2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, treatment of muddy water discharged by sewer piping work and river improvement work has become a problem. Especially in Okinawa Prefecture, regulations on water turbidity and the like are becoming increasingly strict, with the regulations prohibiting runoff of red soil etc. being promulgated.

[0003] The fine suspended substance which causes turbidity and color of water is mainly colloidal particles. However, colloidal particles have a problem that the sedimentation speed in water is very slow. A method has been adopted in which a fine suspended substance is aggregated by stirring to accelerate the separation from water.

As a turbid water treatment step, as shown in FIG. 10, turbid water d is absorbed from a turbid water reservoir a by a submersible pump b into a flocculant injection and stirring device c, and the flocculant is added by the flocculant injection and stirring device c. The water is fed to the sedimentation tank e while stirring, and the contaminants are coagulated and settled in the sedimentation tank e to discharge fresh water.

Therefore, the coagulant injection / stirring apparatus c is required to have a processing capability of stirring the coagulant into turbid water in a short time and sending the water to the sedimentation tank e. However, most of the stirring devices have a mechanism of stirring by a stirring blade, and therefore, if an attempt is made to increase the stirring density of the flocculant, the stirring time becomes longer, and there is a problem that the ability to process water to the settling tank e is reduced. .

[0006] In the stirring by the stirring blade, there is a problem that the stirring around the blade cannot be sufficiently performed and the efficiency of the stirring is poor because the flow velocity is always constant. Further, there is a problem that the aggregated suspension is broken down by the blades to form fine particles, and the sedimentation treatment capacity in the sedimentation tank is reduced.

The stirrer according to the present invention is, as shown in FIG.
While the coagulant is injected from the coagulant injection valve 7, the water is sucked and agitated in the primary water supply / suction pump 2 and sent to the secondary water suction pump 3. At this time, the water is divided into the circulation pipe 11 and the communication pipe 9 by the three-way ball valve 10, and the water is again supplied from the circulation pipe 11 into the primary water suction pump 2. Therefore, the stirring density of the flocculant can be adjusted by adjusting the amount of water divided into the circulation pipe 11 by the three-way ball valve 10.

Next, before water is fed into the flow rate fluctuation load generating cylinder 4, the coagulant is injected from the coagulant injection valve 7 b and various flow rates generated in the flow rate fluctuation load generation cylinder 4 are generated. Stirring is performed by changing the water flow. Therefore, high-density agitation becomes possible without minutely destroying the suspension aggregated by the primary water absorption pump 2 and the secondary water absorption pump 3.

As described above, according to the present invention, 3
Injection of the flocculant at each stage enables the reaction between the impurities contained in the turbid water and the flocculant to be sufficiently performed. In addition, instead of mechanical stirring using a stirring blade or the like, stirring is performed by changing the flow rate and water flow in various ways. In addition, it is possible to prevent the fragmentation of the suspension, and to exert an effect of preventing a decrease in the treatment capacity in the sedimentation tank.
