Furthermore, since the connection of the connector housings does not depend on the flexible hinge portion after the lamination, the flexible hinge portion is released from being easily broken and low in reliability. Also, by providing the base of the hinge portion on the concave portion, the dimensions of the laminated connector housing after the hinge portion is cut off can be further reduced, and the concave portion can be used as a guide for a cutter for cutting off the hinge portion. In doing so, there is no danger of damaging other parts of the laminated connector housing, the cutting-off work is facilitated, and the workability is improved.

According to this laminating method, after the laminated connector housings of the first and second aspects are laminated, the overlapped connector housings are connected by the connecting portion, and the hinge portion is cut off, so that the laminating process is performed as described above. Since the connector housing is so small and each connector housing is positioned, the work of mating with the mating laminated connector housing becomes easy, and furthermore, the flexible hinge portion is free from breaking and low reliability. Is done. Also,
Since the guide portion is guided by the concave portion when the hinge portion is cut off, there is no possibility of damaging other portions, and the cut-off operation is facilitated, and the workability is improved.

Further, since the connection of the connector housings does not depend on the flexible hinge, the flexible hinge is free from breaking and low reliability. In addition, by providing the base of the hinge portion in the concave portion, the width of the laminated connector housing after the hinge portion is cut off can be further reduced, and the concave portion can be used as a guide for a cutter for cutting off the hinge portion. There is no danger of damaging the portion, and the cutting-off work is facilitated and the workability is improved.

According to the second aspect of the invention, the same effect as that of the first aspect of the invention is obtained, and the connecting portion of each connector housing is constituted by the concave portion and the convex portion which engage with each other.
Since the connector housings fit naturally only by overlapping the connector housings, the connection and positioning of the connector housings become extremely easy.

According to the third aspect of the present invention, as described above,
Ribs are not required, the laminated connector housing is reduced in size, and each connector housing is positioned and easily fitted with the mating laminated connector housing, thereby freeing the flexible hinge from being easily broken and having low reliability. The laminated connector housing according to claim 1 or 2 is obtained. Since the guide portion is guided by the concave portion when the hinge portion is cut off, there is no possibility of damaging other portions, and the cut-off operation is facilitated, and the workability is improved.
