市販されている一般的なWIG（Shake-n-Go社製のWIG：Free Tress/FullCAP）に設置されている蓑毛のネープ部分の一番したから９番目までを縫い付け部分の糸をカットし取り除いた。次に、図９に示すように、蓑毛を取り除いた部分に、５本の留め具用基材で構成されたテープ状の第１留め具１３を配置してかつら本体１０を作製した。留め具用基材は、伸縮性生地（モリクロス社製「パワーネット」、ポリウレタン８３質量％／ナイロン１７質量％、厚み０．３１〜０．３３ｍｍ）に、自着性接着剤として天然ゴム系自着性接着剤（ムサシノケミカル社製「コアテックス（登録商標）ＡＤ−６０」；天然ゴム約６０重量％の天然ゴムラテックス）を厚みが０．３３〜０．３５ｍｍになるように均一に塗布し、室温で４時間乾燥させて作製した。前記留め具用基材の一方の接着剤層の表面には保護層として厚みが５０μｍのポリエチレン製のストレッチフィルムが配置した。得られた留め具用基材のＪＩＳ Ｌ １０９６定速伸長法に準じて測定した、１４．７Ｎ荷重時の長さ方向の伸長率は約１４０％であった。前記留め具用基材を、長さ４５ｃｍ、幅２ｃｍにカットして、幅方向の中心線に沿って折り目を付けてテープ状の第１留め具１３を作製した。テープ状の第１留め具１３の折り目をかつらベース１１の所定箇所を縫い付けた。第１留め具の長さ方向が頭部の周囲方向に沿うようになる。

＜毛髪部材ユニットの作製＞
上記において市販されている一般的なウイッグ（Shake-n-Go社製のWIG：Free Tress/FullCAP）に設置されている蓑毛のネープ部分の一番下から９番目までを縫い付け部分の糸をカットし取り除くことで得られた蓑毛を５本用い、図５に示すように蓑毛３の根元部分３２に留め具用基材で構成されたテープ状第２留め具６１を縫いつけて毛髪部材ユニット７１を得た。留め具用基材としては、第１留め具の作製に用いたものと同様のものを用いた。前記留め具用基材を、長さ４５ｃｍ、幅２ｃｍにカットして、幅方向の下端から０．５ｃｍ離れた位置に沿ってミシンで縫いつける為のガイド線を引きテープ状の第２留め具６１とした。蓑毛３への縫いつけは、テープ状の第２留め具６１のガイド線と蓑毛３の根元部分の上端を合せて図５に示すように縫いつけて第２留め具を備えた毛髪部材ユニット７１を作製した。

＜測定方法＞
（１）ランダムに５箇所を選択し、かつらベースキャップと毛髪部材の固定箇所が縦方向の中心になるようにし、かつらベースキャップ部分を縦方向の長さが４ｃｍ、横方向の長さが３ｃｍになるようにカットし、試料Ｉとした（図１０Ａ）。
（２）試料Iから、図１０Ｂ〜Ｃに示すように、第１留め具と第２留め具の接着部分のみを切り出し、縦方向の長さが１ｃｍ、横方向の長さが３ｃｍの試料IIを得た（図１０Ｄ）。
（３）試料IIにおいて、第１留め具と第２留め具を横方向の一方の端部から２ｃｍまで剥がして、試料IIIを得た（図１０Ｅ）。
（４）試料IIIにおいて、剥がれている第１留め具の端から１ｃｍのところを上側の取り付け治具に固定した（図１０Ｆ）。
（５）試料IIIにおいて、剥がれている第２留め具の端から１ｃｍのところを下側の取り付け治具に固定した（図１０Ｆ）。
（６）上述した測定条件にて測定を実施した。
＜接着強度＞
下記式に基づいて、上記のように測定した最大荷重（Ｎ）を第２留め具と第１留め具間の接着部分の幅（縦方向の長さに相当する）で割ることで接着強度（Ｎ/ｃｍ）を算出し、５箇所の平均値を第１留め具と第２留め具間の接着強度の接着強度とした。
