リプロピレン製のため反りやすいノ−ズ部を、剛性の高
いガスインジェクション法により中空部を設けた露受け
皿に組み合わせる構造とすることによりノ−ズ部の反り
を矯正する。また、従来ノ−ズ部は運転時の温度変化に
よる影響を受け変形しノ−ズギャップが変化することに
より送風性能の低下を招いていたが、本発明は、露受け
皿とノ−ズ部を分離し組み合わせる構造とし、長手方向
にクリアランスを設けることにより、ノ−ズ部の温度変
化による変形を長手方向に逃がし温度変化に影響されな
い安定したノ−ズギャップを確保できる。露受け皿とノ
−ズ部を分離し組合わせる構造とすることにより、アン
ダ−カット部が無くなり一定の肉厚のノ−ズ部形状が形
成できるようになり露受け皿とノ−ズ部の金型が簡素化
され、成形性も良くなることからノ−ズ部形状が安定
し、信頼性の高い吐出ブロックを提供できる。
