When the cutout hole is formed, it is performed by cutting the panel body with a cutting blade. However, since the cutting blade of the cutting machine A is generally band-shaped, the cutout hole is cut into a square. In the conventional example described above, the corner portion is once cut into an arc shape as shown by reference numeral a in FIG. 10, and then the cutting blade is cut off as shown by reference numeral b in the drawing so as to cut off the corner portion. Are moved, so that the number of man-hours required for forming the cutout hole is increased, so that there is a problem that the cutting operation takes time and time is required for cutting. In addition, when cutting is to be performed accurately, a cutting line must be formed on the surface of the panel body 4 at the construction site. In this regard, there is a problem that the cutting operation is troublesome and the cutting is time-consuming.

ことができるようになっている。As shown in FIG. 1, this floor panel is formed by filling and filling a filling material 3 such as lightweight concrete between an upper plate 1 and a lower plate 2 which are arranged so as to face each other vertically. The main body is constituted by the panel body 4. Upper plate 1 and lower plate 2 made of a steel plate formed in a rectangular shape
Are connected to each other, and a plurality of projections 5 are partially protruded from the lower plate 2 toward the upper plate 1. As shown in FIG.
Of the opening 17 provided in the upper surface plate 1 is bent downward, and the upper end of the projection 5 is clamped and fixed by the bent opening edge. Thus, the upper surface plate 1 and the convex portion 5 are interconnected by caulking and fixing. Convex part 5 and top plate 1 connected by swaging
A through hole 7 is formed at the joint portion with the front and back of the panel body 4 so as to communicate with the front and back of the panel body 4. The diameter of the through hole 7 is determined by a cutting machine A used when the panel body 4 is cut out. The hole diameter is such that the blade 9 can be inserted. Here, the cutting machine A is, for example, a cotter machine as shown in FIG. 8, and the cutting blade 9 is a band-shaped one having a thickness a of about 1.2 mm and a width b of about 6 mm. It is about 2 mm. That is, the hole diameter of the through hole 7 is slightly larger than 6.2 mm, and the cutting blade 9 can be inserted into the through hole 7 as shown in FIG. The connection portion between the convex portion 5 and the upper surface plate 1 is arranged at a corner of a cutout hole 6 for attaching a wiring device, which is formed by partially cutting out the panel body 4. Here, adjacent one example as 110mm Figure 1 in L 1 is a layout dimensions between the respective through holes 7, L 2 is 234 mm, L 3
Is 142 mm, and by adjusting the number of through holes 7 that pass through at the time of cutting, the size of the cutout hole 6 can be freely adjusted so that it is possible to cope with the attachment of the wiring device 16 of various sizes. It has become.
