよう構成することを特徴とするラミネー
ト枚葉紙のカッター構造。

ルムのみをラミネート枚葉紙重畳端部にそって切裂くよ
う構成してなる請求項1記載のラミネート枚葉紙のカッ
ター構造。
