2. Description of the Related Art An enamelled pot enamelled on both the inside and outside of a pot made of steel plate for enamel has a unique warm feeling, and the enamel layer can be colorfully painted or painted freely like ceramic. It is a very attractive product for housewives who use the kitchen as their main life, so that they can reach the level of decoration. However, unlike pottery pottery figurines, for example, cooking pots are subjected to considerable impact and friction due to being roughly placed on a gas stove or rubbed with a metal scrubber, etc. At the time of attachment, the enamel layer was chipped or abraded, and the steel sheet partially came into contact with water or air, and rust often began to form. Therefore, as a countermeasure, a method of replacing a steel plate for enamel with a stainless steel plate is naturally considered.

However, enameled stainless steel has several major drawbacks as follows. (A) Since the difference in melting point between stainless steel and enamel is too large, the two do not melt well at the contact interface, and it is difficult to obtain the required adhesive strength. (B) Since stainless steel has a lower thermal conductivity than iron or aluminum, it is difficult to heat the bottom of the pan evenly.
Satisfactory cooking is difficult. (C) Rust-resistant stainless steel of SUS304 or higher hardly generates Joule heat due to eddy currents even when subjected to magnetic lines of force, and cannot use an electromagnetic cooker. Therefore, the present inventor has paid attention to the fact that a stainless steel-iron plate-stainless steel laminated plate (hereinafter referred to as a stainless steel clad steel plate) in which stainless steel thin plates are laminated on both front and back surfaces of a steel plate is commercially available. Thus, the present invention has been completed. And
The object of the present invention is to ensure the necessary adhesive strength between the metal article main body and the enamel layer and to have excellent durability, and when a cooking pot or the like is made, the bottom surface can be heated evenly. An object of the present invention is to provide an enameled article (not limited to a pot) which is also hung on an electromagnetic cooker to make the appearance of the product more attractive.

Means for Solving the Problems To achieve the above object, an enamelled article according to the present invention is a single-sided or double-sided molded article made of a stainless steel clad steel sheet in which stainless steel sheets are laminated on both sides of an iron plate. Was provided with an enamel layer. When the molded product is a cooking utensil such as a cooking pot, a baking dish, a medicine pot or the like, or a milk cup or other tableware, an enamel layer may be provided only on the outer surface thereof. Other molded products include umbrella stands, vases, sanitary fixtures / containers, etc., or building materials such as building interior materials and bathtubs,
And various production facilities, such as a tank, are mentioned.

[Function] Since the molded product is made of a stainless steel clad steel plate having a structure in which stainless steel thin plates are laminated and united on both front and back surfaces of an iron plate, even if the enamel layer is chipped or worn away while using it continuously, this molding is performed. There is no danger of rusting from the parts. Since the stainless steel plate on the surface is thinner than the iron plate serving as the core material, the necessary adhesive strength between the metal molded product and the enamel layer can be sufficiently secured. The reason is that the stainless steel plate with low thermal conductivity, which is the surface material, is considerably thinner than the iron plate of the core material, so that the surface of the molded product easily rises to the enamel baking temperature, and it is also confirmed. Although not described, it is presumed that in the process of attaching the stainless steel plate to the iron plate, the surface characteristics of the stainless steel plate change to a state where the enamel can be easily adhered. And
Because the stainless steel layer is much thinner than the iron layer,
The pot bottom is evenly heated and an electromagnetic cooker is available.
Furthermore, in the case of cooking utensils and tableware, the enamel layer is not provided on the inner surface, so that the exposed stainless steel exhibits a certain luxury feeling unique to this material and can be freely colored and decorated. In addition, the luxury of the product is further emphasized.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS An embodiment in which the present invention is applied to a cooking pot will be described below with reference to the drawings. As shown in FIG. 1, in a cooking pot (article) A, a pot body (molded product) 1 is made of a commercially available stainless clad steel plate. The stainless steel clad steel sheet of this embodiment has a structure in which a 0.2 mm thick stainless steel thin plate 1b is bonded to both sides of a 0.6 mm thick mild steel sheet 1a.

[0008] A comparative test of the adhesive strength of the enamel layer to a stainless steel clad steel plate and a stainless steel plate gave the following results. An enamel layer was baked on each metal plate by the usual method under the same conditions to produce each test piece. The test piece was placed on the mold and a pressure of 2000 lbf
It took about 2 seconds to break the enamel layer. Then, using an adhesion meter, the exposure rate of the metal surface exposed by the destruction was measured, and the adhesion rate was calculated from the value. As an average value of the repeated test results, the stainless steel clad steel sheet was 99.4% stainless steel. A value of 77.0% of the steel plate was obtained, indicating that for the purposes of the present invention, the stainless steel clad steel plate was far superior to the stainless steel plate.

As described above, the cooking pot A of the present invention in which the pot body 1 is made of stainless steel clad steel plate is different from the cooking pot in which the pot body 1 is made of stainless steel alone. 2, the required adhesive strength can be secured, and sufficient durability can be obtained. It was also confirmed that the bottom of the pot was sufficiently heated by the electromagnetic cooker.

The cooking pot A has a stainless steel material exposed without providing the enamel layer 2 on the inner surface.
For this reason, a high-quality feeling peculiar to this material is brought out, and the cooking pot A, which has a strong decorative character for the housewife, is more attractive together with the warmth and gorgeous peculiar to the enamel layer provided on the outer surface. To me.

Since the pot body 1 is covered with stainless steel on both inner and outer surfaces, even if the pot body 1 is roughly handled, unlike the case where the pot body 1 is made of iron, even if the enamel layer is damaged, rust is generated on the inner surface. There is no fear.

The enamelled article according to the present invention is, of course, not limited to a cooking pot. For example, cooking utensils such as various cooking pots, baking pans, and medical cans, or milk cups and other dishes can be made. Or, if you make production equipment such as umbrella stands, vases, sanitary fixtures / containers, etc., as well as building materials such as building interior materials, bathtubs, tanks used in food manufacturing factories, etc. Depending on the ingenuity, it is possible to make full use of the features of enameled outer and stainless steel inner. If necessary, an enamel layer may be provided on both the front and back surfaces of the molded product.

As is apparent from the above description, the enamelled article according to the present invention has various excellent effects as listed below, unlike those enamelled on an iron plate or a stainless steel plate. (A) By using a tenless clad steel plate as the corrosion-resistant material constituting the molded product, unlike stainless steel, it is possible to sufficiently secure the necessary adhesive strength with the enamel layer. (B) Since the heat conductivity is higher than that of stainless steel, in the case of a cooking pot, the bottom of the pot can be heated evenly and satisfactory cooking can be performed. (C) Unlike stainless steel of SUS304 or higher, which is hardly rusted, Joule heat is generated when it receives magnetic lines of force, so that an electromagnetic cooker can be used. (D) Further, when the article is a cooking utensil, the durability of the inner surface can be significantly improved by not providing the enamel layer inside. (E) In addition, it is possible to produce an extremely attractive product that combines the high-grade texture of stainless steel on the inner surface with the warmth and colorfulness of the enamel layer on the outer surface.
