Abstract

り下げて移動するための吊下装置であって、更に詳しく
は、移送中乃至昇降中に機構側脚に構造物が衝突しても
機構側脚が構造物に引っ掛からないようにして建材の脱

れ、リンク機構(4)が緩んで吊上部材(T)がクランプ本体

降中にクランプ本体(1)の機構側脚(1ロ)又は固定側脚(1
ハ)が何らかの障害物に接触しても、カバー部材(3)の先
端部(3a)によって吊上部材(T)と機構側脚(1ロ)の先端に
発生した間隙(1ホ)が閉塞されているために、間隙(1ホ)内
に障害物がはまり込む事がなく、先端部(3a)を滑って吊
下装置(A)が障害物に引っ掛かって吊下用チェーンが緩
み、吊環(6)が倒れてリンク機構(4)が緩むような事がな
い。これにより吊下部材(T)の移送中における脱落を防
止する事が出来るものである。 【0009】請求項2は、請求項1の吊下装置(A)のカ
バー部材(3)を限定したもので、カバー部材(3)の先端部
(3a)から外側面(3c)にかけての部分の角度(θ)が鈍角と
なるように形成されている事を特徴とする。ここでは特
に、角度(θ)が鈍角となるように形成してあるので、カ
バー部材(3)の先端部(3a)に障害物が接触したとしても

設された通孔とに接続具(2)の接続バー(2a)を挿通し、
抜け止め(2b)を倒す事により、機構側本体部(1a)と固定
側本体部(1b)とを連結一体化するようになっている。こ
れにより機構側本体部(1a)と固定側本体部(1b)との間に
部材挿入凹所(1ニ)が形成された逆U字状のクランプ本体
(1)が構成される事になる。 【0011】クランプ本体(1)において、(1イ)は機構側
本体部(1a)と固定側本体部(1b)の水平部分が互いに重な

固定ナット(15d)によって挟持ピン(15c)がバックプレー
ト(15a)に固着されるようになっている。挟持ピン(15c)
の先端は樹脂パッド部材(15b)より若干突出しており、
吊上部材(T)を固定側パッド(16)と可動用パッド(15)で
挟持した時、挟持ピン(15c)の先端が吊上部材(T)に食い
込み吊上部材(T)の挟持をより強固に確実に行えるよう

クランプ本体(1)に上部支点軸(8)にて枢着されており、
吊環(6)を引き上げたとき上部支点軸(8)を中心にリンク
棒(7)を引き上げるようになっている。 【0016】リンク棒(7)の下端と下部リンクプレート
(12)とは下部枢着軸(11)にて枢着されており、可動用パ
ッド(15)と下部リンクプレート(12)とはパッド用枢着(1
4)にて枢着されている。更に、下部リンクプレート(12)
は機構側脚(1ロ)の先端に下部支点軸(13)にて枢着されて
いる。作動用レバー(17)は作動用支点軸(21)にて枢着さ
れており、作動レバー(17)の上部に設けてある上部バネ
取付部(20)とリンク棒(7)の作動軸(23)の近傍に設けら
れた下部バネ取付部(24)との間に引張ばね(19)が張設さ
れていて上部バネ取付部(20)と下部バネ取付部(24)との
間に張力を付与している。 【0017】作動リング(18)を引っ張って、作動用レバ
ー(17)を図1中、時計方向に回した時、上部枢着軸(9)

用ばね(25)が張設されており、カバー部材(3)の先端が
機構側脚(1ロ)の先端より前方に、即ち、固定側パッド(1
6)側に突出するように引張付勢している。カバー部材
(3)の外側壁(3c)の内側面には突起部(3b)が突設してい

する事に伴って機構側脚(1ロ)側(換言すれば、固定側パ
ッド(16)から離間する方向)に移動し、固定側パッド(1
6)と可動用パッド(15)との間が広く開かれる事になる。
この時可動用パッド(15)と、機構側脚(1ロ)の先端並びに
カバー部材(3)の先端はほぼ一致した状態になるため、
吊上部材(T)を部材挿入凹所(1ニ)に挿入する場合の邪魔

パッド(15)と固定側パッド(16)にて引張ばね(19)のバネ
力により挟持され、同時にカバー部材(3)の先端部は吊
上部材(T)に当接もしくは近接して吊上部材(T)と機構側
脚(1ロ)の先端との間に発生する間隙(1ホ)を閉塞する事に

材(T)との間の間隙(1ホ)に障害物が嵌まり込む事なく、

ランプ本体(1)を降下させるのであるが、この降下中に
障害物が先端部(3a)に接触したとしても先端部(3a)が傾
斜するように形成されているので、障害物がカバー部材
(3)に引っ掛かる事になく滑り、吊下装置(A)が障害物に
引っ掛かって吊り上げチェーンが緩み、吊環(6)が倒れ
てリンク機構(4)が緩み、固定側パッド(16)と可動用パ
ッド(15)の挟持力が引張ばね(19)の張力のみとなって吊
上部材(T)の自重に負け、吊上部材(T)が脱落するという
ような事態を回避出来る。 【0026】図4はカバー部材(3)の第2実施例で、こ
の場合はカバー部材(3)の上端を作動用支点(21)に枢着
する代わりに機構側脚(1ロ)の外側部に突出部を設け、作
動用支点軸(21A)にてカバー部材(3)を枢着した例であ
る。この場合は作動用支点軸(21A)の位置が機構側脚(1
ロ)の先端により近づく事になるので、カバー部材(3)の

ドの運動と共に固定側パッドに近接離間するようにカバ

の突出時に可動側パッドと機構側脚との間を閉塞するよ
うになっているので、建材を吊り下げて移送する時、ま
たは昇降する時に吊下装置の機構側脚に構造物が接触し
ても引っ掛かる事がなく、常に移送中に建材が強い挟持
力で挟持される事になり、建材が脱落しない。
